        기계학습 기반 다중 레이블 분류를 이용한 실시간 전략 게임에서의 상대 행동 예측

        최근 많은 게임이 사용자의 게임 플레이와 관련된 데이터를 제공하고 있고, 이에 기계학습 기법을 결합하여 상대의 행동을 예측하는 연구들이 있다. 본 연구는 실시간 전략 게임(클래시로얄)의 경기 데이터와 기계학습 기반의 다 중 레이블 분류를 사용하여 상대 플레이어의 행동을 예측한다. 초기 실험은 이진 형태의 카드 특성과 카드 배치 좌표 그리고 정규화된 시간 정보를 입력받아 카드 타입, 카드 배치 좌표를 랜덤포레스트와 다층 퍼셉트론을 이용하여 예측한 다. 이후, 순차적으로 3 가지 전처리 방식을 사용하여 실험을 진행했다. 먼저 입력 데이터의 특성 정보 일부를 변환 시켜 예측했다. 다음으로 입력 데이터를 연속된 카드 입력 방식까지 고려한 중첩 형태로 변환 시켜 예측했다. 마지막으 로 모든 이전 단계의 데이터들을 정규화된 시간 기준에 따라 초반, 후반으로 분할하여 예측했다. 그 결과 가장 개선을 보인 전처리 방식은 중첩 형태의 데이터를 초반으로 분할하였을 경우로 카드 타입이 약 2.6%, 카드 배치 좌표가 약 1.8% 개선을 보였다. Recently, many games provide data related to the users' game play, and there have been a few studies that predict opponent move by combining machine learning methods. This study predicts opponent move using match data of a real-time strategy game named ClashRoyale and a multi-label classification based on machine learning. In the initial experiment, binary card properties, binary card coordinates, and normalized time information are input, and card type and card coordinates are predicted using random forest and multi-layer perceptron. Subsequently, experiments were conducted sequentially using the next three data preprocessing methods. First, some property information of the input data were transformed. Next, input data were converted to nested form considering the consecutive card input system. Finally, input data were predicted by dividing into the early and the latter according to the normalized time information. As a result, the best preprocessing step was shown about 2.6% improvement in card type and about 1.8% improvement in card coordinates when nested data divided into the early.

        가속도계와 자이로스코프 데이터를 사용한 인간 행동 인식 기반의 템포 지향 음악 추천 시스템

        In this paper, we propose a system that recommends music through tempo-oriented music classification and sensor-based human activity recognition. The proposed method indexes music files using tempo-oriented music classification and recommends suitable music according to the recognized user’s activity. For accurate music classification, a dynamic classification based on a modulation spectrum and a sequence classification based on a Mel-spectrogram are used in combination. In addition, simple accelerometer and gyroscope sensor data of the smartphone are applied to deep spiking neural networks to improve activity recognition performance. Finally, music recommendation is performed through a mapping table considering the relationship between the recognized activity and the indexed music file. The experimental results show that the proposed system is suitable for use in any practical mobile device with a music player. 본 논문에서는 템포 기반의 음악 분류와 센서 기반의 인간 행동 인식을 통한 음악을 추천하는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 방식은 템포 기반의 음악 분류를 통해 음악 파일을 색인하고, 인식된 행동에 따라 적합한 음악을 추천한다. 정확한 음악 분류를 위해 변조 스펙트럼 기반의 동적 분류기와 멜 스펙트로그램 기반의 시퀀스 분류기가 함께 사용된다. 또한, 간단한 스마트폰 가속도계, 자이로스코프 센서 데이터가 심층 스파이킹 신경망에 적용되어 행동 인식 성능을향상시킨다. 마지막으로 인식된 행동과 색인된 음악 파일의 관계를 고려한 매핑 테이블을 통해 음악 추천이 수행된다. 실험 결과는 제안된 시스템이 음악 플레이어가 있는 실제 모바일 장치에 사용하기에 적합하다는 것을 보여준다.

        공공 식물원 내 수직형 온실의 필요성에 대한 사용자 인식 연구 - 온실 및 유사건축 사례를 중심으로 -

        (Background and Purpose) Plants are the source of food chain formation and are also attracting attention as future food with endless possibilities. The conservation and study of plants today are directly related to the safe survival of our descendants. At the center of it is a botanical garden, and the space has established itself as a public complex cultural facility, representing the national level. Among the various facilities in the botanical garden, the growth and protection of species and groups are mainly carried out in greenhouses. In particular, plant growth is inextricably related to the effects of climate, and the number of plants that have grown for generations in various ecological environments in various countries is countless. Therefore, it is very important to create an artificial growth environment for plants, and greenhouses are responsible for most of their roles. Thus, this study aims to lead the direction of spatial design in the future along with a plan to improve the function of the greenhouse space in the botanical garden. (Method) Two main methods were applied in this research: theoretical prior research and empirical research. Theoretical research is based on literature comprising prior studies and case studies on botanical gardens and greenhouses. After acquiring basic knowledge of botanical gardens and greenhouses, domestic and foreign benchmarks are summarized. Empirical research involves a survey method and is based on the above-described vertical botanical garden greenhouse architecture case and vertical movement way references. Survey questions created based on this are distributed to people of a certain age. The responses are organized as percentages and numerical values by item. (Results) By conducting research using the selected method, it was possible to examine the positive response of users to the future vertical botanical garden greenhouse space design. Based on the average figures of five preference-type questions about vertical greenhouses, including similar case photos, 78% of participants scored more than 4 out of 5 points, reflecting a high preference rate. In particular, it was evaluated as active and future-oriented as compared to the composition of the existing botanical garden, as it is likely to have a new experience due to the provision of various gaze positions. (Conclusions) According to user opinions and perception studies, it was found that the conservation of plants is very important and changes in the form and structure of greenhouses are actively needed for ease of access to plants. The evolution of greenhouses, along with architectural technologies, styles, and references that have made a lot of progress compared to the past will be made without difficulty. Therefore, it is determined that research on the correlation between changes in the perception of plants and sustainable greenhouse space design is required.

        건축과 가구의 조형적 상관관계 연구 - 의자 디자인을 중심으로 -

        In general, architects carefully consider key elements such as the environment and situation outside the architecture, and the individual user's tendency and lifestyle. In addition, the plausibility and connectivity with the internal space are interpreted in their own method (independent formative language and theory) and solved by design. Through this series of processes, they complete their actual architectural works with unique colors, materials, and morphological characteristics. Architectural design can be said to be an autobiographical storytelling that leads this to one unique style. Specifically, it can be said that it focuses on everything across humans, architecture, and the environment. (such as harmony with target site's environment and surrounding facilities, cell-by-cell space divided by plan within the building, movement plan, and characteristics, patterns and lifestyles of users, etc.) Therefore, of course, objects such as furniture to be used by users in architectural spaces are also considered. Among the basic human behaviors, lying or sitting except standing must be in direct contact with the furniture, and accordingly, the furniture had to be structured to withstand the weight of human. In this context, the first goal of this study is to understand the design relationship between each other by observing the architect's architecture and chair works. And the second purpose is to observe design rules through example studies and then to understand their methodology. In addition, using this as a dictionary study, the final goal is to have one's own formative chair design language in the future. .
