        표면처리방법이 지르코니아와 수종의 시멘트의 전단결합강도에 미치는 영향

        연구 목적: 이 연구의 목적은 표면처리방법이 지르코니아와 네 종류의 시멘트의 전단결합 강도에 미치는 영향을 평가하는 것이다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 총 120개의 디스크 모양의 산화 지르코늄 (3Y-TZP, Kyoritsu, Tokyo, Japan) 시편을 다음과 같이 표면처리 하였다: (1) $110\;{\mu}m$ 산화 알루미나 분사처리 (2) Silica coating ($Rocatec^{TM}$ 3M ESPE)를 이용한 표면처리 (3) 처리하지 않음. 각각의 표면 처리 후, 2종의 자가 접착형 시멘트 (RelyX Unicem, Maxcem)와 레진 강화 글라스 아이오노머 시멘트 (RelyX Luting), Bis-GMA 레진 시멘트 (Nexus3)를 시편에 부착하였으며 각 군은 UTM을 이용하여 전단결합강도를 측정하였다. 표면처리, 시멘트의 종류에 따른 결합강도의 차이를 살펴보기 위하여 일원변량분석 (One-way ANOVA)과 이원변량분석 (two-way ANOVA)을 이용하고 사후 분석으로 Tukey HSD test를 실시하였다. 결과: 로카텍 처리 후, RelyX Unicem을 부착한 군이 가장 높은 결합 강도를 보였으며 (P<.05) 알루미나 분사처리를 한 군과 로카텍 처리를 한 군은 아무런 처리를 하지 않은 군보다 유의하게 높은 결합 강도를 보였다 (P<.05). 또한 모든 표면상태에서 RelyX Luting은 다른 군에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 가장 낮은 결합강도를 보였다 (P<.05). 결론: 본 연구의 결과에 따르면 RelyX Unicem은 지르코니아와 강한 결합력을 보였으며 로카텍 처리는 결합을 증진시키는데 효과적이었다. Purpose: To evaluate the effect of surface conditioning on the shear bond strength of zirconium-oxide ceramic to 4 luting agents. Materials and methods: A total of 120 diskshaped zirconium-oxide ceramic blocks (3Y-TZP, Kyoritsu, Japan) were treated as follows: (1) Sandblasting with $110\;{\mu}m$ aluminum-oxide ($Al_2O_3$) particles; (2) tribochemical silica coating (Rocatec) using $110\;{\mu}m$ $Al_2O_3$ particles modified by silica; (3) no treatment. Then zirconium-oxide ceramic blocks bonded with 4 luting cements (RelyX luting (3M ESPE), Maxcem (Kerr), Nexus3 (Kerr), Rely X Unicem (3M ESPE)). Each group was tested in shear bond strengths by UTM. A 1-way analysis of variance and 2-way analysis of variance was used to analyze the data ($\alpha$ = .05). Results: RelyX unicem in combination tribochemical silica-coating produced a highest bond strength (P < .05). Air abrasion group and Rocatec treatment groups resulted in significantly higher than no conditioning group (P < .05). RelyX Luting groups showed lower bond strength than other groups. There were significant differences among groups (P < .05). Conclusion: Within the limitation of this study, RelyX Unicem cement provided the highest bond strength and Rocatec treatment enhanced the bond strength.

