N/A Background: We measured the clearance rate of inhaled 99mTc-diethyl triaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA) aerosol in patients with systemic sclerosis. We also investigated its correlation with respiratory function test and acute phase reactant proteins. Methods : Ten patients with systemic sclerosis, ten patients with rheumatoid arthritis, and ten healthy controls were included. Dynamic scintigrams (20 seconds/frame, up to 30 minutes) were obtained following inhalation of 99mTc-DTPA aerosol through a radioaerosol delivery system. The time to half clearance (T1/2) was calculated from the time-activity curves. High resolution computed tomography, pulmonary function test and laboratory tests such as ESR, CBP, and complement (C3/C4) were performed. Results : 1) Mean T1/2 values of 99mTc-DTPA clearance after inhalation were 28.1±3.8, 57.9±20.9, and 64.3±13.0 minutes in systemic sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis and normal controls, respectively. Mean T1/2 value in systemic sclerosis was significantly reduced compared with those of rheumatoid arthritis group (ρ<0.001) and normal controls (ρ =0.001). 2) No significant correlations were found between mean T1/2 and FEV1/FVC, FVC or DLco in patients with systemic sclerosis. 3) There was no significant corre4tion between mean T1/2 and ESR or CRP in patients with systemic sclerosis. And in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, mean T1/2, value correlated significantly with ESR and CRP. Conclusion ' The clearance rate of inhaled 99mTc-DTPA was significantly increased in patients with systemic sclerosis and had no significant correlation with pulmonary function test and acute phase reactants, but was found to have significant correlations with ESR and CRP in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. 토지의 적성평가에 관한 지침에 따라 토지적성평가시 토지의 적성을 비교적 종합적으로 평가할 수 있으나, 기존지침의 평가지표 및 평가방법에 한계가 있다고 판단하였다. 현재 사용되고 있는 기본지표가 지역의 다양한 특성을 제대로 반영하기에는 한계가 있기 때문에 지역 특성을 반영할 수 있는 평가지표 및 평가방법이 필요한다고 보고 있다. 이러한 토지적성평가의 한계를 타개하기 토지적성평가시 새로운 지표로평가지표를 대체하였을 때 변화되는 적성등급까지 분석하는 실증적 연구이다. 이 연구에서는 관리지역 경계부 임야지역이 합리적인 평가가 이루어지는가를 확인하고, 토지의 적성평가에 관한 지침에 따른 관리지역 경계부 임야지역의 합리적인 평가방법을 확인하였다. 토지적성평가에 지역특성을 반영하기 위한 대체지표를 추가 하거나, 좀 더 효과적인 대체지표가 어떤 것인지를 확인하기 보다는 토지의 적성평가에 관한 지침에 따라 토지적성평가를 수행하였을 때, 관리지역 경계부 임야지역의 합리적인 평가방법을 제시하였다. Land Suitability Assessment can help to evaluate whether to preserve or to develop through analysis of various land characteristics. So, the evaluation index and method are very important for making the best result. The principle objective of this dissertation is to identify effective method that can make up for the distortion of land suitability value in the forest bordering the management area. The objective area of this study is comparative flat Jeungpyeong-gun. The procedures of the study are as follows. First, implement land suitability assessment as the normal index on Guideline. Second, verify land suitability grade about the forest bordering the management area. The third, redo land suitability assessment as two alternative index on *Guideline. The fourth, identify effective method between normal index and alternative index. The results of this tests show that the development suitability value is higher than preservation suitability value in the forest bordering the management area near existing development area. For that reason, this study needed to use substitution index in order to make up for the weakness. The level of land price and distance from road were main considerations. Finally, the derivative model is as follows. The derivative model confirmed the best assessment method in the forest bordering the management area near existing development area.

