인발성형(Pultrusion)은 일정한 단면의 탄소섬유강화 고분자복합재료(CFRP)를 연속적인 공정으로 성형이 완료된 최종 복합재료를 직접 얻을 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 인발성형으로 제조된 복합재료는 강화섬유가 공정이 진행되는 방향으로만 배향되기 때문에 섬유가 배향된 방향에서 매우 우수한 물성을 갖는다. 반면, 인발성형 시 탄소섬유 토우(tow)를 구성하는 필라멘트 섬유들이 서로 인접하면서 야기될 수 있는 void 및 yield-line 의 형성은 복합재료의 기계적 특성을 저하시키는 원인이 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 필라멘트 수가 12,000(12k), 24,000(24k), 60,000(60k)인 토우 사이즈가 다른 세 종류의 탄소섬유를 각각 사용해서 비닐에스터수지에 함침시켜 인발성형 공정을 통해 단면 크기가 12.5 mm ⅹ 1 mm 인 복합재료를 제조하였다. 복합재료 제조에 사용한 탄소섬유 토우 사이즈는 다르나, 복합재료를 구성하는 탄소섬유의 총 필라멘트 수는 180,000 개로 동일하도록 공정을 제어하였다. 광학현미경을 사용하여 폴리싱(polishing)한 복합재료의 단면 관찰을 통해 복합재료의 void 형성과 인장특성의 상호관계에 미치는 탄소섬유 토우 사이즈의 영향을 조사하였다.
장애인부모단체 회원의 가족건강성 영향 요인: 동료지지와 단체만족도를 중심으로

This study aimed to specifically verify influence factors on family strengths with focus on the environmental factors of disabled children parents group and the family environmental factors of members. For this, a hierarchical multiple regression analysis and a structural equation analysis were conducted on 356 questionnaires responding to questions of satisfaction with group and support of colleague by 62 disabled Children parents group members in 16 si·do throughout the country. According to research result, first, major factors influencing directly on family strengths were found in the order of marital satisfaction, parenting stress, and satisfaction with group. Second, main paths influencing on family strengths were analyzed as support of colleague → disabled children parents group → marital satisfaction → family strengths. Third, support of colleague considered as group environmental factor did not have direct influence but it had indirect influence through satisfaction with group, parenting stress, and marital satisfaction. It was analyzed that satisfaction with group had indirect influence on family strengths through parenting stress and marital satisfaction in addition to direct influence. This study suggested a specific intervention way to strengthen support system of disabled children parents group and members and to improve family strengths relying on analysis result. 본 연구는 장애인부모단체의 환경요인과 회원의 가족환경요인을 중심으로 가족건강성에 미치는 영향 요인을 구체적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국 16개 시·도 62곳의 장애인부모단체 회원들 중 단체만족도와 동료지지에 응답한 356부의 설문에 대한 위계적 다중회귀분석과 구조방정식 분석을 진행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 가족건강성에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 주요변인은 결혼만족도, 양육스트레스, 단체만족도 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가족건강성에 영향을 미치는 주요 경로는 ‘동료의지지→장애인부모단체→결혼만족도→가족건강성’으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 단체 환경요인으로 고려한 동료지지는 직접적인 영향력은 없었으나 단체만족도, 양육스트레스, 결혼만족도를 통해 가족건강성에 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 단체만족도는 직접적인 영향력과 함께 양육스트레스와 결혼만족도를 통해 가족건강성에 간접적 영향력을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 주요 분석 결과를 중심으로 장애인부모단체와 회원의 지지체계를 강화하고 가족건강성의 향상을 위한 개입 방안을 구체적으로 제시하였다.
고층호텔건축의 방재계획에 관한 연구 ( A Study on the Fire Protection Planning in High-rise Hotel Buildings )

본 연구는 고층호텔건축의 기본설계 계획시 방재적인 측면에서 고려되어야 할 사항 중에서 방재설비 보다는 건축계획적인 요소에 중점을 두었으며, 먼저 호텔건축의 화재특성과 고층화에 따르는 방재상의 문제점을 논하고, 방재계획의 기본방침, 입지 배치계획, 공간구성계획(평면 단면계획), 내장계획, 방화피난계획에 대하여 고찰하였다.
막결합형 생물반응조에서 슬러지 전처리가 잉여슬러지 발생량에 미치는 영향

The effects of chemical pretreatments on the excess sludge production in the membrane-coupled bioreactor were investigated. In addition, their effects on membrane fouling were also evaluated. Two membrane bioreactors were operated. In one reactor, a part of the mixed liquor was treated with NaOH and ozone gas consecutively and was returned to the reactor. The flowrate of the chemical pretreatment stream was 1.5% of the influent flowrate. During the 200days of operation, the MLSS level in the bioreactor with mixed liquor pretreatment was maintained relatively constant at the range of 8,000 ~ 10,000㎎/ℓ while it increased steadily up to 26,000 ㎎/ℓ in the absence of the pretreatment. Each reactor was equipped with two laboratory membrane modules where the flux for each module was 20, and 30ℓ/㎡․h, respectively. With pretreatment, almost constant transmembrane pressure(TMP) was observed throughout the operation at the flux of 20ℓ/㎡․h. Without pretreatment the membrane module at the same flux could also be operated at relatively stable condition. However, as the MLSS increases up to 25,000 ㎎/ℓ, a fast TMP increase was observed. In conclusion, a complete control of excess sludge production in the membrane-coupled bioreactor was possible without significant deterioration of the treated water quality. In addition, it was shown that stable operation in terms of TMP is possible with sludge pretreatment and recirculation

PURPOSES : In this study, various laboratory tests were performed to investigate the suitability of wasted vinyl as a modifier of asphalt binder. METHODS: Based on the ASTM specification, variations in material properties of asphalt binder such as penetration, flash point, softening point, ductility, penetration index (PI), and performance grade (PG) with vinyl content were tested and analyzed. RESULTS : Lavoratory tests revealed that penetration and ductility of the asphalt binder increased with the vinyl content. The flash point,softening point, and PI decreased, and PG changed from 64-22 to 70-22 with increase of the vinyl content. CONCLUSIONS: Wasted vinyl modified the material properties of the asphalt binder. However, the asphalt binder with vinyl content over 6.0% was unsuitable as a pavement material.
