        감자 건부 Fusarium roseum ' Sambucinum ' 변이체의 균사생장 및 분생포자 형성에 미치는 아미노산 영양

        The effects of amino acids on mycerial growth and sporulation of the decreased and increased pathogenicity variants of potato dry rot Fusarium roseum `Sambucinum' were as following. The increased pathogenicity variants Ic52 and Ic116 showed the trend of greater mycerial growth, marking up to 67㎎ on leucine, than the decreased pathogenicity variants Dc14 and Dc91, and produced markedly low conidia below 25 × 10⁴/㎖ or no sporulation. On methionine all the variants and the wild type showed the lowest growth recording 14㎎ to 20㎎ with no sporulation. Cystine similarly as glysine supported the poor growth 30㎎ to 19㎎ of the variants Dc14 and Dc91, respectively, and did not support the sporulation. The former amino acid like asparagine supported the growth of the variants Ic52 and Ic116 marking 47㎎ and 36㎎, respectively. On all the eleven amino acids the variant Dc14 showed the trend of more mycerial growth and sporulation than the variant Dc91 which marked the exceptionally high sporulation 195 × 10⁴/㎖ on glutamic acid.

      • Human-Interactive 3D Touchless Structural Color Sensing Display

        There has been a great interest in the development of low-power, lightweight, human-interactive three-dimensional (3D) touchless displays, which allow simultaneous sensing and visualization of various stimuli. Here, we demonstrate a human-interactive 3D touchless sensing display fabricated from a solid-state block copolymer (BCP) photonic crystal (PC) with its multi-order reflective structural colors (SCs). Full visible range of SCs is developed through chemical cross-linking and interpenetrated hydrogel network within the alternating lamellae domains of the BCP PC. With the introduction of a nonvolatile ionic liquid into the domains, SC can be further controlled to result in novel SCs through the multi-ordered photonic reflections. By employing a hygroscopic ionic liquid as in ink, a printable human-interactive 3D touchless display is developed, sensing the 3D position of a human finger with respect to the distance from the display and visualizing through different SCs.

        공연 콘텐츠 영상화 사업의 시장성과 소비자 효과

        본 연구는 공연콘텐츠 영상화 사업이 공연 문화 보급에 미치는 영향과 공연 콘텐츠 영상화 사업의 시장성을 알아보았다. 문화예술 분야의 전문가를 대상 으로 한 인터뷰와 더불어 설문조사를 실시하여 영상화 공연의 이용동기를 알 아보고 가치 인식과 더불어 만족도와 태도에 미치는 영향을 검증해 보았다. 전 문가 인터뷰 분석결과 대부분의 전문가들이 공연콘텐츠 영상화 사업으로 인한 예술성 훼손과 시장 침체를 우려하였다. 하지만 관객개발 도구로는 가치가 있 고 홍보가 조금 더 활발히 이루어져야 한다고 답하였다. 소비자 설문조사 분석 결과 남성이 여성보다 이용 만족도가 높았으며 콘텐츠 만족도의 경우 발레공 연과 대중음악 콘서트를 즐겨 관람하는 관객들이 영상화 공연에 대한 만족도 가 높게 나타났다. 클래식 연주회를 즐겨보는 사람들은 제한적인 수준이기는 하지만 영상화 공연에 대한 만족도가 더 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 현장 콘텐츠 소비의 경우 제한적인 수준에서 뮤지컬을 즐겨보는 사람들이 영상화 공연에 대해 긍정적이지 않은 태도를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 영상화 된 공연의 미래 성장 전망에 대해 시사점을 제공하고 있다. This study aims to understand visualized content impacting the spread of performances, and to measure the business potential for visualized content of performances through interviewing nine experts in the culture and art areas. Also, to understand the motivation of visualized content and explores dimensions of uses and the survey were conducted. Most experts have expressed that there is a high risk of damaging the artistry and market recession due to the visualized content. However, it still becomes a meaningful tool to attract audience and requires more advertisements. Meanwhile, from the gender perspective through the survey, female consumers tend to have higher satisfaction rate than males. In terms of genre, it has resulted in the highest satisfaction in ballet and pop music concerts whereas the classical music concerts had the lowest. Finally, in respect of preference, the musical consumers showed a tendency not to favour visualized content however, the number of responses was limited.

        The Ministry of National Defense aims to create an environment in which transparent and reasonable defense policies can be implemented in real time by establishing the vision of smart defense innovation based on the Fourth Industrial Revolution and promoting innovation in technology-based defense operation systems. Artificial intelligence (AI) based defense technology is at the level of basic research worldwide, includes no domestic tasks, and involves classified military operation data and command control/decision information. Further, it is needed to secure independent technologies specialized for our military. In the army, military power continues to decline due to aging and declining population. In addition, it is expected that there will be more than 500,000 units should be managed simultaneously, to recognize the battle situation in real time on the future battlefields. Such a complex battlefield, command decisions will be limited by the experience and expertise of individual commanders. Accordingly, the study of AI core technologies supporting real-time combat command is actively pursued at home and abroad. It is necessary to strengthen future defense capabilities by identifying potential threats that commanders are likely to miss, improving the viability of the combat system, ensuring smart commanders always win conflicts and providing reasonable AI digital staff based on data science. This paper describes the recent research trends in AI military staff technology supporting commander decision-making, broken down into five key areas.