        메주로부터 분리한 항진균 및 항세균 활성의 Bacillus polyfermenticus CJ9

        메주로부터 항진균 및 항세균 활성을 나타내는 균주를 분리하고 동정하여 B. polyfermenticus CJ9로 명명하였다. B. polyfermenticus CJ9의 생육에 따른 항균 활성을 측정한 결과 항세균 활성은 배양 12시간에 최대 활성을 나타내며 72시간까지 90% 이상 활성을 유지하다 120시간에 활성을 완전히 상실하였다. 항진균 활성은 배양 24시간 이후부터 최대 활성을 나타내었고, 사멸기 이후 활성이 다소 감소되었으나 배양 120시간까지 활성이 유지되었다. B. polyfermenticus CJ9은 식품과 인체에 유해한 곰팡이, 효모, 그람 양성 및 음성 세균에 대한 항진균 활성과 항세균 활성을 동시에 나타내었다. B. polyfermenticus CJ9의 항세균 활성은 $37^{\circ}C$ 에서 24시간 열처리 후에 활성을 상실하였으며, pH 5.0~9.0 구간에서는 안정한 활성을 나타내었으나 pH 3.0~4.0 구간에서 활성이 감소하였다. 항진균 물질은 $121^{\circ}C$에서 15분간 열처리시 활성이 감소되었으나 역가가 완전히 소실되지 않았으며, pH 3.0~9.0 구간에서 안정한 활성을 나타내었다. 항세균 물질과 항진균 물질은 proteinase K, protease, trypsin, $\alpha$-chymotrypsin 등의 단백분해효소 처리로 역가를 상실하거나 일부 감소되어 단백질성 물질임을 추정하였다. B. polyfermenticus CJ9의 항세균 물질과 항진균 물질을 $C_{18}$ Sep-Pak column에 흡착된 분획으로부터 역가를 확인하여 소수성 물질임을 알 수 있었으며, Tricine-SDS-PAGE 및 direct detection 실험을 통하여 분자량을 확인한 결과 항진균 물질은 약 1.4 kDa의 물질임을 확인하였다. 그러나 항세균 활성 물질은 열 불안정성 때문에 동 실험법상에서 그 분자량을 확인할 수 없었다. B. polyfermenticus CJ9이 생산하는 항균 물질은 항세균 및 항진균 활성을 동시에 가지는 단백질성 물질로서 천연 식품보존제 및 정장제재로 활용이 기대되며, 이를 위하여 항세균 물질과 항진균 물질의 정제 및 구조분석 등의 연구가 필요하다. A CJ9 bacterial strain, which showed antifungal and antibacterial activities, was isolated from meju and identified as Bacillus polyfermenticus based on Gram staining, biochemical properties, as well as its 16S rRNA sequence. B. polyfermenticus CJ9 showed the antimicrobial activity against the various pathogenic molds, yeasts, and bacteria. The antibacterial activity was stable in the pH 5.0~9.0, but the activity was lost at $37^{\circ}C$ for 24 hr. The antifungal activity was stable in the pH range of 3.0~9.0 and reduced at $121^{\circ}C$ for 15 min, but antifungal activity was not completely destroyed. The antibacterial activity was completely inactivated by proteinase K, protease, trypsin, and $\alpha$-chymotrypsin. The antifungal activity was also completely inactivated by protease and $\alpha$-chymotrypsin, and reduced its activity by proteinase which indicated that the antifungal and antibacterial compounds have proteineous nature. The apparent molecular mass of the partially purified antifungal compound, as indicated by using the direct detection method in Tricine-SDS-PAGE, was approximately 1.4 kDa. The molecular mass of the antibacterial compound could not be determined because of its heat-liable characteristic.

        유산소 운동과 Glycemic Index가 젊은여성의 건강체력, 대사적 지수 및 골밀도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of aerobic exercise and supplementation of different glycemic index values of carbohydrate on the body composition including fat mass(FM), percent fat(%fat), body mass index(BMI), and waist-hip-ratio (WHR), health-related physical fitness including back strength, sit-up, trunk flexion, and Harvard step test, and metabolic indices including leptin, blood glucose, and insulin and bone mineral density in young female adults. 22 young female adults were participated in this study and classified as a two groups by High glycemic index group(HGI, n=12), and low glycemic index group(LGI, n=10). They performed aerobic walking programs on treadmill for 8 weeks. Health-related physical fitness was determined by measuring back strength, sit-up, trunk flexion and Harvard step test, and body composition was measured by Bioelectric Impedance Analysis(BIA). Blood leptin, blood glucose, blood insulin were measured before and 8 weeks of the program treatment. There was a significant difference on bone mineral density but there were no significant differences on body composition, health-related physical fitness, and metabolic indices between two groups. Blood leptin was significantly associated with flexibility(r=-0.37), FM(r=0.56), % fat(r=0.44), LBM(r=0.41), WHR(r=0.38), BMI(r=0.39), blood glucose(r=0.35), and insulin(r=0.30). In conclusion, aerobic exercise program and supplementation of different GI carbohydrate for 8 weeks affect on bone mineral density but don't affect on health-related physical fitness, metabolic indices in young females. Leptin significantly associated with flexibility, fat mass, percent fat, LBM, WHR, BMI, blood glucose, and insulin in young females.

