市販 旨味科 및 人工胃液이 Ochratoxin A에 미치는 影響

In order to study the effects of some korean food additives for taste and the artificial gastric juice on the vanishment of the Ochratoxin A from Food, various concentration levels of Food additives were added to Ochratoxm A and boiled for different time (5,10,15 and 30 minutes.) And then the artificial gastric juices contained various levels of concentration of hydrochloric acid (0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7,0.9 and 1.1%) and sodium chloride(0.2g) were added to Ochratoxin A and controlled by 37℃ in water bath. In this experiment, Sample S₁(Mixture of 99.5% sodium glutamate and 0.5% and 0.5% nucleic acid from B Co.) were used as the food additives. The vanishment of Ochratoxin A were not affected by increasing the concentration of the mixture of sodium glutamate and nucleic acid by prolong the boiling time. The rates of Vanishment of Ochratoxin A were rised by increasing the concentration of hydrochloric acid in artificial gastric juice. (The artificial gastric juice contained 0.1% hydrochloric acid was shown about 5% was about 20%, 0.9% was about 60% and 1.1% was about 80%)
프로세스의 상태 정보를 이용한 능동적인 감사 자료 생성

호스트 기반의 침입 탐지 시스템에서는 침입 탐지의 기초 자료가 되는 감사 자료의 생성은 매우 중요한 일이다. 하지만 현재 일반적으로 리눅스에서 사용되는 감사모듈인 syslog, klog는 네트워크에 관련 된 감사 자료는 충분히 제공하지만 시스템 호출에 대한 감사 자료는 생성하지 못한다는 단점을 갖고 있다. 반면 유닉스계열의 시스템에서는 TCSEC(Trusted Computer System Evaluation Criteria)의 C2 레벨 이상의 보안 등급을 만족시키기 위해 시스템 호출 수준에서 감사 자료를 생성할 수 있는 BSM(Basic Security Module)과 같은 감사 도구를 사용하고 있다. 하지만 모든 시스템 호출에 대한 감사 자료를 생성함으로써 방대한 감사 자료의 생성에 따른 시스템의 성능을 저하시킨다는 문제점을 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 프로세스의 상태 정보를 이용해 프로세스의 상태 변화를 모니터링하고 상태 전이에 따라 능동적으로 감사 자료 생성 모듈의 기능을 활성화시킴으로써 기존의 감사 자료 생성 방식의 문제점인 시스템의 성능 저하 문제를 보완하고, 방대한 감사 자료 생성량을 줄일 수 있는 방법을 제안한다.
인공 위액에 의한 Sterigmatocystin 의 실활물에 관한 위생화학적 연구

Sterigmatocystin bears a close structural relationship to aflatoxin B₁ and is a carcinogenic compound that has been shown to affect various species of experimental animals. Reaction and toxicity of sterigmatocystin in the artificial gastric juice were investigated. Sterigmatocystin was degraded in artificial gastric juice and extracted by the method of A.O.A.C. After cleaned up by silica gel column chromatography, this substance was detected and characterized by thin layer chromatography, UV, IR and mass spectra. It showed Rf 0.4 and brick-red color by TLC. Especially, in the mass spectrum of it, fragment peak at m/e 327 was due to the loss of the -CH₃ and -H₂O, fragment peak at m/e 341 was due to the loss of the H₂O and -H^+, and fragment peak at m/e 239 was due to the loss of the 2-chloro-tetrahydrofuran and methyl group from the parent molecule. Therefore, a degraded substance of sterigmatocystin reacted in artificial gastric juice (Sub. K) was estimated with additional formation of hydrochloric acid. In four-day-old chicken embryos, the mean lethal dose (LD_(50)) was 140 ㎍/egg, and 90 to 100 of the embryos were killed with 1 ㎎/egg. This LD_(50) 140 ㎍/egg compared with an LD_(50) 14.69 ㎍/egg for sterigmatocystin (acute toxicity) showed the substance to be much less toxic than sterigmatocystin.
자가탁주(自家濁酒)와 땅콩버터에 대한 Aflatoxins 오염도의 검색

In order to detect the aflatoxins in home-made Takju and peanut butter, the samples were collected in Chungbuk region and cleaned up Sep-pak silica cartridge. Aflatoxins were detected by thin layer chromatographic and high performance liquid chromatographic behavior. Determination was carried out by thin layer densitometer. The results were as follows; 1. Aflatoxin B; was detected in 78% of the home-made Takju, and the highest concentration was 1.2 ppb and average 0.36 ppb. 2. Aflatoxins were not detected in any peanut butter smaples. 3. Clean-up method by Sep-pak silica cartridge was more efficient and economical than column chromatography of AOAC method.
