This study investigated the role of YouTube in providing fashion information and explored how fashion companies and individual YouTubers used this platform to communicate with consumers and disseminate fashion contents. This research identified two main types of YouTube information providers: fashion companies and fashion YouTubers. It focused on characteristics of YouTube fashion information (such as informativity, novelty, usefulness, authenticity, and enjoyment) and their impact on consumer needs satisfaction, information satisfaction, and information acceptance. An online survey was conducted with female consumers aged 20 to 39 years, analyzing responses to assess how YouTube fashion information affected consumer behavior and decision-making. Using SPSS for statistical analysis, results indicated that usefulness and enjoyment significantly influenced information acceptance, particularly with fashion companies showing a stronger impact from usefulness, while authenticity and enjoyment were more influential for fashion YouTubers. Moreover, mediating effects of consumer needs satisfaction and information satisfaction on the relationship between fashion information characteristics and information acceptance were examined. Findings revealed that various characteristics had different mediating effects based on whether the information provider was a fashion company or a fashion YouTuber. Notably, enjoyment and authenticity played crucial roles in mediating consumer needs satisfaction. Overall, this study provides insights into how YouTube serves as a vital channel for fashion information, influencing consumer satisfaction and behavior. It also offers practical implications for fashion marketers on how to leverage YouTube effectively to meet consumer needs and enhance information acceptance, thereby proposing strategic marketing recommendations for fashion companies and YouTubers.

Recently, considerable research has been made on the development of bone tissue engineering (BTE)scaffolds to support cellular behaviors. Here, black phosphorus-incorporated poly(e-caprolactone) andcollagen (PCL/BP/Col) nanofiber matrices were designed and their potential as BTE scaffolds wereexplored. The PCL/BP/Col nanofiber matrices were fabricated successfully by electrospinning, showingthat they were suitable for supporting cell growth. The PCL/BP/Col nanofiber matrices could promote notonly initial attachment and proliferation, but also osteodifferentiation of preosteoblasts. In conclusion,PCL/BP/Col nanofiber matrices possess excellent biocompatibility and improve osteogenic differentia-tion. Therefore, the PCL/BP/Col nanofiber matrices can be a promising candidate as a scaffold for BTE.

This study introduces an automatic waste sorting system leveraging YOLOv8, a real-time object detection model, and weight sensors to enhance classification accuracy. The system classifies waste into four categories: plastic, glass, cans, and batteries. YOLOv8 achieved a precision of 85.7% and a recall of 93.1% in the primary classification stage. To address challenges posed by visually similar items, such as glass and plastic bottles, the system incorporates a weight sensor for secondary classification, improving overall reliability. Being designated as low-cost hardware, including Raspberry Pi and Arduino, the proposed system is practical for deployment in public. By combining lightweight deep learning technology and simple hardware, this study provides a scalable solution to waste management challenges while suggesting avenues for future research to enhance system capabilities.

Background: The effects of psychotic disorders on cardiometabolic diseases and premature death need to be determined in Asian populations.Methods: In this population-based matched cohort study, the Korean National Health Insurance Service database (2002 to 2018) was used. The risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), acute myocardial infarction (AMI), ischemic stroke, composite of all cardiometabolic diseases, and all-cause death during follow-up was compared between individuals with psychotic disorders treated with antipsychotics (<i>n</i>=48,162) and 1:1 matched controls without psychiatric disorders among adults without cardiometabolic diseases before or within 3 months after baseline.Results: In this cohort, 53,683 composite cases of all cardiometabolic diseases (during median 7.38 years), 899 AMI, and 1,216 ischemic stroke cases (during median 14.14 years), 7,686 T2DM cases (during median 13.26 years), and 7,092 deaths (during median 14.23 years) occurred. The risk of all outcomes was higher in subjects with psychotic disorders than matched controls (adjusted hazard ratios [95% confidence intervals]: 1.522 [1.446 to 1.602] for T2DM; 1.455 [1.251 to 1.693] for AMI; 1.568 [1.373 to 1.790] for ischemic stroke; 1.595 [1.565 to 1.626] for composite of all cardiometabolic diseases; and 2.747 [2.599 to 2.904] for all-cause mortality) during follow-up. Similar patterns of associations were maintained in subgroup analyses but more prominent in younger individuals (<i>P</i> for interaction <0.0001) when categorized as those aged 18–39, 40–64, or ≥65 years.Conclusion: Patients with psychotic disorders treated with antipsychotics were associated with increased risk of premature allcause mortality and cardiometabolic outcomes in an Asian population. This relationship was more pronounced in younger individuals, especially aged 18 to 39 years.
박물관·미술관 메타버스 활용에 관한 국내 연구 동향 분석