      • 방사선사와 방사선학과 재학생의 윤리강령 인식 실태조사와 기초자료 연구

        Background: By identifying the degree of awareness of the Code of Ethics of Radiological technologist and Radiologic science students, and figuring out what content and format is appropriate for education, we intend to prepare basic data for the development of the Code of Ethics in the future. Methods: The data collection period was from July 21 to November 24, 2020, and the data collection method was conducted in a non-face-to-face manner through Google questionnaires. Results: The degree of awareness of the code of ethics according to individual characteristics is for Radiological technologist. There was a difference according to age (p=0.005), work area (p=0.019), religion (p≤0.001), and the degree of professional workers was gender (p=0.025), age (p=0.002), and work area. (p=0.019), experience (p=0.010), and religion (p=0.002) showed differences. In the case of enrolled students, there was no difference according to gender, practical experience, and religion, and the degree of perception of occupation was different according to religion (p=0.020). Conclusion: It can be said that it is enough to show that Radiological technologist and Radiologic science students need ethics education, but they do not receive education on actual ethics.

        메주로부터 분리한 Bacillus polyfermenticus CJ6의 항진균 활성

        메주로부터 곰팡이 및 세균 등에 생육 저해활성을 나타내는 균주 B. polyfermenticus CJ6을 분리ㆍ동정하였다. 분리균주 B. polyfermenticus CJ6는 2단 대수기를 나타내는 생육곡선상 특이점을 나타내었으며 배양 30시간 이후부터 최대활성을 나타내었고 사멸기 이후 활성이 다소 감소되었으나 120시간까지 활성을 유지하였다. B. polyfermenticus CJ6의 항진균 활성 물질은 70℃ 이상에서 활성이 감소되었으나 121℃에서 15분간 열처리 시 역가가 완전히 소실되지 않았다. pH 안정성 실험에서는 pH 3.0~9.0 구간에서 안정한 활성을 나타내었으며, 각종 효소에 대한 영향에서 항진균 활성물질은 proteinase K, protease, α-chymotrypsin 등의 단백분해효소 처리로 역가를 상실하거나 일부 감소되어 단백질성 물질임을 추정하였다. 균주의 항진균 활성 물질을 C18 Sep-Pak column으로 부분 정제한 후 Tricine-SDS-PAGE 및 direct detection 실험을 통하여 분자량이 약 1.4 kDa의 물질임을 확인하였다. B. polyfermenticus CJ6가 생산하는 항진균 활성 물질은 기존에 거의 보고되지 않은 B. polyfermenticus 유래의 단백질성 항진균 활성 물질로서 천연보존제 및 천연항균제재로 사용이 기대되며, 이를 위하여 항진균 활성 물질들의 정제 및 구조분석 등의 연구가 필요하다. The CJ6 bacterial strain, which possesses strong antifungal activity, was isolated from meju and identified as Bacillus polyfermenticus based on Gram staining, biochemical properties, and 16S rRNA gene sequencing. B. polyfermenticus CJ6 showed antimicrobial activity against the various pathogenic molds, yeasts, and bacteria. Antifungal activity from B. polyfermenticus CJ6 was reduced after 24 hr at 70℃ but antifungal activity was not completely destroyed. The antifungal activity was stable in the pH range of 3.0~9.0, and inactivated by proteinase K, protease, and α-chymotrypsin, which indicate its proteinaceous nature. The apparent molecular masses of the partially purified antifungal compound, as indicated by using the direct detection method in Tricine-SDS-PAGE, was approximately 1.4 kDa.

