        감각장애를 가진 입원 노인과의 의사소통 시뮬레이션 교육이 간호대 학생에게 미치는 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of communication simulation based on for elderly sensation disorders patient. the elderly population is growing about hearing loss, cataracts on this communication simulation for a nursing student is required. Methods: A nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. A total of 46 subjects (undergraduate students) participated in they were assigned to two groups: the experimental group(n=24) the control group (n=22). Data - gathering structured questionnaires that included communication competence, academic self-efficacy, and attitude about the elderly. The data were collected and statistical analyses were conducted with x2 test and independent t-test using the SPSS 22.0 program. Results: there was significant improvement in communication competence in the experiment group (t=2.05, =.046) and attitude about the elderly (t=-2.26, p=.033). However, there was no statistically no significant in academic self-efficacy(t=1.17, p=.247) Conclusion: communication Simulation should continue to be developed further for better sensation disorders with elderly patient. Integrated education in particular using a high-fidelity simulator will contribute to improvement in nursing competence.

        프로젝트 기반 실기교육방법론 수업 적용 사례 : 대중음악수업을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to research into an application of a project-based music learning model for the juniors of the applied music department and thereby, provide for some insights for the teaching-learning methodology about the applied music. For this purpose, the Kilpatric's phased model of purpose-planning-execution-evaluation was applied for 123 students who were divided into 15 groups for a project class. Upon evaluating the effects of the project class in both terms of quality and quantity, the following suggestions could be drawn. First, it is deemed essential to introduce and use the project class not only for the practical education but also for some similar classes. Second, the project-based class should be operated according to a series of the phases ranging from learner-based planning to evaluation. Here, the participants need to be organized properly. Third, when the project-based learning is applied to the college curriculum, the major subjects needs to be taken into consideration.

        The purpose of this study is to understand changing conception of 'learning'. Which represent the current growing concerns about knowledge and learning, and to reflect upon their educational implications. It will contribute to dealing with the problems of classroom crises we face and the increasing demands of the knowledge-based society. First, I deal with the conception of learning representing the socio-economic concerns, based upon the theories currently emerging from the fields of economics and management conductive to developing a change perspective on learning for school education: however, they fail to consider the educational values. Secondly, I explore the different paradigms in the field of psychology, which represents the theoretical concern on learning. The mainstream paradigms during the 20th century in psychology are in gradual change due to the revolution in the study of the mind for the last couple of decades with new development of technological devices. The postmodern neuroscience paradigm views learning as continuous with the active life-process. Thirdly, I illuminate the new understanding of learning in the field of so-called learning science, which gives insight for elaborating effective methods of learning and instruction. The major analyses are focused on the precondition of active learners, brain function, transfer of learning, meta-cognition, the socio-cultural contexts of learning. I sum, the current changing conceptions of learning require that educators reconsider the habituated meaning and method of classroom learning. A reconstructed perspective on educative learning is to be based not only upon the most developed scientific understanding of how people learn but also upon critical reflections on the educational values.

        미술매체를 활용한 프로그램이 성학대 아동의 우울에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 미술매체를 활용한 프로그램이 성학대 아동의 우울에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한 것으로 크게 세 가지 목적으로 수행되었다. 첫째는 미술매체를 활용한 프로그램이 성학대 아동의 우울에 영향을 미칠 수 있는가를 알아보고자 하였고, 둘째 그림표현에 나타난 성학대 아동의 우울에 변화가 있는가, 셋째, 프로그램 회기 중 관찰된 성학대 아동의 우울 행동에 변화가 있는가 이다. 연구를 위하여 성학대 아동 3명을 구성하여 미술매체를 활용한 프로그램을 실시하였다. 프로그램은 약 6개월에 걸쳐 총 12회기로서 성학대 아동의 신뢰감 형성, 회상 및 감정 표현, 자아존중감을 향상시키는 치료 전략에 따라 3단계로 구성되었다. 결과적으로 미술매체를 활용한 프로그램은 성학대 아동의 우울과 그림표현, 회기 중 관찰된 우울 행동에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purposes of the study were focused on how program using art medium for the sexual abused children on the depression through an abused times. They have three points; firstly whether art therapy can reduce the depression of victims, secondary it also any effects on the child's K-HTP drawing, and thirdly it also any effects on observatory behavior for depression. The subjects of this investigation are consisted of 3 children. It was constructed 3 steps for art therapy programs to raise the formation of basic trust, recollections and emotional expressions, and the self-esteem with 12 sessions for 6 months. After this investigation I conclude that Influences of program using art medium are effective in the advancement of depression, K-HTP drawing, and observatory behavior for depression with sexual abused children.

