Electrochromic devices (ECDs) have been drawing great attention due to their high color contrast, low power consumption, and memory effect, and can be used in smart windows, automatic dimming mirrors, and information display devices. As with other electronic devices such as LEDs (light emitting diodes), solar cells, and transistors, the mechanical flexibility of ECDs is one of the most important issue for their potential applications. In this paper, we report on flexible ECDs (f-ECDs) fabricated using an all-in-one EC gel, which is a mixture of electrolyte and EC material. The f-ECDs are compared with rigid ECDs (r-ECDs) on ITO glass substrate in terms of color contrast, coloration efficiency, and switching speed. It is confirmed that the f-ECDs embedding all-in-one gel show strong blue absorption and have competitive EC performance. Repetitive bending tests show a degradation of electrochromic performance, which must be improved using an optimized device fabrication process.

본 논문은 궁극적인 목적은 C-ITS를 통해 간섭으로 인한 보안,에러 등근본적인 해결방안 제시하는 것이다. 현재 국토교통부가 자율주행차량의 한계 극복을 위한 도로 인프라를 혁신과제로 추진하고 있는 C-ITS 성공적 추진을 위한 함의를 제시하고 한다. 실현이 되면 교통문제를 해결하며 국가적으로 안정성 및 효율성 향상시켜 사회 전체 파급효과 큰 분야이다. 스마트시티내에서 C-ITS를 수행하기 위해 RFID, 5G, AI(인공지능), 주파수 공유기, Cloud, Bigdata, Mobile과 같은 정보통신기술의 융합이다. C-ITS 목적은 완전 자율주행을 만들자는 것이다, 하지만 실현하기 위해 쉽게 달성이 어렵다. 대표적으로 C-ITS에서 V2X 통신기술을 사용한다. V2X에서 ‘주파수 간섭’이라는 문제점이 있어 주파수 공유화를 통해 해결해야 한다. 주파수 공유법에서 SDR 방식과 CR방식이 있다. CR 방식에서 정부에서 기업간에 주파수대역을 공유하는데 사실상 실현하기 어렵다. 실현가능한 SDR 주파수 기반인 근거리전용무선통신(DSRC)을 통해 융합하여 신속하고 능동적인 돌발사항 사전대응 및 예방할 수 있는 효율적인 교통체계 방안을 제시하고자 한다. The ultimate purpose of this paper is to present a fundamental solution of security, error, etc. caused by interference through C-ITS. Currently, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport presents implications for the successful implementation of C-ITS, which is pushing for road infrastructure to overcome the limitations of self-driving cars as an innovation task. If realized, it will solve traffic problems and improve stability and efficiency nationwide, which will have a great ripple effect on society as a whole. It is a convergence of information and communication technologies such as RFID, 5G, AI (Artificial Intelligence), frequency sharing devices, Cloud, Bigdata, and Mobile to carry out C-ITS within smart cities. The purpose of C-ITS is to create a full autonomous driving, but it is difficult to achieve easily to realize it. Typically, C-ITS uses V2X communication technology. There is a problem with" frequency interference" in V2X and should be solved through frequency sharing. There are SDR method and CR method in frequency sharing method. Under the CR method, it is virtually impossible for the government to share frequency bands among companies. We would like to present an efficient transportation system that can converge through near field radio communication (DSRC), which is a feasible SDR frequency base, to respond quickly and actively to and prevent unexpected events.
다양한 정규화 방법에 따른 평일 단기 전력수요예측 정확도 분석

The short-term load forecasting is necessary for stable and smooth power system operation. The accuracy of short-term load forecasting for weekdays according to various normalization methods is analyzed. The normalization methods to be analyzed are maximum and minimum normalization, maximum normalization, and Z-Score normalization. And the model used for 24-hours load pattern prediction is the exponential smoothing technique. In order to return the normalized 24-hour load value to the load value, the predicted maximum load, minimum load, average load and standard deviation of load are estimated using exponential smoothing. In the recent three-year case studies, the accuracy of the short-term load forecasting applying maximum normalization, maximum and minimum normalization and Z-Score to the exponential smoothing technique is analyzed based on the mean absolute percentage error(MAPE). The test results show that the maximum and minimum normalization method is better than the others.

In this study, the performance of acrylate was evaluated by using acrylate composite waterproof sheet. Through this experiment, the waterproof sheet plays a primary role of waterproofing. When the water leakage occurs, the acrylate reacts with water and expands, and the performance of the self repairing of the damaged part is confirmed by temperature.
설계단계에서 적정 기계설비 공사비 산정을 위한 BIM 정보표현수준(BIL) 개선안

Building information modeling (BIM) technology based on 3D modeling has been applied to the entire domestic construction industry since 2010. It can calculate quantity take-off considering construction productivity at design phase. Based on this, it is possible to improve the reliability of construction cost prediction of design phase in the process of cost estimation. However, Building Information Level (BIL) defined by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and Public Procurement Service does not seem to offer doable environment due to the lack of detailed application items. By calculating construction cost that meets Construction Cost Estimate Accuracy by American Association of Cost Engineers (AACE) through quantity take-off and cost estimation based on 3D modeling of BIM technology, a BIL improvement proposal at design phase for Mechanical Contracts and Construction is provided here. Results showed that properties including outline and minimum specification of the main equipment, internal main piping, and internal main duct should be defined from the intermediate design phase to have reliable cost estimation.

In this study, the objective of this study was to evaluate the adhesive characteristics of existing self-adhesive rubber asphalt sheet, butyl sheet and acrylate sheet in a low temperature environment through Tack Rolling Ball Test to obtain basic data on acrylate . As a result of this experiment, in the case of the self-molding rubber asphalt sheet and the butyl rubber sheet, the compound of the sheet was frozen in the low temperature environment and the iron bead was separated. On the other hand, the acrylate sheet did not freeze the acrylate even at 0 ° C, It is confirmed that the measured value is shown by Ball Test.