        폐경 전후 여성들에게 나타나는 혈관운동성 장애에 영향을 미치는 요인

        연구목적: 전세계적으로 안면홍조 관해 활발히 연구가 진행중인 반면 국내에는 현재까지 안면홍조와 연관 있는 인자에 관한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 안면홍조와 야간발한을 독립적으로 예측할 수 있는 인자를 분석하고자 한다. 연구재료 및 방법: 일개 대학병원의 갱년기 클리닉을 방문한 여성들을 대상으로 후향적 단면연구를 시행하였다. 면접설문조사와 신체계측, 혈액 검사, 골밀도를 측정하고 독립표본 T 검정과 χ2 검정을 통해 분석하였으며 단계적 다중회귀분석으로 안면홍조와 야간발한에 독립적으로 영향을 미치는 인자를 분석하였다. 결과: 안면홍조가 있는 군과 없는 군에서 체질량지수 (P=0.021), 분만력 (P=0.007), 난포자극 호르몬 (P=0.005), 심계항진 (P<0.001), 수면장애 (P<0.001), 우울감 (P<0.001)이 유의한 차이를 보였고 체질량지수 (P=0.039), 폐경 상태 (전기 폐경이행기, 후기 폐경이행기, 폐경후기, P=0.133, P=0.004, P=0.020), 심계항진 ("가끔", "자주", "많이", P=0.0001, P=0.003, P=0.042)만이 안면홍조에 독립적으로 영향을 미치는 예측인자로 나타났다. 야간발한이 있는 군과 없는 군에서 난포자극호르몬, 요추 골밀도, 심계항진, 수면장애, 우울감이 유의한 차이를 보였고 난포자극호르몬 (P=0.010), 심계항진 ("가끔", "자주", "많이", P=0.007, P=0.017, P=0.026), 수면장애 ("가끔", "자주", "많이", P=0.08, P=0.036, P=0.001)만이 야간발한에 독립적으로 영향을 미치는 예측인자로 나타났다. 결론: 안면홍조는 체질량지수가 낮은 여성보다 높은 여성에게서, 후기 폐경 이행기와 폐경후기로 갈수록 증가하였으며 심계항진과 연관성이 높았다. 야간 발한은 난포자극호르몬 수치가 높을수록 발생율이 높았고 심계항진, 수면장애와 연관성이 큰 것으로 나타났다. Objectives: Hot flushes are the subject of research worldwide. However, factors relating to hot flushes have yet to be studied in Korea. Thus, this study examined the factors which may independently influence hot flushes and night sweats. Methods: We conducted retrospective cross-sectional study among women who attended the Menopause Clinic of The University Hospital in Korea between January 2006 and June 2009. Along with questionnaire-based surveys, body composition, blood sampling, and bone mineral density were measured, A multiple stepwise regression analysis was conducted to examine factors that would independently influence hot flushes and night sweats. Results: Only the body mass index (P=0.039), menopausal status (early perimenopausal transition, late perimenopausal transition, and postmenopausal, [P=0.133, P=0.004, and P=0.020, respectively]), and palpitation ("occasionally", "frequently", and "many times", [P=0.0001, P=0.003, and P=0.042, respectively]) were predictive factors that influence hot flushes independently. Only follicle stimulating hormone (P=0.010), palpitations ("occasionally", "frequently", and "many times", [P=0.007, P=0.017, and P=0.026), respectively]), and insomnia ("occasionally", "frequently", and "many times", [P=0.08, P=0.036, and P=0.001, respectively]) were predictive factors that independently influence night sweats. Conclusion: Our findings show that hot flushes are associated with increased body mass index, menopausal state, and palpitation. Night sweat were shown to be closely related with an increased follicle stimulating hormone level, palpitations and insomnia. (J Korean Soc Menopause 2009;15:164-171)

        종합병원 신규간호사의 COVID-19 두려움과 직업존중감이 감염관리 수행도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the effects of the factors of fear of COVID-19 and job-esteem on infection control in newly graduated registered nurses in a general hospital. Methods: This descriptive study used collected data from 159 newly graduated registered nurses working in a general hospital in Seoul; data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression analysis. Results: Job-esteem (β = .20, p = .011) significantly influenced infection control, while fear of COVID-19 was ot related to the infection control performance. Conclusion: The study results indicate that job-esteem influences the infection control performance of new nurses. Therefore, to improve infection control performance, the reinforcing program of job esteem should be pursued to the newly graduated registered nurses.

