Cross - Agglutinin Adsorption 방법에 의한 렙토스피라균의 혈청학적 분석(1985)
박경석,오희복,조민기 대한미생물학회 1986 大韓微生物學會誌 Vol.21 No.3
To clarify the existing serological varieties of Leptospira interrogans in Korea, 15 iso1ates of 1985 were serologically studied by cross agglutinin adsorption test. Fourteen cultures except HS 7 belonged to serogroup Icterohemorrhagiae. Isolate HM 3 and HV 8 were considered to belong to serotype mwogolo by their low residual homologous antibody(0.08 to 6.25 %) after cross adsorption with serotype mwogolo referene culture and antiserum. Both residual homologous antibody of isolate HS 7 and serotype canicola reference culture remained 1.56%, accordingly HS 7 proved to belong to serotype canicola. The agglutinogens of isolate H$gt;2, AP3, AP4, AP7 and AP9 are red to closely related to serotype mwogolo, and HM4 and HS6 to serotype birkini, which remained to be further studied. The remaining 5 strains(HY1, HS5, HY10, 310-9, 310-19) could not be attached to any known serotype of Icterohemorrhagiae serogroup by cross adsorption test.
중국 근현대사 연구의 시공간 확장과 다양화 — 『중국근현대사연구』 제1~99집 간행의 회고 —

In 1992, the Korean Association for Studies of Modern Chinese History (KAMCH) was founded, and the Korean Studies of Modern Chinese History (KSMCH) began publication in 1992. It is now the 100th edition in 28 years since its publication. In commemoration of this, I briefly looked back at the KSMCH so far. In conclusion, it can be said that KSMCH has generally been in line with the trends of the entire academic world. This is very natural given the status of KAMCH, a professional society of the studies on modern Chinese history, which has led the study of modern Chinese history in Korea. First, the launch of KAMCH and KSMCH can be said to be the process itself of quantitatively growing and establishing a basic framework for the studies on modern Chinese history in Korea from the 1990s to the 2000s. Second, the pattern that the research topic spreads in time and space and rapidly diversifies appeared in KSMCH. Since the 2000s, it has been confirmed that the scope of research topics has been greatly expanded based on remarkable quantitative growth, and the trend is the same as that of the entire academia in that research topics are diversifying with quantitative growth. Third, the “Discourse of East Asia” also influenced KSMCH and published many papers containing interest in “transnational spaces” and Korean-Chinese relations. In many cases, the “Special Issue” tried to examine important historical events from an East Asian perspective. However, it is questionable how well the purpose of the “Discourse of East Asia” to recognize history as a unit was reflected in the paper published in KSMCH. The appearance seems to have an impact, but it feels distracting overall. Fourth, the papers published in KSMCH, such as East Asian historical issues, were also compelled to reflect the overall ‘realistic’ demand. This was linked to the increasing number of papers benefiting from research funds. Like the academia as a whole, KSMCH could not be an exception from the influence of the research support system.
