홀/짝 다중 셀을 이용한 수정된 가변 미디언 필터 알고리즘에 관한 연구

MMMF(Modified 2D Multi-shell Median Filter)를 기초로 하여 가변 문턱 조건과 홀/짝수 다중셀을 이용한 Adaptive Odd/Even MMF(Multi-shell Median Filter)를 제안하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 MATLAB을 이용하여 연구하고 테스트하였다. 제안된 알고리즘의 성능은 이미 잘 알려진 이미지에 임펄스 노이즈(Impulse Noise)와 Line Missing을 적용하여 평가하였고 이를 FPGA로 구현하였다. 제안된 가변 문턱 조건은 연산 시간과 불필요한 재배치를 줄였고, 홀수 셀과 짝수 셀은 각각 십자 방향과 대각선 방향의 Line Missing을 복구하였다. 특히 짧은 연산 시간으로 실시간을 요구하는 이미지 처리 분야에서 효과적으로 이용할 수 있다. An adaptive Odd/Even Multi-shell Median Filter(Adaptive O/E MMF) is proposed by using a adaptive threshold strategy and odd/even multishells. This algorithm was verified in MATLAB and implemented on FPGA. The performance of the algorithm is evaluated by adding impulse noise and line missing into well-known images. A proposed adaptive threshold strategy may reduce the computation time and redundant arrangement. odd and even multishells can recover line missing of vertical and diagonal directions respectively Therefore, the algorithm proposed in this work can be effectively used in real time image processing applications.
베이즈주의와 웨이슨 선택 과제 : 니커슨의 논의를 중심으로

The recent Bayesian cognitive science literature on the Wason selection task has been modeled largely after the philosophy of science literature on the paradox of raven. In this paper, we consider the Bayesian approach to the Wason selection task to analogous models of the paradox of raven. In particular, we focus on Nickerson’s approach. This paper will show the following: (1) Review Nickerson’s approach, which relies on the concept of the expected confirmation power. (2) Show that the concept is related to the problem of measure sensitivity. (3) Selecting confirmation measures suggests one way to avoid the problem. In the end, we find that Nickerson’s approach is not free from the problem of measure sensitivity. And you get the way to selecting confirmation measures that match the expected confirmation power. Nevertheless, the way will serve as a partial solution because there are a variety of confirmation measures. Such a solution will not contribute to a fully fundamental solution.
학교조직건강 및 노사관계풍토가 교원노조교사의 이중몰입에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 인구통계학적 변인, 학교조직건강 변인, 그리고 노사관계풍토 변인이 교원노조교사의 학교조직몰입, 교원노조몰입, 그리고 이중몰입에 미치는 영향력을 알아보고 이중몰입의 결정요인이 무엇인가를 탐색하기 위해 회귀분석 및 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구를 통해 학교조직건강 중 교사의 능력과 학교장의 지도력은 학교조직몰입과 교원노조몰입에 영향을 미치는 가장 큰 요인으로 나타났다. 즉 교사의 능력과학교장의 지도력이 뛰어날수록 학교조직뿐만 아니라 노조조직 몰입 정도도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 조직구조 및 풍토 변인의 경우는 학교조직몰입에 미치는 영향과 교원노조몰입에 미치는 영향이 상반되어 조직구조 및 풍토가 긍정적일수록 학교조직에는 몰입하나 교원노조에는 몰입하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 노사관계풍토 변인 중 조화성, 개방성, 신속성 변인의 경우 이들의 정도가 높을수록 학교조직몰입 및 교원노조몰입의 정도가 높은 것으로 나타난다. 하지만적대감과 무관심의 경우 이들의 정도가 높을수록 학교조직몰입정도는 낮으나 교원노조몰입의 정도는 높은 것으로 나타났다. 학교조직몰입 및 교원노조몰입이 동시에 이루어지는 이중몰입의 경우 교사의 능력, 학교장의 지도력, 조화성, 개방성 등이 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to find what is determinant factors behind LMRC(Labor-Management Relationship Climate) for a commitment to school, commitment to unions, and the dual commitment to schools and unions. For the purpose, regression and logistic regression analysis are applied for this study.<br/> The results of the analysis show that teachers' capacity and principals' individual leadership are one of the most significant variances for teachers to determine a commitment to school and a commitment to unions. In other words, the stronger teachers' capacity and principals' leadership, the more involved teachers in a commitment to the school and union. In contrast, organizational structure and climate in school affect differently teachers' involvement in school networks from union. The more positive school climate promote, the more teachers involve in a commitment to school. At the same time, the less active teachers' union turns out to be LMRC, including harmonization, openness, and swiftness is also main factors behind the teachers' commitment in school and union. On the other hands, other factors, including hostility and ignorance lead teachers to involve less in school but more in union.<br/> The research shows that teachers' and principals' leadership, harmonization and openness of LMRC enforce teachers' involvement active both in school network and teachers' union.

Today, we think much of inquiry method in science teaching how students themselves can observe, operate and find the answers. So science study in inquiry method has been strengthened and not also the evaluation about knowledge but the evaluation about inquiry ability is demanded. In science education yet our reality has such problems as exiting system of entrance exam, crowded classroom, lack of experimental instruments and heavy teaching loads, very little known about the teaching-learning models which reflect these problems. In this study, which is based on these prevailing necessities and the experiences of teaching, I'll offer four kinds of models such as observation, classification, measurement, experiment which are used in science class of middle school, often which is improved to a inquiry method model adequate to middle school students. It provides some basic drill method for. Student's activities and some teacher's guides for the laboratory inquiry which are extracted from indispensable units of 3rd year middle school science.
