Purpose: To analyze the clinical features of pediatric choroidal neovascularization (CNV) and report the outcomes of treatment with intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in Korean patients. Methods: Patients aged 18 years or younger and diagnosed with CNV were studied retrospectively. We assessed best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), type and activity of CNV, changes of central macular thickness (CMT), recurrences, and complications after injection. Results: In total, 15 CNV lesions were noted. At initial diagnosis, the average age of patients was 12.42 years (SD, 4.25; range, 4-18 years). The mean follow-up period was 34.6 months (range, 12-122 months). The causes of CNV were idiopathic (n = 7), inflammation (n = 2), tumor (n = 3), and trauma (n = 3). A total of 54 injections (average 4.15/eye) was administered for CNV. BCVA (logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution) improved significantly from 0.68 (SD, 0.3) before injection to 0.45 (SD, 0.4) after injection (Wilcoxon signed rank test, p < 0.05). CMT was 377.93 (SD, 132.2), 293.17 (SD, 109.8), and 315.20 (SD, 120.2) before the injection treatment, after one injection, and at last follow-up, respectively. There was leakage at the injection site due to a treatment complication in one eye (one of 54 injections). Conclusions: In pediatric patients, CNV had a variety of causes. Intravitreal anti-VEGF treatment showed relatively good outcomes such as improved vision, but repeated injection was frequently required.

The former noise type has constant noise phase which is originated from switching mode power supplies and the latter normally caused from thyristor circuit of low switching frequency is compared to be more dispersive than the other.
잔류자기와 I 결선에 의한 3상유도전동기 고정자 권선의 극성판별법에 대한 연구

When connecting 6 lead wires from stator windings to the terminals of 3 phase induction motors for Y or △ connection, it is feared that the polarities of windings could be reversed each other if the wire tags are lost or erased, resulting in inadmissibly high current to motors in case of starting. To protect motors against such situations, some test procedures are necessary during wire connection which need to be easy ways to electricians without particular tools except a general multi-tester and with less time-consuming in the field. This study focuses on a test measure to satisfy these requirements which is able to provide them a convenient procedure for winding polarity discrimination considering the field condition. Here, the proposed measure utilizes the residual magnetism of the rotor and checks the indication of voltage or current at windings which are induced by the residual flux of rotor when rotating it by hands with 3 stator windings connected in the form of Ι connection. Principle characteristics and experiment results for this method are analyzed in the view of the effectiveness and applicability for the winding polarity discrimination.

전약은 우족을 고은 것에 대추고와 약재를 넣어 굳힌 겨울철 궁중의 보양식이다. 본 연구에서는 상온유통이 가능한 안정된 물성 및 현대인의 기호에 맞는 질감 특성을 위해 곤약을 첨가하였다. 곤약은 단백질과 함께 겔화되면 겔 강도 및 탄성의 상승에 도움을 주는 다당류이다. 시료는 우족겔에 곤약겔을 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%로 첨가하였고, 대추고와 꿀을 넣어 10분간 가열 후 굳혀 제조하였다. 품질특성을 조사하기 위해 수분·당도·pH·색도·texture 측정 그리고 조리전공 대학원생 30명을 대상으로 관능검사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 수분, 당도, pH, 색도 모두 곤약겔 첨가량이 증가할수록 감소하였다(P<0.05). texture측정결과 탄력성을 제외한 경도, 부착성, 탄력성, 응집성, 검성, 씹힘성에서 유의적인 차이가 나타났다(P<0.05). 관능적 품질특성 결과 질감과 전반적인 기호도에서 곤약 25% 첨가군이 가장 높은 것으로 확인되었다(P<0.05).
