KLIWC를 이용한 수용자 자살유서 특성에 관한 전수조사 연구 : - 일반인 유서와의 비교를 통해 -

본 연구는 수용자 자살 유서의 차별화된 언어 및 심리학적 특 징을 탐색적으로 분석하기 위하여, 89개의 수용 자살 사망자와 276개의 일반 자살 사망자를 대상으로 한국어 언어분석 프로그 램(KLIWC)을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 미결 수용자는 기결 수용 자에 비해 유서에서 억울함 내용을 더 많이 드러냈다. 또한 집단 간 개별 t-검증을 실시하였을 때, 일반인과의 언어학적 변인 차 이를 살펴보면 수용 자살 사망자는 형태소, 어절, 문장을 더 많 이 사용한 것이 특징적으로 보여졌고, 이는 일반인에 비해 수용 자가 유서를 더 길게 쓴다는 것을 의미하였다. 마지막으로 심리 학적 차원에서 보면 수용자의 자살유서에서는 추론/추정, 기대, 불안/공포 내용이 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 현재 수 용자 자살이라는 심각한 수준의 사회적 문제를 수용자가 처해있 는 환경과 개인적인 인지, 성격 및 정서적 특징을 언어심리학적 (psycholinguistic)인 관점에서 탐색한 데 의의를 가진다. 따라서 본 연구는 탐색적 수준에서 분석하였기에 수용 자살 사망자만의 독특한 특성에 따른 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 향후 이들의 자살 원인과 예방 대책을 마련하기 위한 추가연구의 필요성과 시사점을 제시하였다. This study aimed to find differences or similarities to compare the suicide notes of prisoners to those of the public using KLIWC that counts function words and content words. Eighty-nine prisoners were compared with 276 common people( as a comparing group) by frequency analysis and t-test. As a result, the suicide notes of prisoners were distinctively more likely to show morphemes, phrases, and sentences in linguistic dimension. It suggests that prisoners wrote the texts down at greater length compared to the public just before committing suicide. Furthermore, the two groups showed differences in psychological dimension, especially showing more deduction, expectation and anxiety/fear among prisoners’ suicide notes. This study suggests scientific and quantitative findings on unique features of suicide notes of prisoners in terms of psycholinguistic view. The implication and limitation of the study are further discussed.

사이코패시 성격특성에 따른 한국 청소년 잠재 프로파일 분석 및 영향요인 탐색 : 3단계 접근법(3-step)을 통해

본 연구는 전국 만 15~18세 일반 청소년 400명을 대상으로 사이코패시 성격특성과 문제행동에 따라 3단계 접근법(3-step) 을 통해 잠재 프로파일을 분류하고, 분류된 프로파일에 영향을 미치는 개인적 및 사회적 변인(성별, 비행ㆍ일탈 경험, 정신건강 문제, 주양육자, 학교 정규교육 과정, 학교 성적 수준), 부모-자 녀 관계 요인의 영향력을 검증하였다. 청소년 사이코패시 성격특 성과 문제행동에 따른 잠재 프로파일 분석을 위해 냉담-무정서 특성 척도(Inventory of Callous-Unemotional Traits; ICU), YPI(Youth Psychopathic traits Inventory), SDQ-Kr(Strength and Difficulthies Questionnaire) 척도를 사용하였다. 분석 결 과, 잠재 프로파일은 3개일 때 가장 적합하게 나타났고, 각각을 ‘일반 청소년 유형’, ‘사회적 무관심 유형’, ‘높은 냉담성 유형’으 로 명명하였다. 이어 각 프로파일별 영향요인을 탐색한 결과, 성 별, 나이, 정신건강 문제, 부모-자녀 관계 요인(관계 좌절감, 훈 육, 관여, 의사소통)에서 유의미한 결과를 얻었다. 지금까지 대다 수의 국내 사이코패스 연구는 성격구조의 타당성과 평가도구 비교검증 연구에 초점이 맞추어져 있었으나, 본 연구는 청소년을 대상으로 사이코패스적 성격특성에 따른 잠재 프로파일 하위유 형을 구분하고 이에 따른 예측변인을 경험적으로 탐색해봄으로 써 국내 청소년 사이코패스 하위 잠재특성 연구의 학문적인 기 초를 제공하였다. 또한 최근 혼합모형에서 분류오차를 통제함으 로써 보다 체계적인 통계적 접근법으로 주목받고 있는 3단계 접 근법(3-step)을 실시하여 기존 연구의 방법론적 관점을 확장시 키는 데 기여하였다. 마지막으로 추후 연구를 위한 방향과 연구 의 제한점을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to classify a group of Korean adolescents into several latent subgroups with regard to psychopathic traits and behavior problems. Then, we investigated the factors affecting the classified latent profiles which include personal/social variables and parent-child relationship variables. For this, 400 adolescents aged 15 to 18 in community sample were recruited across country. We used Inventory of Callous-Unemotional Traits(ICU), Youth Psychopathic traits Inventory(YPI), Strength and Difficulthies Questionnaire (SDQ-Kr). The 3 step approach were used, which is recently regarded as a more systematic statistical approach by controlling classification errors in the mixed model. As a result, the classified potential profiles were named ‘average aspects group’, ‘social indifference group’ and ‘high-level callousness group’. Finally, we discussed the direction for future research and the limitations of the research.