        중학교 남학생의 과도한 유튜브 이용과 내재화 및 외현화 문제: 사회적 지지의 조절효과

        본 연구는 중학교 남학생의 유튜브 이용실태와 과도한 유튜브 이용이 그들의 내재화 문제 및 외현화 문제에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 확인하고, 사회적 지지가 조절효과를 보이는지를 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 중학교에 재학하고 있는 남학생 320명을 대상으로 유튜브 이용도, 유튜브 중독정도, 내재화 및 외현화 문제행동 척도, 그리고 부모, 교사, 친구의 지지도를 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 유튜브 중독정도가 높을수록 내재화 및 외현화 문제행동이 높은 편이었다. 내재화 문제의 경우 부모의 지지는 사회적 위축과 우울 모두에 있어 조절효과가 발견되었다. 하지만 교사의 지지와 친구의 지지는 조절효과가 발견되지 않았다. 반면 외현화 문제에 있어서는 교사의 지지가 비행과 공격행동 모두에 있어 조절변인으로 기능하였다. 부모 및 친구의 지지는 오직 비행행동에 대해서만 조절효과가 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 유튜브 중독을 조절하는 사회적 지지의 효과가 부모인지 교사인지에 따라 다른 영향력이 있음을 시사한다. 또한 사회적지지 수준이 높다고 하더라도 유튜브 중독이 높은 경우에는 보호효과가 발견되지 않았는데, 이는 유튜브중독이 심각해지기 이전에 조기에 개입할 필요성이 있음을 시사하였다. This study examined how much Korean male middle school students used YouTube to determine if the social support from parents, teachers, and friends might moderate the relationships between YouTube overuse and internalizing and externalizing problems. Three hundred and twenty male middle school students completed questionnaires asking about their YouTube use, levels of YouTube addiction, internalizing and externalizing behaviors, and the degree of social support from parents, teachers, and friends. The results indicated that the YouTube addiction was positively related to the levels of internalizing and externalizing problems. Parental support moderated the relationships between YouTube addiction and internalizing problems. On the other hand, the moderating effects of teachers" or friends" supports were not significant. In contrast, teachers" support was the most crucial moderating factor regarding externalizing problems, while parental and friends" supports were only related to delinquency but not to aggression. These results suggest that the role of parental or teacher supports should be unique depending on the types of problem behaviors. Furthermore, the "protective effects" of social support were not found in the highly addicted group, suggesting that the early prevention of YouTube overuse is a crucial intervention.

        한국영화의상(韓國映畵衣裳)과 대중(大衆)패션의 연관성(聯關性)에 관(關)한 고찰(考察) -1998년(年) 이후(以後)Retro 현상(現狀)을 중심(中心)으로-

        This study examines the meaning of retro phenomenon and its background of establishment that showed in the pop culture. And it finds out the retro phenomena in the domestic fashion trends. And it defines the characteristics of dress and its ornament in the retro phenomena that have shown in the Korean movies since 1998. By doing this, it examines the relationship between movie dress and street fashion while it compares the styles in the 50s 70s with the retro fashion that is currently emerging. The results of the study are as follows. First, the hippie look in the 60s represented a distinctive characteristic of how they rejected traditional lifestyles. Hippie`s romantic femininity that showed in the movie of ``Oollala Sisters`` received a spotlight as a necessary style in the modern fashion trend. Second, while the funk look in the 70s was a style of disorder and disgust, the movie gives it a possibility of fashion with a converted sense as a vanguard fashion while embracing the funk look. Third, the layered look in the 70s was expressed with layered items, while the current layered look emphasizes layered textiles as shown in the movie of ``Hae-Jeok Became The Disco King``. Fourth, the feminine look which was a symbol of restraint shows a mixed style with delicate feminine items as shown in the movies, ``The Harmonium In My Memory`` and ``Ditto``. Fifth, the training look that has two stripes as shown in the movie ``the Friends`` is considered as casual wear, which is functional and easy to move at the end of the 20th century. Finally, the romantic images of school look, as shown in the movies ``the Friends` and ``Hae-Jeok Became The Disco King``, show a renewed mixed & unique style. This study has its significance in the sense that it verifies the fact that the movie dress does not show the characteristics of the works that momentarily passes the screen, but it becomes a foundation of the future fashion design. At this time that Korean movies are highly developing, a through study on the movie fashion will not only give a direction of future in the modern fashion, but it will also give a developing momentum in the Korean movie dress.

        초등학교 남아의 인터넷 폭력게임 사용시간과 게임과몰입정도가 공격적 행동에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the time spent on violent internet games and game overindulgence on aggressive behavior exhibited by elementary school-aged boys and to investigate the mediating effects of self-control on the relationship between children`s game overindulgence and their aggressive behavior. The subjects of this study were 118 fourth to sixth grade boys from five elementary schools. The instruments used were the aggression subscale of the Korean-Youth Self Report (Oh, Ha, Lee, & Hong, 2001), a questionnaire of the time spent playing violent internet games developed by the authors, the Internet Game Addiction Scale for Children (Kim, Lee, Kim, Kim, & Kim, 2006) and the Self-Control Scale (Nam, 1999). The data were analyzed by means of a Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results were as follows. First, children`s self-control mediated the relationship between game overindulgence and aggressive behavior. Second, the amount of time spent playing violent internet games had no effect on children`s aggressive behavior.
