Recently, University environment on campus has been changed faster than before. They have devised long-term development plans such as improving the image of campus and increasing campus competitive power to overcome difficulties in campus management. Therefore, many of those have made every effort to provide convenient university services for campus members and to improve the image of campus through building a ubiquitous campus. Korea became the best of IT technology. IT technology of u-campus need a service environment of which the practical use is possible through IT analysis of the members of campus. It expected thing to use much, even though actual condition investigation about IT environment of the member is insufficient. The inconvenience of mobile could not be activated to the service for proactive use. The importance became the result about u-campus service setup of university center. This service environment can not offer specific information of center members for which the service implements. In this paper, we designed a members centralized ubiquitous campus model through contents information service which are based on Apple iphone and iPod Touch such as Wi-Fi network service of Apple mobiles.

연구의 목적 본 연구는 아동을 대상으로 치료를 시행하는 작업치료사들에게 작업관련 근골격계 증상 유발율과 직무와 관련한 근골격계 질환 증상 요인을 파악하여 아동 작업치료사들의 근골격계 질환 예방의 근거를 마련하고자 시행하였다. 연구방법 68명의 아동 작업치료사들을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 표준화된 직무 관련 분석(REBA) 일반적 특성, 근골격계, 증상, 자세 위험도를 조사하였고 빈도분석과 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 참가자의 92.6%가 근골격계 증상이 있다고 조사되었다. REBA를 사용하여 자세위험도를 분석한 결과, 이동(75%), 운동(48.5%), 보조(22%) 순으로 자세위험도가 높게 나타났다. 결론 아동 작업치료사들의 구부리거나 몸을 비트는 자세에 따라 REBA검사 결과가 높게 나타났다. 향후 작업치료와 관련된 기관의 치료사를 중심으로 연구대상 범위를 확대하고 근골격계 질환에 영향을 주는 사회 심리적 요인을 포함한 조사가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 제한점 설문지 회수율이 68%로 낮아 아동작업치료사의 전체를 대표하는데 어려움이 있다. 그리고 설문지의 근골격계 증상 유무에 영향을 줄 수 있는 다양한 변수를 포함하지 못하여 전체로 일반화 하는데 어려움이 있다. Purpose: The aim of this study was to understand musculoskeletal symptom incidencerate and to investigate work related muculoskeletal disorder symptom factor after analyze posture in work of occupational theray. Then, This study is investigated to provide evidence of musculoskeletal disorder prevention. Method: We chose a sixty-eight occupational therapist who treat children client. Using a constructed questionnaire and standard work related posture analysis instrument, general characteristics, musculoskeletal symptoms, posture risk grade of their were investigated. We analysis collected data by frequency analysis and correlation analysis. Result: The 92.6% of participant are appealed musculosketal disorder. The analysis result of posture risk using REBA, which showed frequency of dangerous grade in order transfer(75%), exercise(48.5%), assist(22%) conclusion: The result of this study posture risk and musculoskeletal disorder had high correlation. Further, the study will need to expand number of participant and to include psychosocial factor affected musculoskeletal disorder.

In this paper, I try to measure the electrical characteristics of PV cell for lanterns with solar simulator and simulated with PC1D software. I keep my eye on the characteristics variation of PV cell as a temperature change. Therefore, I try to increase a temperature of controlled block from 10℃ to 50℃ while measuring the PV cell. As a result, A variation caused by voltage have an effect on the efficacy of PV cell. Hence, it is an important variable when a designer plan to make a solar cell for lanterns.
Association of Muscle Mass Loss with Diabetes Development in Liver Transplantation Recipients

Background: Post-transplant diabetes mellitus (PTDM) is one of the most significant complications after transplantation. Patients with end-stage liver diseases requiring transplantation are prone to sarcopenia, but the association between sarcopenia and PTDM remains to be elucidated. We aimed to investigate the effect of postoperative muscle mass loss on PTDM development.Methods: A total of 500 patients who underwent liver transplantation at a tertiary care hospital between 2005 and 2020 were included. Skeletal muscle area at the level of the L3–L5 vertebrae was measured using computed tomography scans performed before and 1 year after the transplantation. The associations between the change in the muscle area after the transplantation and the incidence of PTDM was investigated using a Cox proportional hazard model.Results: During the follow-up period (median, 4.9 years), PTDM occurred in 165 patients (33%). The muscle mass loss was greater in patients who developed PTDM than in those without PTDM. Muscle depletion significantly increased risk of developing PTDM after adjustment for other confounding factors (hazard ratio, 1.50; 95% confidence interval, 1.23 to 1.84; <i>P</i>=0.001). Of the 357 subjects who had muscle mass loss, 124 (34.7%) developed PTDM, whereas of the 143 patients in the muscle mass maintenance group, 41 (28.7%) developed PTDM. The cumulative incidence of PTDM was significantly higher in patients with muscle loss than in patients without muscle loss (<i>P</i>=0.034).Conclusion: Muscle depletion after liver transplantation is associated with increased risk of PTDM development.

Nano-graphene oxide (NGO) has a wide range of applications and garnered much attention, especially for its biological compatibility. In addition, the carbon atoms in NGO are tightly arranged in a honeycomb lattice, making it a promising material for functional adsorption. We investigated the biological effects of NGO on the lungs, as the lungs and subsequent respiratory tract exposure is the most predominant route of nanomaterial exposure. Furthermore, this study evaluated the interaction of NGOs with CSE (Cigarette Smoke Extract) in alveolar epithelial cells and macrophages using the adsorption capacity of NGOs. As a result, the graphene oxide of ≤ 62.5 μg/mL concentration alone has no cytopathic effect on tested cell lines, but at higher concentrations, cell viability decreased in a dose-dependent. Also, co-treatment with graphene oxide and CSE had no toxic mitigating effect on any of the cell lines tested, whereas pre-incubation and treatment with them had a significant toxic mitigating effect. Taken together, our research reveals that under acute exposure environments at actual NGO exposure doses, human health impacts are insignificant, and NGO is an advanced material that may be utilized as a cigarette filter due to its high adsorption ability to CSE.
