태권도장 종사자의 감성지능이 리더-구성원 교환관계(LMX)와 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was investigated on the effect of emotional intelligence on leader-member exchange(LMX) and organizational citizenship behavior of taekwondo centers employee. To accomplish such research purpose, researcher identified the causal relationship through regression analysis after having established relationship models among emotional intelligence of taekwondo centers employee, leader-member exchange(LMX) and organizational citizenship behavior on precedent research works and hypothetical model. 181 participants were sampled from the taekwondo centers employee in Seoul and Gyeonggido region by using convenient sampling method. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and path model analysis using SPSS 18.0 program. Results derived from the researches based on the aforementioned methods and data analyses are as follows: First, emotional intelligence of taekwondo centers employee had positive influence on leader-member exchange(LMX). Second, emotional intelligence of taekwondo centers employee had positive influence on organizational citizenship. The purpose of this study was investigated on the effect of emotional leadership on self-efficacy and sport commitment of sports center leaders. To accomplish such research purpose, researcher identified the causal relationship through regression analysis after having established relationship models among emotional leadership of sports leaders, self-efficacy and sport commitment on precedent research works and hypothetical model. 281 participants were sampled from the sports center customers in Seoul and Gyeonggido region by using convenient sampling method. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and path model analysis using SPSS 18.0 program. Results derived from the researches based on the aforementioned methods and data analyses are as follows: First, emotional leadership of sports center leaders had positive influence on self-efficacy. Second, emotional leadership of sports center leaders had positive influence on sport commitment. Third, self-efficacy had positive influence on sport commitment.

The purpose of this study is; first, to investigate the effect between caddies service quality and customer value of golf course; second, to investigate the effect between customer value and customer satisfaction of golf course; third, to establish the useful academic materials for planning and putting into practice the effective marketing strategies of golf course as to enhance the service quality of golf course and to attract the customers for those. First, convenience as the subordinate concept of customer value were significantly affected by repair ability and course analysis as the subordinate of caddies service quality. Economy as the subordinate concept of customer value were significantly affected by measurement ability and course analysis as the subordinate of caddies service quality. Excellence as the subordinate concept of customer value were significantly affected by measurement ability and course analysis as the subordinate of caddies service quality. Second, equipment satisfaction as the subordinate concept of customer satisfaction were significantly affected by measurement ability and game progress as the subordinate of caddies service quality. Service satisfaction as the subordinate concept of customer satisfaction were significantly affected by measurement ability, repair ability, course analysis and game progress as the subordinate of caddies service quality. Third, equipment satisfaction as the subordinate concept of customer satisfaction were significantly affected by convenience and economy as the subordinate of customer value. Service satisfaction as the subordinate concept of customer satisfaction were significantly affected by convenience and economy.

도시 생태네트워크 설정을 위한 공간의사결정지원체계에 관한 연구 ; 경관생태학 이론을 기반으로

생태계 회복의 중요성이 부각됨에 따라 생태네트워크 구축을 위한 다양한 연구가 수행되고 있다. 특히 GIS를 이용한 환경정보자료의 구축과 분석기법의 개발은 이를 더욱 효과적으로 수행하게 하였다. 본 연구에서는 경관생태학 이론을 기반으로 도시생태네트워크 구축을 위한 공간의사결정지원체계를 제시하였다. 제시된 공간의사결정지원체계는 다음과 같은 4단계로 구성된다. 첫째, 생태네트워크의 주요 골격을 형성하는 핵심 녹지를 중첩기법을 통해 도출한다. 둘째, 서식지 분포자료를 이용하여 서식녹지를 파악하고, 중력모형을 적용한 연결성 평가를 통해 연결녹지의 도입이 필요한 지역을 도출한다. 셋째, 최소비용경로분석을 이용하여 파편화된 녹지를 연결하기 위한 최적의 경로를 도출한다. 마지막으로 도시 생태네트워크 분석결과와 현재 토지이용간의 비교를 통하여 분석결과의 적정성을 검증한다. 본 연구는 도시 내 생태공간을 증진하기 위한 계획적 도구로서 난개발 방지, 종 다양성 증진 등에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. As a result of the current trend towards promoting conservation of the ecosystem, there have been various studies conducted to determine ways to establish an ecological network. The development of analytical methods and an environmental database of GIS has made the creation of this network more efficient. This study focuses on the development of an urban spatial decision support system based on 'Landscape Ecology Theory'. The spatial decision support system suggested in this study consists of four stages. First, landscape patch for the core areas, which are major structures of the ecological network, was determined using the GIS overlay method. Second, a forest habitat was investigated to determine connectivity assessment. Using the gravity model, connectivity assessment at the habitat forest was conducted to select the needed connecting area. Third, the most suitable corridor routes for the eco-network were presented using the least-cost path analysis. Finally, a brief investigation was conducted to determine the conflict areas between the study result and landuse. The results of this study can be applied to urban green network planning. Moreover, the method developed in this study can be utilized to control urban sprawl, promote biodiversity.

