The 24 channel meridian electric-potential measuring System consists of a main cpu module, bio-signal analog module, interface module, power module, personal computer. The graphic user interface program conveniently allows user to setup, calibrate, measure, store, and control the meridian electric-potential measuring system. This system and program will continually be evolved using a database of clinically correlated meridian electric-potential. A variety of system configurations gives it the ability to make a user-favorable environment for measuring. 개발된 24 채널 경락 전위측정 시스템의 구성은 마이컴 제어부, 생체신호 아날로그 증폭부, 인터페이스부, 전원장치, personal computer 등 이다. 사용자 인터페이스 프로그램은 이용자를 편리하게 구성하였으며, 측정의 편리성으로 calibration기능 및 자료의 저장 과 검색 기능을 하게 하였다. 경락 전위를 측정하기 위한 프로그램을 구성하여 제어 할 수 있게 하였다. 측정된 생체 전기 신호 자료의 분석을 통하여 각각의 위치에 대한 전위의 상호 분포를 비교하여 결과를 체계적으로 나타낼 수 있게 프로그램 처리 하였다. 다양한 종류의 측정 조건을 변화 할 수 있게 구성하여 경락 전위를 측정을 위한 이용자에게 유리한 측정 환경이 되게 하였다.

효율적인 상품평 분석을 위한 어휘 통계 정보 기반 평가 항목 추출 시스템

본 논문에서는 상품평의 효율적인 분석을 위한 평가 항목 추출 시스템을 제안한다. 시스템은 크게 상품평 수집-보정과 평가 항목 추출의 두 단계로 구성된다. 상품평 수집-보정에서는 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 상품평을 수집하고 상품평 특유의 구어체 표현과 맞춤법 오류 등을 처리한다. 평가 항목 추출에서는 스커트 상품 카테고리의 경우 ‘사이즈', ‘스타일'과 같이 상품을 평가하는 기준이 되는 항목을 상품평과 인터넷 상의 웹 문서를 활용하여 자동으로 추출한다. 상품평에 나타나는 명사들을 평가 항목 후보로 설정하고, 각 후보 명사의 상품평에서의 어휘 통계인 내부연관도와, 후보 명사와 상품 카테고리명의 웹 문서에서의 공기 빈도에 기반하여 계산된 외부연관도를 결합하여 상품과 평가 항목 후보의 연관도를 계산한다. 본 논문의 평가 항목 추출 방식은 평균 재현율 90%를 보여 기존 연구보다 우수한 결과를 보였다. In this paper, we introduce an automatic product feature extracting system that improves the efficiency of product review analysis. Our system consists of 2 parts: a review collection and correction part and a product feature extraction part. The former part collects reviews from internet shopping malls and revises spoken style or ungrammatical sentences. In the latter part, product features that mean items that can be used as evaluation criteria like 'size' and 'style' for a skirt are automatically extracted by utilizing term statistics in reviews and web documents on the Internet. We choose nouns in reviews as candidates for product features, and calculate degree of association between candidate nouns and products by combining inner association degree and outer association degree. Inner association degree is calculated from noun frequency in reviews and outer association degree is calculated from co-occurrence frequency of a candidate noun and a product name in web documents. In evaluation results, our extraction method showed an average recall of 90%, which is better than the results of previous approaches.