본 연구는 코로나19 거리두기 이후 박물관과 미술관의 콘텐츠 변화 양상에 주목하여 메타버스 박물관 및 미술관 활용에 관한 국내 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 이를 파악하기 위해 국내 학술지에 게재된 KCI 등재 논문 25편을 분석 대상으로 선정하고, 총 5가지의 분석 범주를 제시하였다. 구체적으로 연도별 게재 현황, 학문 분야, 박물관 기능별 현황, 연구 주제, 연구 방법이 이에 해당한다. 메타버스 박물관 동향 관련 선행 연구가 부재하여 본 연구에서는 장예빛(2022)의 「인공지능 예술 및 인공지능 창작에 관한 국내 연구 동향」의 유목 방법론을 활용하였다. 분석 결과 총 세 가지의 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 팬데믹 이후 국내 메타버스 박물관 연구가 활성화되었으며, 23년도 들어서는 관람객 인식 조사와 같이 연구 주제와 방법론에 있어 더욱 확장된 국면에 접어들었다. 둘째, 메타버스 박물관 연구는 인문학, 예술체육학, 사회과학, 공학 등 다양한 분야가 융합된 다학제적 접근이 가능하다. 셋째, 메타버스라는 신기술 출현 배경을 고려하여 KCI 등재 외 유의미한 자료를 포괄할 수 있는 방법론의 보완이 필요하다. 본 연구는 국내 박물관 및 미술관 메타버스 활용에 관한 연구 동향을 종합적으로 분석하고, 이를 통해 후속 연구의 방향성을 제안했다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다. This study focuses on the changes in content of museums and art galleries following the social distancing measures due to COVID-19, analyzing the trends of domestic research on the utilization of metaverse museums. To achieve this, 25 KCI-indexed papers published in domestic academic journals were selected for analysis, and a total of five analytical categories were presented. Specifically, these categories include the publication status by year, academic fields, the status of museum functions, research topics, and research methods. Due to the absence of prior research on trends in metaverse museums, this study utilized the methodology from Yei-beech Jang (2022) on "Domestic Research Trend of Artificial Intelligence Art and Creation" Results showed that first, research on domestic metaverse museums has been activated after the pandemic, and as of 2023, it has entered a new phase in terms of research topics and methodologies, such as audience perception surveys. Second, research on metaverse museums allows for a multidisciplinary approach that integrates various fields, including humanities, arts and sports studies, social sciences, and engineering. Third, considering the emergence of new technologies like the metaverse, there is a need for methodological enhancements that can encompass significant data beyond KCI indexing. This study is significant in that it comprehensively analyzes the trends of metaverse utilization in domestic museums, proposing directions for future research.

Background: Polylactic acid (PLA) is extensively used in the medical and cosmetic industries for skin regeneration and as a dermal filler due to its biocompatibility and biodegradability. However, the effectiveness of PLA as a cosmetic filler is limited by its slow degradation rate and poor cell attachment properties. Recent studies have focused on enhancing the performance of PLA by combining it with other materials. This study aimed to evaluate the performance of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), known for its high biocompatibility, in comparison with the widely used hyaluronic acid (HA). Methods: Two types of PLA-based particles, HA-PLA and CMC-PLA were synthesized by combining PLA with HA and CMC, respectively. After characterizing the particles, we evaluated cell adhesion and viability using human dermal fibroblasts and analyzed gene and protein expression related to cell attachment and angiogenic paracrine factors. Results: The CMC-PLA particles maintained a more uniform size distribution than the HA-PLA particles and exhibited superior cell adhesion properties. Cells attached on the CMC-PLA particles showed enhanced secretion of angiogenic paracrine factors, suggesting a potential improvement in therapeutic efficacy. Conclusion: CMC-PLA particles demonstrated superior cell adhesion and secretion capabilities compared with HA-PLA particles, indicating their potential for application in skin regeneration and tissue recovery. Further research, including in vivo studies, is required to fully explore and validate the therapeutic potential of CMC-PLA particles. 리얼리티 프로그램에 재현되는 청년세대의 음주문화: 타자 지향적 소비와 가치 소비를 중심으로

이 연구는 코로나19 이후 새롭게 생성되고 있는 청년세대의 음주문화에 주목하였다. 우선 음주문화와 관련된 미디어 재현을 살펴보고자 MBC의 <나 혼자 산다>와 <전지적 참견 시점>을 선정해 TV 리얼리티 프로그램에 대한 텍스트 분석을 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 출연진들에게 술은 자신을 위로하는 유용한 수단이자 일종의 취향문화로 기능하였다. 특히, 와인과 위스키는 과시적 여가로 소비되기보다는 새롭고 신선한 문화적 경험으로 재현되고 있었다. 또한, 미디어 텍스트에 대한 수용과 문화적 실천을 상보적으로 살펴보기 위해, 주류 산업에 종사하는 청년과 비종사자 총 10명을 선정해 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 최근 유행하는 다른 문화들이 그러하듯, 청년세대의 음주 소비에 큰 영향을 미친 것은 SNS였는데, 이에 영향을 받거나 이용을 위해 소비가 이루어진다는 점에서 청년들의 음주문화는 타자 지향적이었다. 동시에, 청년들은 가치 소비를 즐기는 경향이 발견되었는데 가치는 자신의 취미와 여가, 힐링의 실천 과정에서 색다른 경험을 하는 것과 연관되었다. 그 외의 분야에서는 다소 극단적으로 절약하는 청년세대의 양면적 소비 특성은 산업의 중간 포지션을 사라지게 만들기도 했다. This study focused on the drinking culture of the younger generation that has been newly created since COVID-19. First, in order to examine the media representation of drinking culture, MBC's <I Live Alone> and <Point of Omniscient Interfere> were selected and text analysis of TV reality programs was conducted. The results of the study showed that alcohol was a useful means of self-comfort and a type of taste culture for the cast. In particular, wine and whiskey were reproduced as new and fresh cultural experiences rather than being consumed as ostentatious leisure activities. In addition, in order to complementarily examine the acceptance of media texts and cultural practices, we selected 10 young people working in the liquor industry and non-working people and conducted in-depth interviews. Social Network Service had a major impact on the drinking consumption of the younger generation, and in that consumption was influenced by it or was made for its use, the drinking culture of the younger generation was oriented toward others. At the same time, it was found that young people tend to enjoy value consumption, and value is related to experiencing something different in the process of practicing hobbies and leisure. In other areas, the ambivalent consumption characteristics of the young generation, who are extremely frugal, have also caused the middle position of the industry to disappear.