본 연구에서는 현재 접근 가능한 최신의 국세청 공시가격이 자료를 사용하여 골프회원권의 단기적 가격 변화에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 분석하였다. 주요한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가격수준을 분석한 선행연구들에서 유의했던 변수들 가운데 가격의 상승과 하락에 동시에 유의한 변수를 찾아 볼 수는 없었다. 따라서 가격의 수준에 영향을 미치는 요인과 가격의 변화에 영향을 미치는 요인들이 서로 다른 것으로 추측된다. 둘째, 가격의 하락기에 영향을 미치는 요인과 상승기에 영향을 미치는 요인이 서로 다르다. This paper investigates an effect of cross-sectional factors in membership golf clubs of Korea on their price changes. Major feature of this paper is as follow: Whereas other researches analyzed the determinants of golf membership price itself, we studied the effects on the price changes. Major results of this thesis are as follow: Firstly, it is shown that significant factors for price changes in this study are quite different from those of price in earlier studies. One of most significant factors for price, Tee-off interval time was significant no longer for price changes. Second, the significant factors for price changes are very different through the time periods of increase and decrease. When price increases, South or North of Han River and link service variables were significant. In decreasing period, family member service variable was most significant. Finally some limitations of this paper and directions for further research were suggested.

Governance is an analytical concept, generating questions about what forms of power and authority, patterns of relationship and rights and obligations might typify a particular approach to governing. It signifies a change in the meaning of government, referring to a new process of governing or a new method by which society is governed. It denotes the reshaping of the role of local government away from service delivery towards community governance. These shift are located in broader patterns of economic and social transformation. It is argued that the capacity of governments to control events within the government has been influenced by the flow of power away from traditional government institutions, upwards to traditional bodies and downwards to regions and sub-regions. Growing social complexity, the development of greater access to information and other social changes have made the task of governing more difficult. The government can no longer assume a monopoly of the resources necessary to govern, but must rely on a plurality of interdependent institutions and actors from within and beyond government. These changes point to the need for understanding of the way the partnership work that is grounded in deep studies of the partnership.

N/A Antiphospholipid syndrome(APS) is a well-established clinical syndrome characterized by recurrent arterial or venous thromboembolic events, recurrent fetal loss, livedo reticularis, which need not be simultaneously present, and/or thrombocytopenia, together with high titers of sustained IgG anticardiolipin antibody(aCL) or lupus anticoagulant(LA), Although systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) and APS may coexist, a high proportion of patients manifesting the APS do not suffer from classical lupus or other connective tissue diseases. These patients has recently been defined as having a primary antiphospholipid syndrome. We experienced seven cases of primary antiphospholipid syndromes. Venous thrombosis was in four including three cases of Budd-Chiari syndrome. Arterial thrombosis was in two, one of which is aortic thrombi and distal arterial embolic events, and the other multiple cerebral infarction. Microangiopathy revealed in two cases. Hemolytic anemia was in four. In all cases, LA were positive and five of them showed aPL positivity and two cases were VDRL false positive. And four cases showed thrombocytopenia, Four cases showed response to warfarin therapy. In two cases, prednisolone was administered and in one plasmapheresis was done. There has been no evidence of disease recurrence until now on.

Sjogren`s syndrome is a heterogenous autoimmune disease characterized by progressive destruction of the exocrine glands and accompanied by a variety of autoimmune phenomena. Sjogren`s syndrome patients can develop symptoms of ocular and oral dryness as well as extraglandular complications including central and peripheral nervous system disease. Sometimes neuropathy precedes the diagnosis of Sjogren`s syndrome. Adie`s syndrome is characterized by tonic pupil and the absence of tendon reflex. Sweating abnormality and chronic peripheral polyneuropathy can also be present. We report a case of primary Sjogren`s syndrome preceded by Adie`s syndrome with peripheral neuropathy. A 26-year-old woman was admitted for photophobia and paresthesia. On examination. her pupils were anisocoric and did not react to light but constricted promptly to pilocarpin. Sensation decreased on her left side of body and deep tendon reflexes were absent. Biopsy of minor salivary gland demonstrated infiltration by lymphocyte consistent with Sjogren`s syndrome, but Schirmer test was negative. So she was diagnosed as Adie`s syndrome with peripheral neuropathy. Five month later she complained of dry eye and dizziness. Rose bengal staining was positive. Sjogren`s syndrome was diagnosed and she was discharged with local therapy for the sicca symptoms.