The legal systems of human rights protection in Europe form overlapping and mutually complementary relationships through various laws and regulations and two courts have been established to ensure them. Especially after the Lisbon Treaty, measures for effective human rights protection have been discussed. This paper aims to historically compare and examine the institutional interactions of the changes between the European Convention on Human Rights and the legal order of the European Union, and also examine the relationship between European Court of Human Rights and Court of Justice of the European Union after the Lisbon Treaty. For the effectiveness of human rights protection in Europe, it can also be an integral part of the institutional alignment between the two courts. In the recent re-negotiation to join the European Convention on Human Rights, the arrangement of jurisdiction and autonomy of both courts will increase the credibility of the human rights protection policy of Europe in the future and extend the scope to the human rights violations by community organizations. 유럽의 인권보호의 특징은 공동체 각 회원국가의 법규범, 유럽인권협약, 유럽연합기본권헌장 등 다양한 규범질서를 통해 중첩적이면서도 상호 보완관계를 유지하고 있다는 것이며, 유럽인권재판소와 유럽사법재판소를 통해 각 규범의 이행을 담보하고 있는 것이다. 특히 리스본 조약 이후 보다 효율적인 인권보호의 실효성을 위한 방안들이 협의되고 있다. 이런 점에서 본 논문은 유럽 인권보호 법질서들의 변화의 제도적 상호작용을 연혁적으로 비교・고찰해보고, 또한 유럽 양대 법원의 상호관계를 리스본 조약 이후를 중심으로 살펴보고자 한다. 유럽 인권보호의 실효성을 위해서도 두 법원들 사이의 제도적 정렬의 필요성은 인정되어야 하는 부분이며, 최근 유럽인권협약 가입을 위한 재협상이 다시 진행된다는 점에서 양 법원간의 관할권과 자치권 등에 관한 새로운 정립은 향후 유럽의 인권보호정책에 신뢰성을 제고할 것이고 공동체기구에 의한 인권침해에 대한 부분까지 그 범위를 넓혀나갈 수 있을 것이다.

브랜드 인지도에 따른 라이브 커머스의 구매설득커뮤니케이션 전략 내용분석

본 연구는 최근 마케팅커뮤니케이션 플랫폼으로서 주목받고 있는 라이브 커머스의 내용분석을 통해 이러한 도구가 어떠한 방식으로 소비자들을 설득하고 있는지를 파악해보자 하였다. 이를 위해 우선 라이브 커머스가 어떠한 구매설득커뮤니케이션 전략들을 주로 많이 사용하고 있으며, 이러한 전략이 브랜드의 인지도에 따라 어떻게 다른지 살펴보았다. 또한 라이브 커머스의 가장 큰 특징이자 장점인 쌍방커뮤니케이션의 활용 빈도를 살펴보고 이를 브랜드 인지도에 따라 어떤 차이를 보이고 이러한 쌍방커뮤니케이션은 어떤 구매설득커뮤니케이션 전략을 사용하는지 살펴보았다. 끝으로 라이브 커머스의 진행상 위치에 따른 구매설득커뮤니케이션 전략 유형들의 빈도 및 쌍방커뮤니케이션 활용 빈도를 살펴보았다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가장 많이 사용된 전략 유형은 제품 매력성이었고 그 뒤로 상호 호혜성, 일시적 감정공동체, 가격 매력성으로 나타났다. 둘째, 고인지도 브랜드의 경우 상호 호혜성, 일시적 감정 공동체, 가격 매력성, 희소성 전략을, 저인지도 브랜드의 경우는 제품매력성, 사회적 증거, 권위호소, 구매안정성보장 전략을 더 많이 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 라이브 커머스에서 쌍방향커뮤니케이션의 상호작용성을 활용하는 빈도가 아직은 많이 부족하며 활용하고 있는 전략 유형(사회적 증거, 상호 호혜성)도 매우 제한적이었다. 넷째, 라이브 커머스의 진행상 위치에 따라 사용되는 구매설득커뮤니케이션 전략과 커뮤니케이션 유형이 다름을 확인할 수 있었다. 전반부에는 제품과 직접적 관련이 적은 전략들(일시적 감정공동체, 사회적 증거, 권위호소, 긍정적 소비가치)이 주로 사용되고 후반부에는 제품과 직접적 관련성이 높은 설득 전략들(제품 매력성, 상호 호혜성, 가격 매력성, 희소성, 구매안정성 보장)을 사용하는 것으로 나타났다.

It is controversial whether the increase in the share of value-added created by developing economies has resulted from the upgrade of their production capabilities. This paper, using the trade data of Vietnam, estimates the weighted sectoral income elasticities of demand for exports over the period 1997-2017 and collates the weighted sectoral domestic share of value-added over the period 2005-2015. This paper finds the following. Firstly, the rise of exports demand in high value-added sectors happened. Secondly, the aggregate domestic share of value-added continued to decrease in Vietnam. Finally, the weighted domestic share of value-added the high-tech and the mid-tech sector grew at a slower speed than the weighted foreign value-added. The findings suggest that engaging in global value chains has not led to the upgrade of production capabilities of local Vietnamese firms.
