A catalytic hydrogen polarographic wave for Rh(Ⅲ) in formaldehyde-hydrazine-sulfuric acid medium was observed at -1.2V vs. Ag/AgCl reference electrode. The optimumamounts of the supporting electrolytes are 0.0004%(w/v)formaldehyde, 0.004%(w/v)hydrazine, and 0.75Msulfuric acid. In this condition,Rh(Ⅲ) is sensitized and can be determined down to the 8.8 x10^(-11)M level by Differential Pulse Polarography. There are no serious interferences from other platinum group metal ions .
Mo 하지층의 첨가원소(Ti) 농도에 따른 Cu 박막의 특성

Mo(Ti) alloy and pure Cu thin films were subsequently deposited on $SiO_2-coated$ Si wafers, resulting in $Cu/Mo(Ti)/SiO_2$ structures. The multi-structures have been annealed in vacuum at $100-600^{\circ}C$ for 30 min to investigate the outdiffusion of Ti to Cu surface. Annealing at high temperature allowed the outdiffusion of Ti from the Mo(Ti) alloy underlayer to the Cu surface and then forming $TiO_2$ on the surface, which protected the Cu surface against $SiH_4+NH_3$ plasma during the deposition of $Si_3N_4$ on Cu. The formation of $TiO_2$ layer on the Cu surface was a strong function of annealing temperature and Ti concentration in Mo(Ti) underlayer. Significant outdiffusion of Ti started to occur at $400^{\circ}C$ when the Ti concentration in Mo(Ti) alloy was higher than 60 at.%. This resulted in the formation of $TiO_2/Cu/Mo(Ti)\;alloy/SiO_2$ structures. We have employed the as-deposited Cu/Mo(Ti) alloy and the $500^{\circ}C-annealed$ Cu/Mo(Ti) alloy as gate electrodes to fabricate TFT devices, and then measured the electrical characteristics. The $500^{\circ}C$ annealed Cu/Mo($Ti{\geq}60at.%$) gate electrode TFT showed the excellent electrical characteristics ($mobility\;=\;0.488\;-\;0.505\;cm^2/Vs$, on/off $ratio\;=\;2{\times}10^5-1.85{\times}10^6$, subthreshold = 0.733.1.13 V/decade), indicating that the use of Ti-rich($Ti{\geq}60at.%$) alloy underlayer effectively passivated the Cu surface as a result of the formation of $TiO_2$ on the Cu grain boundaries.

Web search data has actively been utilized in various fields such as finance, macroeconomics, and business. There are only a few studies, however, related to web search data in energy commodity market. We thus investigate the relationship between web search data and the volatility of WTI futures prices using k-means and expectationmaximization cluster analysis. The result shows that the volatility of WTI futures price has a tendency to cause the increase in web search data. In addition, we propose a portfolio investment strategy using web search data. The performance of the proposed portfolio provides that the standard deviation decreases by 0.032% and weekly average return increases by 0.08% comparing a benchmark portfolio. This result means that web search data can be used for a risk management. 거시경제, 금융 그리고 경영 등 다양한 분야에서 인터넷 검색 자료를 활용한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있으나 에너지 상품 시장에서의 활용에 관한 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 k-평균 군집분석과 기댓값 최대화 군집분석을 통해인터넷 검색 자료와 WTI 원유 선물 가격의 변동성 관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과 원유 선물 가격 변동성이 커짐에 따라 인터넷검색 자료 빈도가 증가하는 경향을 확인하였고, 추가적으로 인터넷 검색 자료를 활용한 포트폴리오 투자 전략을 제안하였다. 인터넷 검색자료를 활용한 포트폴리오는 기준 포트폴리오에 비해 표준편차가 0.032% 감소하여 위험도가 낮아지는 것으로확인되었으며 주간 평균 수익률은 0.08% 증가 하였다. 해당 결과는 인터넷 검색 자료가 위험관리 지표로 활용 가능함을 시사한다.
메틸트리옥틸-암모늄 이온 Ionophore를 이용한 요오드 이온 선택성 고체 접촉 전극

In this study, an iodide ion selective poly(aniline) solid contact electrode based on methyltrioctyl-ammonium ion ionophore as a sensing material was developed. This electrode was made of Me-TOA 2.0, PVC 30.0, and NPOE 68.0. The electrode exhibits a good linear response of 58.8 mV/decade (at 20±0.2℃, r2=0.9998) within the range of 1×10(-1) M~1×10(-5.2) M KI solution. When the electrode was used with different alkyl chain ionophores and plasticizers, this electrode had the best result in response characteristics. The electrode showed a good selectivity for iodide ion than any other anions and is suitable detect it in aqueous solutions of pH 3.0~12.0. Their standard deviation in the measured emf differences was ±1.2 mV at iodide sample solution of 1.0×10(-2) M and ±0.9 mV at 1.0×10(-4) M. Their stabilization time was less than 125 sec, and response time was less than 22 sec.