        대학생의 스트레스 요인 및 대처방식에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to identify the influencing types of stress and coping method among College and University students. The design for this study was descriptive using self-administered questionnaires. The data was collected from 1 July to 30 July 2012. 284 students in College and University located in Gyeongsangbuk-do. This data were analyzed by SAS 9.2 program using descriptive statistics, frequency, T-test, ANOVA, and Correlation analysis. The results were as follows. First, there was a difference between male and female in the level of stress, it was statistically significant(p<0.0001). Second, there was a remarkable difference in the level of stress between University and College students(p=0.0001). Third, in the evaluation of correlation, relation between study factor and career factor was statistically significant(0.59, p<0.001). However there was no positive correlation between the five stress-induced factors and problem-based handling way of stress. On the other hand, there was strong positive correlation between the five stress-induced factors and emotional-based coping method of stress(p<0.01).

      • Mancozeb 및 Oxine-Copper에 대한 사과 겹무늬썩음병균(Botryosphaeria dothidea)의 저항성

        For basic information to control apple rot caused byBotryosphaeria dothidea, this test was executed to know whether resistance of this pathogen occurred to fungicides, mancozeb and oxine-copper which have been used for many years, and know if occurred what fungicides can substitute for control of the resistant pathogen. Sensitive isolates were unable to grow at 500ug/ml whereas resistant isolates grew to 18~28mm and 7~9mm in colony diameter at 3,000ug/ml of mancozeb and oxine-copper, respectively. The sensitive isolates showed almost no pycnidia formation at 100ug/ml of either chemical while the resistant isolates formed relatively abundant pycnidia at the recommended concentration of 1,500ug/ml and above. Nuarimol+ mancozeb, propineb and thiabendazole suppressing mycerial growth and pycnidia formation completely at 1/3 of the recommended concentration can be substituted for the control of the resistant pathogen, while chlorothalonil + oxine-copper, dithianon, folpet, nuarimol +mancozeb, and propineb showing 100% suppression of germination are also promissing for the substitution.

        마늘 Virus 불활성화에 의한 생산성 향상에 관하여

        모자익 Virus병에 감염된 마늘인편에 열처리, 화학치료제의 효과를 본 시험결과는 다음과 같다. 수중 또는 기중 열처리에 있어서 공히 에서 35일간-1시간의 처리로서는 마늘 Virus의 불활성 화효과가 없었고, 에 분간의 처리로서 마늘엽에 나타난 병징이 감소되기는 하였으나 식물체의 생장력이 매우 약화되었으므로 열처리로서는 마늘 Virus를 완전히 불활성화 시킬 수 없었다. 마늘 인편을 의 Malachite Green, 동농도의 2,4-Dichlorophenoxy Acetic Acid 또는 의 Quinhydrone 수용액에 24시간 침윤처리한 후에 식재생장한 마늘엽에 모자익 병징은 감소되었으나 고농도에서 마늘의 생육이 억제되었다. 의 Naphthyl Activ A챵에 침윤한 마늘 인편을 식재 하였을 때에도 생장한 마늘엽에 모자익 병징이 감소되기는 하였으나 완전히 없어지지는 않았다. 수정한 Murashigh-Skoog 배지에 의 Naphthyl Acetic Acid를 가용하여 마늘의 조직을 배양하였을 때에는 신생한 마늘식생체내에 Virus가 불활성화되어 엽에는 모자익 병징이 나타나지 않았으며 조직세포내에는 봉입체가 형성되지 않고, 정상적인 핵을 가진 건전한 식물체를 얻을 수 있었다. The effect of heat or chemotherapeutant treatment on the mosaic virus infected garlic(Allium sativum L.) scales and that of chemotherapeutant added to the culture medium were summarized as following. The treatment of the virus infected garlic scales at for 35 days to one hour in water or in air shelved no effort of inactivating the virus. Although treatment of the garlic scales at for 90 to five minutes reduced the mosaic symptom on the leaves of the garlic plants grown after the heat treatment, it reduced the growth vigor of the plants so greatly that complete inactivation of the virus in garlics was not feasible. The mosaic symptom on the leaves of garlic plant was reduced when the infected garlic scales were grown after 24 hours soaking in Malachite Green, 2,4-Dichlorophnoxy Acetic Acid, or in Quinhydron. These chemotherapeutants, however, inhibited the growth of garlic plant at the high concentration. Garlic scales soaked in Naphthyl Acetic Acid showed the least mosaic symptom without its complete extiction on the garlic leaves. When incorporated into the modified Murashige-Skoog's medium, Naphthyl Acetic Acid could inactivate the mosaic virus in newy developed garlic plants showing no mosaic symptom on the leaves, no inclusion bodies and intact nuclei in the leaf tissue cells.
