6H-SiC 종자 결정을 사용하여 PVT법으로 성장된 AlN 결정 연구

본 연구에서는 AlN 결정 성장시 중요한 공정변수 중의 하나인 성장 압력과 온도 조건에 따라 다르게 성장되는 AlN 결정상의 결과에 대하여 고찰하였다. AlN 결정 성장은 6H-SiC 종자 결정을 사용하여 PVT(Physical Vapor Transport)법을 적용하여 성장시켰다. 성장 압력과 온도에 따라 AlN 결정의 특성이 변화하였고, Raman 분석을 통해 다양한 방향을 갖는 AlN 결정이 SiC 종자 결정 위에 성장되는 것을 확인하였다. The effect of process parameters such as the growth pressure and temperature on the AlN crystal growth has been investigated. AlN crystal was grown onto 6H-SiC seed crystal using PVT (Physical Vapor Transport) method. Crystal properties and morphology of AlN crystal was changed with growth pressure and temperature. Raman analysis confirmed that AlN crystals with different orientation were successfully grown on SiC seed crystal.

The objective of this study was to analyze the particle emission rates according to elementary school student’s activities in classrooms. Both laboratory and field experiments were conducted to measure particle emission rates with different students’ activities. The laboratory experiment was conducted to analyze particle emission rates by student’s height, weight, numbers, and activity types, while the field experiment was carried out to observe the combined impact of various activities on classroom air quality. The results showed that there were no significant differences in particle emission rates by student’s height and weight. However, notable increases in emission rates were observed when the number of students increases and an active and combined movement occurred. From the results of the field experiment, high particle emission rates were observed when the students enter the classroom frequently (dp< 0.3 ㎛) and during an activity class (dp> 0.3 ㎛).

The demand for biodiversity following biotechnological progress and genetic erosion has brought international agreements of genetic resources ranging from the CBD and the Nagoya Protocol. And while South Africa is a wealth of biodiversity, the country’s biodiversity is at risk due to various factors associated with global warming, reckless habitat destruction, and invasion by exotic species. Having such a scenario, the following suggestions were derived after a thorough examination of the ABS system as international treaty and South Africa’s regulations of genetic resources on investigating cases of benefit-sharing. First, In order to grasp the possibility of utilizing bio-genetic resources and protect traditional knowledge, it is necessary to closely investigate Korea's bio genetic resources and its traditional knowledge that are related to the utilization of genetic resources. Second, We can consider ABS system to protect bio-genetic resources and intellectual property as one of the defensive strategies. Third, From research on biological resource and traditional knowledge, I hope that Korea’s biodiversity and traditional knowledge can be protected adequately by the law and can be utilized for benefit-sharing to biological genetic resources.
영상 콘텐츠의 신뢰도 평가를 위한 언어와 비언어 통합 감성 분석 시스템

With the advent of the “age of video” due to the simplification of video content production and the convenience of broadcasting channel operation, review videos on various products are drawing attention. We proposes RASIA, an integrated reliability analysis system based on verbal and nonverbal sentiment analysis of review videos. RASIA extracts and quantifies each emotional value obtained through language sentiment analysis and facial analysis of the reviewer in the video. Subsequently, we conduct an integrated reliability analysis of standardized verbal and nonverbal sentimental values. RASIA provide an new objective indicator to evaluate the reliability of the review video.

영상 콘텐츠 생산 간편화와 방송 채널 운영의 편리화에 따른 ‘영상의 시대’가 도래함에 따라 여러 제품에 대한 리뷰 영상이 관심을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 리뷰 영상의 언어와 비언어적 감성 분석을 토대로 통합 신뢰도 분석 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위해, 영상 속 음성의 언어 감성 분석과 리뷰어의 표정 분석을 통해 얻은 각 감성값을 추출하고 정량화한다. 이후 표준화된 언어, 비언어적 감성 값에 대한 통합 신뢰도 분석을 진행한다. 결과적으로, 리뷰 영상에 대한 신뢰도를 객관화된 지표로써 평가할 수 있다.