        중학생의 가정환경ㆍ교육환경ㆍ매체환경 특성이 우울감에 미치는 영향

        This study focuses on depression of middle school students. It aims to understand the impact of family environment characteristics, education environment characteristics, and media environment characteristics on depression of middle school students. The purpose of this study is to reveal which characteristics of family environment, education environment, or media environment have more influence on the formation of depression in middle school students. This study used the fifth year data from the ‘Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey(2014)’ conducted by the National Youth Policy Institute. The subjects of our final analysis were 2nd graders in the middle school and they were 1,565 in total. For analysis, frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation and correlation were calculated, and to determine the impact of family environment characteristics, education environment characteristics, and media environment characteristics on depression of middle school students, hierarchical multiple regression analysis was conducted. Its study findings are as follows: First, it was found that the influential factor to depression of middle school students among family environment characteristics was family's economic level. Second, it was found that the influential factors to depression in middle school students among education environment characteristics included learning activity, school regulations, and peer relation. Third, to look at the factors that are influential to the depression in middle school students among the characteristics of media environment, in case of the purpose of computer use, all types had a significant influence on depression and in case of the purpose of cellular phone use, personal entertainment only had a significant influence on depression. This study still has limitations in that it did not include individual psychological characteristics such as self-esteem and self-respect although it included environmental characteristics comprehensively. The findings from this study are expected to be the basic data for establishing effective intervention methods by environmental characteristics in understanding the impact on the feeling of depression in teenagers depending on family environment, education environment, and media environment and reducing the feeling of depression among teenagers. 본 연구는 중학생의 가정환경 특성, 교육환경 특성, 매체환경 특성이 우울감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 연구의 목적은 가정환경, 교육환경, 매체환경 중 어떠한 특성이 중학생의 우울감을 형성하는데 보다 많은 영향을 주는지를 밝혀내는 것이다. 연구의 자료는 한국청소년정책연구원의 ‘한국 아동·청소년 패널조사(2014)’ 5차 년도 자료이며, 최종분석대상자는 중학교 2학년 학생으로 총 1565명이다. 변인들의 특성을 살펴보기 기술통계를 산출하였고, 변인들 간의 다중공선성을 살펴보기 위해 상관관계를 분석하였다. 또한 중학생의 가정환경특성, 매체환경특성, 교육환경특성이 우울감에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 살펴보기 위해 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정환경 특성 중 중학생의 우울감에 영향을 미친 요인은 가정의 경제수준으로 나타났다, 둘째, 교육환경 특성 중 중학생의 우울감에 영향을 미친 요인은 학습활동, 학교규칙, 교우관계로 나타났다. 셋째, 매체환경 특성 중 중학생의 우울감에 영향을 미친 요인은 컴퓨터 사용용도의 경우 모든 유형에서 유의미한 영향을 미쳤고, 휴대전화 사용용도의 경우 개인오락용일 때만 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 중학생의 우울감을 살펴보는 데 있어 환경적 특성은 종합적으로 살펴보았으나, 자아존중감, 자긍심 등의 개인심리적 특성을 포함하지 못한 한계점이 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 청소년의 우울감에 미치는 영향을 가정환경, 교육환경, 매체환경 특성에 따라 세밀하게 이해하고, 청소년의 우울감을 감소시키는 데 있어 환경 특성별 효과적인 개입 방안을 마련하는데 기초자료가 되기를 기대한다.

