        호텔 식음료 종사원의 조직 커뮤니케이션, 조직지원, 조직몰입 그리고 직무만족과의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine, in a service context, construct validity of widely used and accepted measures of organizational communication, perceived organizational support, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. The respondents included 252 food and beverage department employees of five hotels participated in the survey. The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, and AMOS. The result of AMOS reveals that the organizational communication significantly influenced perceived organizational support, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. And perceived organizational support had a directional impact on organizational commitment and job satisfaction Finally, organizational commitment also had a directional impact on job satisfaction.

        Background: Conventional spirometric parameters have shown poor correlation with symptoms and health status of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). While it is well-known that the pattern of flow-volume curve (F-V curve) represents ventilatory dysfunction, little attempts have been made to derive quantitative parameters by analyzing the curve. In this study, we aimed to derive useful parameters from the F-V curve via graphic analysis and tried to validate them in patients with COPD. Methods: Using Graphical Analysis 3.4 Vernier Software, we derived following parameters from the F-V curve: Ao (area of concavity), AT (area of triangle), AR(area of rectangle) and 0.25/0.75V (ratio of volume at 75%PEF and 25%PEF). To validate them, we reviewed clinical and spirometric data of 61 COPD patients from Seoul National University Airway Registry (SNUAR) and KOLD cohort. Results: Of all parameters, only RV/TLC was significantly correlated with SGRQ (r=0.447,p=0.037). Six-minute walking distance (6MWD) was highly correlated with Ao/AR (r=-0.618, p=0.005) and Ao/PEF (r=-0.581,p=0.009), whereas neither FEV1 nor FEV1/FVC had significant correlation with 6MWD. Conclusion: Ao/AR and Ao/PEF are promising parameters which correlate well with exercising capacity of COPD patients.         속초시 국민학교 어린이들의 도시락에 의한 영양섭취실태 조사

        To investigate the nutritional contents of lunchbox of students of elementary school located in Sokcho city Kangwon province, the survey was conducted from April 23 to April 26, 1991. Main dishes and side dishes in lunchbox were weighed and nutrients were analyzed from food composition table. Total daily energy and nutrients intake were reach to RDA's, except for intake of calcium, iron, vitamin A, vitamin B_2 and vitamin C. Children's height was positively correlated with energy and protein intake. Fat intake was positively correlated with monthly income and intake of vitamin A was positively correlated with number of family. This survey suggests that it need nutritional education program and school feeding to improvement of nutritional status for children.

        중국인 한국어 학습자를 위한 관형사 관형어 교육 방안 연구

        In the field of Korean language education, Chinese students who learn korean language are often mistaken in using Korean determiners or translating Korean determiners into Chinese. According to the researchers, most of these errors result from a lack of understanding of various Korean determiners and Chinese language expression or lack of understanding of grammatical information. Therefore, in this research we compared Korean determiners with Chinese to form the specific teaching plans and methods for Chinese students. In order to effectively promote the teaching of Korean determiners, the five steps of “introduction-prompt-practice-utilization-finishing” are first proposed. Korean determiners can be divided into determiners related with pronouns like you, he and me, determiners related with numerals like one, two, three, four, etc, and determiners related with prefixes like new, most, only, etc. A representative high-frequency coronal language proposes a specific teaching plan. This means that it is meaningful that Chinese learners can properly recognize the syntactic system of Korean determiners and fully understand the similarities and differences with the mother tongue and reduce errors in the use of Korean determiners. 한국어 교육 현장에서 중국인 한국어 학습자들이 한국어 관형어를 사용하거나 중국어로 번역하는 데 많은 오류가 있음은 주지의 사실이다. 이러한 오류의 큰 원인은 한국어 관형어와 중국어 대응 표현 간의 다양한 의미 특성에 대해 잘못 이해하거나 통사 정보에 관한 인식이 부족한 데서 기인한다. 본고는 이런 점을 고려하여 중국인 한국어 학습자를 대상으로, 한국어 관형사 관형어 교육 방안을 중국어의 대응 표현과 대응시키면서 제시하였다. 먼저 관형사 관형어의 교육 모형으로 도입 단계, 제시 단계, 연습 단계, 활용 단계, 정리 단계 등 5 단계 절차를 제시하였다. 그리고 관형사 관형어를 지시 관형사 관형어, 수 관형사 관형어, 성상 관형사 관형어의 3가지로 나누어 그 중 고빈도 관형사 관형어를 선정하여 각각의 구체적인 교육 방안을 제시하였다. 즉, 지시 관형사 관형어 중 ‘이’, ‘그’, ‘저’, 수 관형사 관형어 중 ‘한’, ‘두’, ‘세’, ‘네’, ‘다섯’, 성상 관형사 관형어 중 ‘새’, ‘맨’, ‘단’에 대한 실제 수업 교육 방안을 모색하였다. 본 연구는 중국인 한국어 학습자들이 한국어 관형사 관형어에 대한 통사 정보를 제대로 인식하고, 모국어 대응어와의 공통점과 차이점을 충분히 이해하여, 한국어 관형사 관형어의 사용에 있어서 오류를 줄일 수 있다는 점에 의의가 있다고 본다. ‘단’에 대한 실제 수업 교육 방안을 모색하였다. 본 연구는 중국인 한국어 학습자들이 한국어 관형사 관형어에 대한 통사 정보를 제대로 인식하고, 모국어 대응어와의 공통점과 차이점을 충분히 이해하여, 한국어 관 형사 관형어의 사용에 있어서 오류를 줄일 수 있다는 점에 의의가 있다고 본다.

        This case study shows a successful application of music and other artistic tools to the treatment of a child with a problem of stealing who has gone through his parents’divorce and remarriage. The client doesn’ get enough love and proper care, which are indispensable for early developmental periods, because of parents’discordance, separation and remarriage. The therapist tries to provide a facilitating environment where the client can express his emotional distress, and counseling for the parents to understand their children better and to create a nurturing environment for them. Through short six sessions, the client began to express himself actively and assertively in his new environment and to build an intimate relationship with his step-mother.

        온라인 사용 후기 신뢰도가 브랜드 태도 및 방문의도에 미치는 영향: 레스토랑을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of online customer’s review on the brand attitude and visit intention in the restaurant. Normally customers search information for lowering the perceived risk before decision of purchasing. Especially in online circumstances, the lack of tangibility makes customers feel the perceived risk more and intend to search information more. For the actual test of these hypotheses, surveys were conducted with a convenience sample of 268 participants who had experienced in restaurant. Frequency, factor analysis and AMOS analyzed data. As the results, online review credibility were major to influence on the brand attitude as well as flow were major to determinant on the visit intention. And brand attitude were major determinant to influence on the visit intention. Restaurant Marketer need to consider the enhancement of online review quality and credibility through providing detailed information and materials with potential guest
