        김현우 대한금속재료학회 2014 재료마당 Vol.27 No.2

        이번 재료마당 포커스 주인공으로 대한금속·재료학회 전자·정보재료상 수상자이신 김현우 교수님을 소개합니다. 김현우 교수님은 반도체 등의 전자소재산업의 발전에 핵심적인 요소인 고집적화를 달성하기 위한 연구개발에 매진해 오셨고, 나노재료개발에 있어 나노 물질 합성 연구로 새로운 소재 및 구조 개발에 많은 업적을 남기셨습니다. 수십종의 다양한 신물질 나노와이어를 세계최초로 합성하였고, 복합재료 개념을 도입한 코어-쉘나노와이어를 개발하였으며, 브랜치구조나노와이어를 개발하여 표면적을 극대화 하였으며, 이를 가스센서에 적용하였습니다. 신물질인 그래핀을 합성하는 기술을 개발하고 더 나아가 각종 새로운 무기화합물 나노쉬트를 합성하여 응용영역을 확대하고 있으며, 국가 연구과제의 수행에도 최선을 다하였으며 주요성과의 하나로 Ferrite-core plasma라는 획기적 방식을 개발도입하여 전자재료조립분야의 현안이던 Ash rate를 기존상용공정대비 10배 이상 향상시킨 공적이 있을 만큼 뛰어난 연구 업적을 남기고 계십니다.

      • 박은식의 국교론을 통해 본 대순사상의 민족주의적 특징 : 천지공사와 지상선인에서 나타난 개인의 주체성을 중심으로

        There are many modern elements in religions appeared in the early Korean modern era. From the nationalism perspective, most religions had tendencies toward anti-feudalism and anti-foreign power. Pak Eun Sik(朴殷植) emphasized the importance to explain those religions as the National Religion in his writing ≪Korea Painful History(韓國痛史)≫. That is, he realized those as one of Korean spirits or souls keeping Korean identities like the Jew's Judaism or the Turk's Islam. In the paper, I try to analyze religions on Kang Jeung San(姜甑山) with Daesoonjinri-hoe as the central figure from Pak's perspective. In the early Korean modern era when Kang went his own the Savior way, Korea and its society got into uncontrollable confusion because of strong demands both of a feudal-state breaking and against pillaging foreign-power especially Japan. For all countries of the world, it is difficult to change from a feudal state into the modern nation state to keep existing society order. Because the reformation under old social systems means the incomplete reformation. So in this era new religions showed the neglected class of people the vision of new society. Meanwhile Korean society try to become a modern state, and now became a recognized modern state in international society. But it is still insufficient to debate on groups and their roles for Korea modernity in that time especially new religions. Since Korea independence, new religions including Daesoonjinrihoe have not receive good reviews because of a certain religion group expansion and the government's regulation and control toward new religions. Till today, I think, Independence Movement as well as reform of modern awareness have not relatively receive reasonable reviews. So I hope to serve as a momentum that in early Korea modern era new religions receive reasonable and positive reviews.

        DLCT를 활용한 향상된 차분선형 분석

        The complexity of the differential-linear cryptanalysis is strongly influenced by the probability of the differential-linearcharacteristic computed under the assumption of round independence, linear approximation independence, and uniformity forthe trail that does not satisfy differential trail. Therefore, computing the exact probability of the differential-linearcharacteristic is a very important issue related to the validity of the attack. In this paper, we propose a new concept calledDLCT(Differential-Linear Connectivity Table) for the differential-linear cryptanalysis. Additionally, we propose an improvedprobability computation technique of differential-linear characteristic by applying DLCT. By doing so, we were able toweaken linear approximation independence assumption. We reanalyzed the previous results by applying DLCT to DES andSERPENT. The probability of 7-round differential-linear characteristic of DES is    , the probability of 9-rounddifferential-linear characteristic of SERPENT is computed again to    , and data complexity required for the attackis reduced by  and  times, respectively. 차분선형 분석의 복잡도는 라운드 독립성, 선형 근사식 독립성, 차분 경로를 만족하지 못하는 경로에 대한 균일성가정 아래 계산되는 차분선형 특성의 확률에 큰 영향을 받는다. 따라서 차분선형 특성의 정확한 확률을 계산하는 것은 공격의 유효성과 관련된 매우 중요한 문제이다. 본 논문은 차분선형 분석을 위한 새로운 개념DLCT(Differential-Linear Connectivity Table)를 제안한다. 그리고 DLCT를 적용하여 선형 근사식 독립성가정을 완화할 수 있는 차분선형 특성의 향상된 확률 계산 방법을 제안하며, DES와 SERPENT에 적용하여 기존분석결과를 재분석한다. DES의 7-라운드 차분선형 특성의 확률은    , SERPENT의 9-라운드 차분선형특성의 확률은    로 다시 계산되었고 공격에 필요한 데이터 복잡도는 각각  , 배 감소한다.

        Rhabdomyomatous Mesenchymal Hamartoma Presenting as a Midline Mass on a Chin

        A 17-month-old boy was evaluated for a midline mass on his chin. The mass was anchored to the mentalis muscle with a stalk-like structure. The pathological diagnosis of the mass was rhabdomyomatous mesenchymal hamartoma. This is the first report of rhabdomyomatous mesenchymal hamartoma presenting as a midline chin mass in Korean pediatric patients.

        Shock-Resistance Responses of Frigate Equipments by Underwater Explosion

        Three-dimensional finite element analysis (3D-FEA) models have been used to evaluate the shock-resistance responses of various equipments, including armaments mounted on a warship caused by underwater explosion (UNDEX). This paper aims to check the possibility of using one-dimensional (1D) FEA models for the shock-resistance responses. A frigate was chosen for the evaluation of the shock-resistance responses by the UNDEX. The frigate was divided into the thirteen discrete segments along the length of the ship. The 1D Timoshenko beam elements were used to model the frigate. The explosive charge mass and the stand-off distance were determined based on the ship length and the keel shock factor (KSF), respectively. The UNDEX pressure fields were generated using the Geers-Hunter doubly asymptotic model. The pseudo-velocity shock response spectrum (PVSS) for the 1D-FEA model (1D-PVSS) was calculated using the acceleration history at a concerned equipment position where the digital recursive filtering algorithm was used. The 1D-PVSS was compared with the 3D-PVSS that was taken from a reference, and a relatively good agreement was found. In addition, the 1D-PVSS was compared with the design criteria specified by the German Federal Armed forces, which is called the BV043. The 1D-PVSS was proven to be relatively reasonable, reducing the computing cost dramatically.

At this point, This study is on the purpose of defining the design technique which makes the street corner space throughout analynizing the form of Buildings, the actual condition of using open space, and analyzing the structure elements. To make the fine street corner, the enough decision is necessary to the open space, and is necessary the magnification of the category the open space which was applied to the public buildings to the other buildings. And is necessary to appling street corner buildings with the Landmark.