플라스틱, 금속가공품, 왁스류에 함유된 Bisphenol A의 시험평가 방법

1997년 Bisphenol A가 극소량으로 estrogen과 같은 성호르몬 생산에 영향을 줄 수 있는 환경호르몬 임이 밝혀지면서, 현재 미국을 중심으로 유럽과 일본에서 다양한 연구가 진행 중이다. 한국은 1998년 7월 9일 관찰물질로 지정, 제조·수입량 및 용도를 관련협회에 신고토록 하는 방침예정을 잡고 연구 중에 있다. 대표적인 환경호르몬 의심물질인 Bisphmol A는 에폭시 수지. Polycabonate(PC)수지의 기 본 원료로 사용된다. Polycabonate(PC) resin는 내열성, 내충격성, 투명도가 우수하여 엔지니어링 플라 스릭에 많이 사용되며, 일상생활 중에서는 CD, CD-ROM, 유아용 젖병, 물병, 생수통, 급식용 식판 등 의 식품용기의 소재로, 식품 용기의 포장재로 널리 이용된다. 본 연구는 에폭시 수지, PolycabOTiate 수지가 식품용기의 소재, 포장재로 사용된 제품을 구입하여 온도, 사용빈도 등의 여러 조건에서의 Bisphenol A의 식음료로의 용출을 HPLC, GC-MS 및 IR을 이용하여 정량·정성분석을 하였으며, 또한 금속류, 악세사리 및 왁스류에서도 위와 같은 실험을 통하여 Bisphenol A의 검출 시험평가 방법을 구축하였다.

Increasing Antimicrobial Resistance of Escherichia coli Makes Antimicrobial Stewardship More Important

Increasing antibiotic resistance to enteric gram-negative bacteria is already a global trend. Especially in Korea, community-acquired urinary tract infection caused by extended- spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL) producing Enterobacteriaceae is very common.1 The increase in resistant bacteria leads to hesitation when choosing narrow-spectrum antibiotics as empirical antibiotics, resulting in increased frequency and amount of broad-spectrum antibiotic use in definite treatment. In particular, changes in antibiotic use in UTIs with high disease burden are expected to have a significant effect on overall antibiotic resistance. This can be shown by the correlation between antibiotic usage and antibiotic resistance in the big data study analyzing the Korean Antimicrobial Resistance Monitoring System (KARMS) data from the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (kCDC) and National Health Insurance (NHI).2 Therefore, the selection of empirical antibiotics considering increased resistance and the concern about the administration of appropriate and narrow-spectrum antibiotics in definite treatment are key questions for current UTI antimicrobial stewardship.

강인한 화자 확인을 위한 히스토그램 개선 기법

It is well known that when there is an acoustic mismatch between the speech obtained during training and testing, the accuracy of speaker verification systems drastically deteriorates. This paper presents the use of MFCCs' histogram enhancement technique in order to improve the robustness of a speaker verification system. The technique transforms the features extracted from speech within an utterance such that their statistics conform to reference distributions. The reference distributions proposed in this paper are uniform distribution and beta distribution. The transformation modifies the contrast of MFCCs' histogram so that the performance of a speaker verification system is improved both in the clean training and testing environment and in the clean training and noisy testing environment.

