한의학 교육이 의대생의 한의학에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향

Objective : This study aims to figure out what the medical students' attitudes toward traditional Korean medicine (TKM) are and how TKM education affects them. Method : We performed content analysis on 283 assignments submitted by senior students who took a 'TKM and complementary alternative medicine (CAM)' course in a medical school in 2010 and 2011. The assignment was to write an report after reviewing a research article about 'TKM or CAM' or interviewing a person engaging in a related field. Results : 193(68.2%) students chose a article review and 90(31.8%) students chose an interview. Significantly more students chose TKM topic in interview group than in article review group(p=0.021). Most frequent questions in interview are as follows; 'comparison of TKM and western medicine'(15.7%), 'education in TKM school'(8.8%), and 'TKM and evidence based medicine'(8.8%). Among students who expressed their attitudes toward TKM, 52.4% of them showed positive attitudes before entering medical school, however, 54.6% of them showed negative attitudes in medical school years. Among students who indicated attitude change before and after the TKM course, 35.9% of them changed positively. Conclusion : TKM education might have positive effects on medical students' attitude toward TKM. It is necessary to expand TKM education and introduce effective education stategy in order to alleviate medical students' misunderstanding and prejudice against TKM.

Background: Urinary incontinence (UI) is highly prevalent in the aging population. UI is one of the most common geriatric syndromes and affects overall health, quality of life, and economical burden in patients. The aims of this study were to investigate the characteristics of patients with UI and to assess its association with other geriatric health problems.Methods: We used data from the Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing obtained in 2006. Among the 10,254 indi-viduals aged 45 years and older, we analyzed data from 2,418 women aged 65 years and older. Data were obtained using questionnaires for UI, comorbidities, and lifestyle factors.Results: Among the 2,418 women aged 65 years and older, 506 (20.9%) had UI. Cerebrovascular disease (odds ratio [OR], 2.02; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.26 to 3.23), arthritis (OR, 1.44; 95% CI, 1.18 to 1.77), and fear of falling (OR, 1.62; 95% CI, 1.18 to 2.22) were significantly associated with UI, while chronic lung disease, psychiatric disease, dif-ficulty in daily living due to visual and hearing problems, and experiencing a fall in the last 2 years were not associ-ated with UI.Conclusion: Cerebrovascular disease, arthritis, and especially fear of falls were significantly associated with UI in elderly Korean women.
내러티브-종이아트 활동 기반 로봇활용 SW교육 효과성 비교

The national curriculum includes the problem solving process, algorithms, and programming of SW education. The education using robots is one of attractive alternatives for students who have no interest of SW or are poor at programming. We have developed a courseware using robots for SW education based on paper art activities with narrative storytelling to enhance students' creative thinking and problem solving within limitation of class time in schools. We apply the courseware and obtained the result of pre and post-test on the creative problem solving ability of third graders in the elementary school The four factors of creative problem solving have shown significantly increase. In addition, it had an significant effects for understanding robot technology and for learning attitude using robots of SW or programming. 2015 교육과정에는 SW교육의 문제해결과정, 알고리즘 및 프로그래밍 교육을 포함하고 있는데, 컴퓨터에 능숙하지 않거나 흥미가 없는 학생을 대상으로 직접 만지고 체험함으로써 보다 효과적으로 역량을 강화할 수 있도록 로봇활용교육도 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 로봇활용교육에서 로봇을 제작하는 시간제한을 극복하면서도 창의적 활동을 할 수 있는 내러티브 종이아트 활동을 기반으로 하는 로봇활용 SW교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 초등학교 3학년을 대상으로 창의적 문제해결력에 대해 사전-사후 검사를 실시한 결과, 창의적 문제해결의 하위 요소 4가지는 모두 유의미한 상승을 보여주었다. 또한 로봇에 대한 이해력과 학습태도도 유의미한 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.
p-Nitrophenyl Chloroformate의 가에탄올 분해반응에 대한 속도론적 연구

Acetone 용매 내에서 p-nitrophenyl chloroformate의 가에탄올 분해반응의 속도를 25.0℃에서 적정법에 의해 측정하였다. 측정된 반응속도상수로부터 초기에탄올 농도에 대한 실험적 2차 속도상수, k_(2)를 플로트한 결과 직선성이 좋음을 알 수 있었다. 이렇게 얻어진 속도론적 데이터로부터 p-nitrophenyl chloroformate의 속도식은 d[HCI]/ dt=k_(2)[p-NPC][EtOH]+ k_(3)[p-NPC][EtOH]^(2)임을 알았다. 그리고 활성화 엔탈피,ΔH^(≠)와 활성화 엔트로피, ΔS^(≠)를 구하였다. 이상의 결과로 acetone 용매 내에서 p-nitrophenyl chloroformate와 ethanol의 반응은 전체 반응에 대해 2차 반응과 3차 반응의 혼합 경쟁 반응인 이분자 첨가-제거 반응 메카니즘으로 진행됨을 알 수 있었다. The rates of ethanolysis of p-nitrophenyl chlorofonnate in acetone were measured using the titration method at 25.0℃ From these rate constants, plots of the experimental second-order rate constant, k_(2)^(≠) against the initial ethanol concentration were linear. From the kinetics data obtained, p-nitrophenyl chlorofonnate was found to be represented by d[HCI]/dt = k_(2)[p-NPC][EtOH] + k_(3) [p-NPC][EtOH]^(2). The values of activation enthalpy and entropy for the ethanolyses of p-nitrophenyl chlorofonnate was determined from the rate constants measured at various temperatures.? From these results, the reaction of these substrates with ethanol in acetone was mixed second-and third-order reaction for over-all reaction. and it could be estimated that this reaction has bimolecular addition-elimination mechanism.
