국제우주정거장 활용 우주실험용 장비는 발사 시, 극심한 진동 환경에 노출되기 때문에 이 때 발생할 수 있는 진동에 대한 안전성을 평가하는 것이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 국제우주정거장 활용 우주실험용 세포배양기에 대한 사전 진동 해석을 수행하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 실험장비의 고유 모드와 고유 진동수를 구하고 발사 시, 진동 스펙트럼을 이용하여 랜덤 진동 해석을 수행하였다. 이를 통해 진동에 따른 안전성을 검토하였으며 진동 특성을 파악하여 향후 비행모델 설계 시 여러 변수를 변화시켜 의도하는 공진주파수를 유도하는 최적 설계가 가능하다. The space experiment equipment on the International Space Station(ISS) will be exposed to severe vibration environment during the launching of a rocket. So, it is essential to evaluate the safety of the vibration caused by lift-off of rocket. In this paper, preliminary vibration analysis of bioreactor for ISS experiment was performed and the results were analyzed. Modal analysis and random vibration analysis using vibration spectrum were performed. And the safety of the vibration was studied and the vibration characteristics were analyzed. It is possible to derive the optimal design of the resonance frequency by changing the variables for flight model design.
Biomorphic C/SiC 복합재료의 기계적 물성 연구

본 논문에서는 Biomorphic C/SiC 복합재료에 대하여 단위구조해석을 수행하였다. 소나무와 뉴송을 탄화하고 실리콘을 함침해 제조한 복합재료의 미세조직을 사각배열과 육각배열로 가정해 단위구조를 정의하고 등가물성치를 계산하였다. 단위구조의 크기가 동일하지 않은 경우도 고려하였고, 또한 공극에 배열에 따른 물성치의 변화를 monte carlo 시뮬레이션을 통해 조사하였다. In this paper, mechanical property of biomorphic C/SiC composite was calculated by unit cell analysis. The microstructural arrangement of materials, carbonized pine which was impregnated with silicon, was idealized as square and hexagonal arrays. Unit cell was then defined and equivalent elasic constants were calculated. A single and double unit cell structures were considered. The effect of void distribution was also studied by monte carlo simulation.

Chronic hepatitis B (CHB) is a serious health problem in Korea and other Asian countries. In the last years, treatment of CHB has considerably improved. Several agents are currently approved for the treatment of CHB: pegylated interferon alpha 2a, lamivudine, adefovir, entecavir, telbivudine and tenofovir. The treatment recommendations from the 2011 Korean Association for the Study of the Liver guideline on the management of CHB have been updated to incorporate new therapeutic options. One of the critical challenges is the relatively high cost of antiviral drugs and lack of adequate reimbursement for treatment makes adherence to guidelines impossible. Here we review medical insurance reimbursement policy in Korea and other Asian countries focusing on the antiviral drugs for the treamtment of CHB patients.

항만 VTS와 연안 VTS는 소속, 관제 구역, 주로 제공되는 서비스의 내용 등의 차이를 가지고 있다. 하지만 연안 VTS는 남해를 시작으로 전국으로 확장할 계획을 가지고 구축중이다. 그 결과 인접 VTS인 항만 VTS와 뗄 수 없는 사이가 되어버렸다. 여수는 항만 VTS와 연안 VTS가 동시에 시행되는 지역으로, 내년에는 인접 VTS인 통영 연안 VTS가 개국 될 예정이다. 반년 이상 운영되면서, 현재 가지고 있는 문제점에 대해 같이 생각해보고, 양 VTS간의 연계 필요성 및 방안에 관해 생각해보는 시간이 되었으면 한다.
운영부동산 유형별 리츠자산의 입지특성 분석에 관한 연구

REITs are very closely related to real estate management, but there have been no prior studies analyzing the location of REITs assets. Therefore, this study analyzed the location characteristics of REITs assets in two aspects to clarify the location characteristics by using spatial information of REITs assets. First, the characteristics of the type of city where REITs assets are distributed were analyzed, and second, the characteristics of the zoning where REITs assets are distributed were analyzed. As a result of analyzing the characteristics of the city where REITs assets are distributed by type, it was analyzed that in the case of the capital area, both the ratio of cities with REITs assets location and the intensity of REITs assets location (number of REITs assets per city) have location characteristics by city hierarchy in the order of metropolitan city > big city > small and medium-sized city. In the case of non-capital area's metropolitan and large cities, the ratio of REITs assets location cities is similar to that of the capital area, but the location intensity of REITs assets was analyzed to be significantly lower than that of the capital area. As a result of the analysis of REITs assets by type, housing REITs assets tend to be located in the old downtown commercial zoning and the new downtown residential zoning, office REITs assets are characterized by concentration of location in specific commercial zoning of Seoul, and retail REITs assets are located mainly in the old downtown station area. In addition, it was found that logistics REITs assets tend to be located in management zoning, centering on key logistics hub cities in the region.
