Ce travail a pour objet la description formelle de la nominalisation d'adjectifs, c'est-a`-dire des relations syste´matiques entre constructions adjectivales et constructions nominales, dans le cadre du Lexcique-Grammaire. Ces relations re´gulie`res peuvent e^tre de´finies comme une transformation qui relie deux phrases diffe´rentes en forme, mais pratiquement synonymes, par le recours a` la notion de support. Il s'agit de deux constructions identiques du point de vue lexico-syntaxique, dont la relation est appele´e globalement "nominalisation d'adjectifs" ; ce qui se repre´sente de la manie`re suivante : No e^tre Adj W = No avoir De´t Adj-n W Les nominalisations ne sont pas conside´re´es ici comme des relatians entre une phrase et un syntagme nominal mais entre deux phrases e´quivalentes, a` savoir une phrase a` adjectif et une phrase a` substantif morphologiquement associe´. La mise en relation de ces deux constructions s'est formellement justifie´e par leur synonymie et leurs proprie´te´s syntaxiques communes telles que la relation morphologique, l'identite´ des domaines d'arguments, la me^me comple´mentation, la question en Comment, l'acceptation des adverbes de degre´.
2P-750 Electospun LiFePO<sub>4</sub>/carbon complex for high rate performance lithium ion battery

LiFePO<sub>4</sub>/carbon complexes were prepared by electrospinning to improve rate performance at high C-rate and their electrochemical properties were investigated to be used as a cathode active material for lithium ion battery. The LiFePO<sub>4</sub>/carbon complexes prepared have a continuous structure with carbon-coated LiFePO<sub>4</sub> and the LiFePO<sub>4</sub> in LiFePO<sub>4</sub>/carbon complex has improved thermal stability from carbon coating. The capacity ratio of coin cell manufactured from raw LiFePO<sub>4</sub> is 40%, whereas the capacity ratio of coin cell manufactured from LiFePO<sub>4</sub>/carbon complex is 61% (10 C/0.1 C).

Background : The aim of this report is to show the usefulness of nested TBc PCR of fine needle aspiration specimen with scratching of conventional cytologic slide or fresh aspirated material. Material and Method : Twenty seven cases tested by fine needle aspiration cytology and nested TBc PCR are retrospectively collected for about two years. Their cytologic feature and result of nested Tbc PCR are reviewed and compared according to sampling method for nested TBc PCR. Result : The nested TBc PCR among the granulomatous lesion is positive reaction in 4 cases/5 cases(80%) and 7 cases/8 cases (87%) with scratched material from conventional cytologic glass slide and fresh aspirated material, respectively. Two cases among five cases showing necrotic material without granuloma is diagnosed as tuberculous lymphadenitis. Conclusion : Scratched material from conventional cytologic glass slide seem to be also valuable for nested TBc PCR, although small number of collected case is limited. If sufficient material is unavailable for evaluation of tuberculosis, nested TBc PCR with scratched material from conventional cytologic glass slide may be helpful.
한방산후조리원 산모를 대상으로 실시한 하태독법의 인식 및 의향 조사

Objectives Purpose of this study is to investigate the current usage of Ha-Taedok Method in postpartum women. Methods 36 questionnaires were statistically analyzed by using PASW Statistics 18. Results Only 2 women knew Ha-Taedok Method (5.6%). Women tend not to use Ha-Taedok Method because their children were too young to take herbal medicine (27.8%). However, when being educated about Ha-Taedok Method, they were more likely to take this method than before (13.2%${\rightarrow}$75%). Conclusions The utilization of Ha-Taedok Method will improve up on educating post-partum women.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the present situation for oriental examination and treatment of ADHD by questionnaire. Methods : We surveied oriental clinics which publicized on internet that they run a clinic of ADHD and oriental university hospitals which had a department of Pediatrics or Neurophycholosy. Results : The number of responding that the period of actively attending upon treatment of ADHD children was less than 3 years was 9(60%). The number of responding that in these 3 months, the number of ADHD children visiting clinics were under ten was 8(53.3%). The number of responding that the average age of ADHD children visiting clinics were 7 to 10 years old were 10(66.7%). The number of responding that they assessed diagnosis of ADHD children were 7(46.7%). The number of responding that they assessed oriental medical examination to ADHD children were 9(60%). The number of responding that the most effective treatment to ADHD children was Herbal Medicine was 10(66.7%). The number of responding that the interval of treatment of ADHD was 1 to 3 months was 9(60%). Conclusions : Recently oriental medical treatments for ADHD has been attempted. Treatment methods were herbal medicine, acupuncture, parents education, etc. But further studies are needed.
Anti-inflammatory Activities of GyejigaChulBuTang on Lipopolysaccharide-stimulated RAW264.7 Cells

Objectives GyejigaChulBuTang (GCBT) is a prescription used to treat acute and chronic arthritis in Korea, China, and Japan. This study assessed the anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant activities of GCBT on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophage cells. Methods Raw264.7 cells were pretreated with or without GCBT for 1 hour prior to incubation with LPS. Anti-inflammatory activity of GCBT was evaluated with reference to gene expression and production levels of proinflammatory cytokines ($TNF{\alpha}$, IL-$1{\beta}$, IL-6, GM-CSF and $INF{\gamma}$) and inflammatory mediators (iNOS, COX-2, NO and $PGE_2$). In addition, intracellular ROS generation and signal transduction of MAPK family, PI3K/Akt and $I{\kappa}B{\alpha}/NF{\kappa}B$ was investigated. Results Prior treatment with GCBT inhibited elevation of $TNF{\alpha}$, IL-$1{\beta}$, IL-6, GM-CSF, $INF{\gamma}$, NO and $PGE_2$, together with their cognate mRNAs in a dose-dependent manner. Intracellular ROS contents were similarly reduced. These effects were due to inhibition of LPS-induced phosphorylation of MAPK family, PI3K/Akt and $I{\kappa}B{\alpha}$ as well as nuclear translocation of $NF{\kappa}B$. Conclusions GCBT suppresses pro-inflammatory mediators. GCBT has potential in the treatment of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis associated with inflammation.

Extramedullary plasmacytoma is a neoplastic proliferation of plasmacytes in reticuloendothelial tissue. The most frequently involved sites of extramedullary plasmacytoma are head and neck regions, especially in the upper re-spiratory tract and the oral cavity although it accounts for less than 1% of all head and neck malignancy. The di-agnosis is based on immunophenotypical finding of monoclonal plasma cells and the exact diagnosis is difficult. Recently we experienced an extramedullary plasmacytoma of the maxillary sinus in a 62 year-old male patient and report with literature review.