        유방암 방사선 치료 환자의 심리의 체계적 분석

        In term of the factors affecting psychosocial adjustment of breast cancer patients, their quality of life after surgical operation, radiation, and chemotherapy were systematically meta-analyzed. As a result, their qualities of life of the patients that had radiation therapy was the lowest right after the therapy, and gradually increased after the end of the therapy. However, after six months, their quality of life failed to reach the same level before the therapy. They had depression and side effects the most right after the therapy, and somewhat reduced them after the end of the therapy. In case of surgical operation, the more they were educated, the more they had psychosocial adjustment, and the more they had a medical examination and took out an insurance policy, the more they had psychosocial adjustment. In case of chemotherapy, their cognitive function is influenced so that they have impairments in memory, learning, and thinking stages. Since subjective cognitive impairment has a relationship with depression, it is necessary to monitor depression of chemotherapy patients. Given the results of this systematic meta-analysis, when three types of therapies (surgical operation, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy) are applied to patients with breast cancer, it is necessary to recognize their psychosocial adjustment, depression, anxiety, and quality of life in the nursing and radiation therapy fields and thereby to introduce an intervention program for a holistic approach. 유방암 환자의 사회 심리적 적응 영향 요인을 수술, 방사선, 항암치료 후의 삶의 질 변화를 체계적 메타분석한 결과 방사선 치료시 삶의 질은 치료직후에 가장 낮았고 종료 후에는 점점 상승하고 있지만 종료 6개월 후에도 치료 전의 삶의 질 만큼 회복 되지 않았다. 우울증과 부작용은 치료 직 후 가장 높았으며 치료 종료 후에는 다소 감소하였다. 수술요법의 경우 학력이 높을수록 심리 사회적 적응이 높았으며 검진과 보험가입이 있을 경우 심리 사회적 적응이 좋았다. 항암 화학요법의 경우 인지기능에 영향을 받아 기억력, 학습, 사고 등의 단계에서 장해를 받고 있으며 주관적 인지장애와 우울은 연관성이 있어서, 항암요법환자의 우울증의 추적관찰이 필요하다. 본 체계적 메타연구 결과 유방암환자의 3가지 치료법(수술요법, 방사선요법, 항암요법)을 시행 할 때 간호분야와 방사선 치료분야는 이러한 환자의 사회심리적 적응, 우울, 불안, 삶의 질의 경향을 인지하여 전인적 접근을 할 수 있도록 중재프로그램을 도입해야 할 것으로 생각된다.

        Oropharyngeal Dysphagia in a Community-Based Elderly Cohort: the Korean Longitudinal Study on Health and Aging

        This study was conducted to investigate the prevalence of dysphagia and evaluated the association of dysphagia and activities of daily living in a geriatric population residing in an independent-living facility in Korea. Korean men and women 65-yr and older living in a single, typical South Korean city (n=415) were enrolled in the Korean Longitudinal Study on Health and Aging study. Dysphagia was assessed using the Standardized Swallowing Assessment. Data were collected on activities of daily living (ADL), instrumental ADL (IADL), and medical history and laboratory. The overall prevalence of dysphagia in the random sample was 33.7% (95% CI, 29.1-38.4), including 39.5% in men and 28.4% in women. The identified risk factors for dysphagia were men (OR, 3.6, P=0.023), history of stroke (OR, 2.7, P=0.042) and presence of major depressive disorder (OR, 3.0, P=0.022). Dysphagia was associated with impairment in IADL domains of preparing meals and taking medicine (P=0.013 and P=0.007, respectively). This is the first published report of the prevalence of dysphagia in older community-dwelling Koreans. Dysphagia is a common problem among elderly people that limits some IADL domains.
