As of Dec. 31, 2003 the record of Korean international trade, export and import, came up to about U.S. 30 million dollars and to 2.3% of the world total trade. So Korea is ranked in the 13th position in international trade over the world. Payment is the most important in international trade. And the Letter of Credits play the important role as the means of payment in international trade. And recently the electronic document based transactions are now increasing gradually. So on the 28th of October 2001 International Chamber of Commerce Banking Commission approved the Supplement to Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, ICC Publication No. 500 (UCP 500) for Electronic Presentation-Version 1.0, eUCP for men of international trade to deal with presentation of documents in electronic form. And they came into force from the 1st of April 2002 and are now in force. The purpose of this study is to let men of international trade understand exactly about the provisions of the eUCP and help them transact international trade rapidly and smoothly. For this purpose, wrote an introductory remarks as a way of bringing in the point at issue in the first chapter. And in chapter Ⅱ, examined about the general matters, Scope of the eUCP and Relationship of the eUCP to the UCP and the background of the eUCP. In chapter Ⅲ, studied about major contents of the eUCP such as the format, presentation and examination of the electronic records, notice of refusal of the electronic records, and originals, copies and date of issuance of the electronic records, and corruption of an electronic records after presentation, and additional disclaimer of liability for presentation of electronic records. In chapter Ⅳ, found out the legal point at issue from the provisions of the eUCP and presented the ways of improvement on these problems. And finally, summed up this study and singled out the conclusion in the last chapter. 경상북도 문화콘텐츠를 이용한 교육용 기능성게임 서비스 연구

경상북도는 천혜의 자연환경과 불교, 유교, 신라문화권을 기반으로 한 전통문화원형 자료를 보유하고 있다. 하지만 이에 대한 다각화된 활용화 방안은 현저히 부족한 실정이다. 이러한 실정에서 지역 내의 문화콘텐츠에 대한 관여도를 높이고, 전통 문화에 대한 자긍심을 고취할 수 있는 방안이 될 수 있는, 문화콘텐츠 교육용 기능성 게임의 개발은 국내의 IT 인프라 수준과 높은 교육열, 세계 수준의 인터넷 이용자수를 감안할 때 미래지향적 문화콘텐츠 활용 방법의 토대가될 수 있을 것이다. 하지만 게임의 역기능적인 면과 일방적인 이러닝의 교수방법은 고려 될 필요가 있다. 이에 대한 대안으로 기능성 게임 콘텐츠에 대한 지속적인 교육내용의 관리 및 재설계를 통하여 이러닝 학습 환경을 고도화 할 수 있는 교육용 게임서비스 플렛폼 개발이 필요하다. 문화콘텐츠 교육용 기능성 게임모델 구축은 게임의 순기능보다 역기능에 쏠려 있는 사회의 부정적 인식을 불식시키고 교육의 질적인 면에서도 한 단계 발전하는 계기가 될 수 있을 것이다. 또한 지속적인 문화적 자원에 대한 콘텐츠 개발을 유도하고, 관련 산업에서의 인력양성 및 지역 내에서 문화콘텐츠의 소비 순환구조를 형성할 수 있다. TIn Gyeongsangbuk-do, there is a lot of material which are the original form of traditional culture based on Buddhism, Confucianism and Silla cultural area as well as its natural environment. However, there is a lack of diversified application plan about it. In this situation, developing serious games for cultural contents education which helps increase participation for cultural contents in the area and inspires self-confidence about traditional culture could be a foundation for practical use of future oriented cultural contents as we have highest level of IT infrastructure, higher educational enthusiasm, and world-class number of internet users in this country. But, opposite effects of game and one-sided e- learning teaching methods should be considered. Developing educational game service platform which enhances e-learning environment through continuous management and redesign of content of education about functional game contents can be the alternative. Building cultural contents educational serious game dispels negative perception of game in society and serves as a momentum of one step forward in educational aspect. In addition, it leads contents development of continuous cultural resources, trains human resources in related industry and makes structure of consumption cycle of cultural contents in the area.

수중 통신에서 다중 모뎀 제어 미들웨어 연구

초음파를 이용한 통신은 지상 통신에 비해 작은 대역폭을 사용하기 때문에 하나의 통신 주파수를 사용하거나 그 이상의 주파수를 사용한다. 또 수중 통신의 대역폭이 작기 때문에 사용 주파수가 다른 모뎀을 사용하더라도 서로 간섭이 발생되는 경우가 있어 통신을 할 수 없게 된다. 본 연구에서는 한시스템에서 사용 주파수가 다른 모뎀을 사용할 때 서로간의 주파수 충돌을 회피함으로써 네트워크상에서 통신을 보장하는 미들웨어를 연구하고자 한다.

113mIn 교질에 의한 간주사에 관한 연구

간 scan용 113mIn 교질을 만들어 이의 간섭취율 및 혈중 clearance을 측정하고 간 scan을 시행하여 198Au 교질의 성적과 비교관찰하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1) 정상인에 있어서 113mIn 교질의 간섭취율 반감시간은 1.40±0.24분 및 혈중 clearance의 반감시간은 1.47±0.27분으로 198Au 교질의 경우보다는 유의한 단축을 보였다. 그러나 이로서 간기능을 추정하는 것은 반드시 정확한 index가 되는 것 같지 않았다. 2) Space occupying lesion의 해상능은 113mIn 교질을 사용하면 198Au 교질보다 우수함을 알 수 있었다. 3) 113mIn 교질의 간섭취율은 간기능의 변화에 따르는 198Au 교질의 간섭취율의 변동과 반드시 일치하는 것은 아님을 알 수 있었으며 따라서 이는 RES의 탐식능의 다양성에 기인한 듯 하였다. 4) 113mIn 교질에 의한 간 scan에 있어서는 정상인에 있어서도 비장의 출현이 있었다. 5) 간기능장애가 있을때는 간의 교질 섭취성이 113mIn 교질에 있어서 198Au 교질보다 더욱 장애를 받으며 비장의 교질 섭취능은 상반되는 관계에 있음을 알 수 있었다. 6) 113mIn 교질을 만든 다음 인체에 사용하기 전에 coarse filter에 걸려서 사용하는 경우 더욱 좋은 간 scan상을 볼 수 있었다. 7) 간 scan에 113mIn 교질을 사용함으로서 scan시간을 더욱 단축시킬 수 있었다. There have been reported numberous cases of liver scanning in use of 198Au colloid by many investigators, however, one in use of 113mIn colloid has not been reported as yet in this country. The dose of 113mIn for high diagnostic value in examination of each organ was determined and the diagnostic interpretability of liver scanning with the use of 113mIn was carefully evaluated in comparison with the results of the liver scanning by the conventionally applied radioisotope. The comparative study of both figures of liver scanning with the use of 113mIn colloid and 198Au colloid delivered following results:1) The liver uptake rate and clearance into peripheral blood were accentuated more in case of 113mIn colloid than in case of 198Au colloid. 2) The interpretability of space occupying lesion in liver scanning with 113mIn was also superior to one with 198Au. 3) The figure of liver scanning with 113mIn colloid corresponds not always to the figure with 198Au. This difference can be explained by difference of phagocytic ability of reticuloendotherial system within liver. 4) In the liver scanning with 113mIn colloid, the spleen is also visualized even in normal examine. 5) In the cases of disturbed liver function, uptake is more decreased in use of 113mIn colloid than in 198Au, in the spleen, however, the way is contrary. 6) With use of 113mIn colloid, the time required for scanning could be shortened in comparison with 198Au. 7) The filtration of 113mIn colloid for scanning prior to human administration gives an expectation for better scanning figure.