(Thesium chinense) have been remedies good for scrofula and diuretics. after a series of anatomical research, author has found something worth mentioning. The most significant portions in identifying each species would be like follows. ①Presence or absence of fiber-belt surrounding main Vascular bundle at lower portion in leaves. 〔Am+, Ba-, Tc-〕 ②Whether its arrangement of Vesseis in root is root is poly arch-Shaped or not 〔Am-, Ba+, Tc-〕 ③Palisade tissue of mesophyll in Ba. consists of 4 to 5 layers of cells instead of 2 to 3 in Am's. While Tc. has not such a typical palisade. ④Tc. is easily discernible from other two Species, as being of a different family. But if with D. J. Cho 〔※Local nomination of Tc. which grows particularly in gigantic shape near along Seashore〕there may arise some puzzlement. The colony of fiber cells appearing under each Octagona of Stems is not enough to aid this case. Problem would be solved by surveying dimensions of cortices, the latter (D.J.Cho) being far wider than the former. ⑤Ba. has shown more content of ashes and water-extractive stuff than Tc. which is dearer in price. this fact gives high possibility of being better remedies as diuretics to the former〔Ba〕.

A Study on the Cremation Status by the Jurisdiction Area and Outside of the Jurisdiction Area Using the E-Haneul Funeral Information System of Public Cremation Facilities in Gyeonggi-do : Focusing on Before and After the Opening of Public Cremation Facil

Based on the results of this study, we presented the following policy recommendations to improve the efficiency of operation and management of public cremation facilities. First, we findings the cremation number of all public cremation facilities in Gyeonggi-do increased from 39,918 people before the opening of public cremation facilities in Hwaseong to 55,642 people after the opening, showing a high rate of increase of 15,724 people(39.4%). Therefore, in order to increase the cremation ratio, the policy of expanding the supply of public cremation facilities should be actively pursued. Second, in this study we compared to before the opening of public cremation facilities in Hwaseong City, the ratio of cremation number the jurisdiction area of all public cremation facilities in Gyeonggi-do using the E-Haneul Funeral Information System increased by 19.0% from 35.9% to 54.9% after the opening, whereas it was analyzed that the outside of the jurisdiction area decreased by 19.0% from 64.1% to 45.1%. Therefore, in order to improve the convenience of citizens using the jurisdiction area, priority should be given to the promotion of policies for the establishment of public cremation facilities by local governments that do not have public cremation facilities. Third, through we research it is analyzed that the cremation ratio of the jurisdiction area of the public cremation facilities in Hwaseong City, which was jointly installed by six local governments located in Gyeonggi-do, was 92.4%, indicating that the ratio proportion of cremation number in the area is very high. Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of the operation of public cremation facilities, the promotion of policies for joint installation and operation of public cremation facilities should be encouraged.

골프 레슨프로들의 직무 스트레스와 심리적 소진의 인과성 검증

이 연구에서는 골프 레슨프로들의 직무 스트레스와 심리적 소진의 인과성 검증을 규명하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 서울 및 경기, 충북 지역의 실내・외 골프 연습장에서 레슨을 하는 프로골퍼 250명을 대상으로 자료를 수 집하였고 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램으로 검증하였다. 이에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 골프 레슨프로들의 직무 스트레스(심리적 소진)가 심리적 소진(직무 스트레스)에 정적인 영향력을 미치고 있어 두 변인을 예측 및 결 과변인으로 적용시켜 인과성을 검증해도 문제가 없는 것으로 규명되었다. 그러나 상대적 영향력이 크게 나타난 직무 스트레스가 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향의 경로를 통해 인과성 검증을 하는 것이 구조적 관계로 규명함이 타당하다는 결론을 얻었다. This study aims to investigate the causal verification of job stress and burnout of professional golf lessons. Seoul and to this end, professtional golfers a teaching in the indoor and outdoor golf driving range in Chungbuk Province and 250 people had collected data was verified by targeting programs SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. This results as follows: Job Stress of professional golfers lessons (burnout) There are psychologically exhausted, having an influence on the static(job stress) was applied to two variables and outcome variables to predict if verified that there is no causality was identified problems. However, the relative influence of job stress is largely appeared reasonably have concluded that it is also identified as a causal relationship to structural verification through the paths of the impact of psychological exhaustion.