The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and path model analysis using SPSS 18.0 program. Results derived from the researches based on the aforementioned methods and data analyses are as follows: First, emotional leadership of taekwondo coach had positive influence on leader-member exchange(LMX). Second, emotional leadership of taekwondo coach had positive influence on team-member exchange(TMX). Third, leader-member exchange(LMX) had positive influence on team-member exchange(TMX).

스토리텔링 태권도 시범 서비스품질과 관람만족 및 행동의도의 관계

이 연구는 스토리텔링 태권도 시범 서비스품질이 관람만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 관람만족이 관중의 행동의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대해 규명하여, 태권도 시범이 일반 관중들에게 높은 서비스품질의 제공을 통하여 태권도 시범에 대한 관중들의 만족도를 높이고, 이를 통해 관중을 태권도 경기장으로 적극적으로 끌어들일 수 있도록 전략을 수립할 수 있는 유용한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 의미를 두고 있다. 이와 같은 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 선행연구 결과와 가설적 모형을 기초로 하여 스토리텔링 시범 서비스품질과 관람만족 및 행동의도의 관계를 규명하였다. 연구대상은 스토리텔링 태권도 시범경기가 열리는 경기장의 관중을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 237명을 표집 하였으며, 자료처리는 SPSS 19.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 상관분석을, AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 이상과 같은 연구방법 및 자료 분석 결과를 기초로 하여 이 연구에서 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가설 1에 대한 실증분석 결과 두 요인 간 경로계수 값이 .992(t=9.257)로 나타나 스토리텔링 태권도 시범 서비스품질은 관람만족에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 가설 2에 대한 실증분석 결과 두 요인 간 경로계수 값이 .534(t=2.135)로 나타나 스토리텔링 태권도 시범 서비스품질은 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 가설 3에 대한 실증분석 결과 두 요인 간 경로계수 값이 .480(t=2.078)로 나타나 관람만족은 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미친다. This study is intended to investigate the effect of story-telling Taekwondo demonstration service quality on viewers` satisfaction and their behavioral intentions; investigate the effect of viewers` satisfaction on viewers` behavioral intentions; and help Taekwondo demonstration to improve the viewers` satisfaction through providing the high quality Taekwondo demonstration service for general viewers; and, through this, provide the base data which can be used to establish the strategies to positively attract the viewers into the arena for Taekwondo competition. To achieve the objectives, this study was based on the previous researches and hypothetical models, and investigated the relation among story-telling demonstration service quality, viewing satisfaction and behavioral intention. The audience to the arena holding the story-telling Taekwondo demonstration competition were targeted and 237 viewers were sampled through using convenience sampling. For processing data, frequencmplialysis,iewploratory factor lialysis,iand correlation analysis were ughformed by using SPSS 19.0 program,iand structural equation d throanalysis was ugrformed by using AMOS 18.0 program. Based on the research methods and data analysis as above, the conclusions have been derived as follows: First, as a result of the empirical analysis of hypothesis 1, the value of path coefficient between two factors was .940 (t = 4.549); indicating the story-telling Taekwondo demonstration service quality had a significant effect on viewing satisfaction. Seciond, as a result of the empirical analysis of hypothesis 2, the value of path coefficient between two factors was .534 (t = 2.135); indicating the story-telling Taekwondo demonstration service quality had a significant effect on viewers`s behavioral intention. Third, as a result of the empirical analysis of hypothesis 3, the value of path coefficient between two factors was .480 (t = 2.078); indicating the viewing satisfaction had a significant effect on behavioral intention. Taken together these findings, it was identified that story-telling Taekwondo demonstration service quality strengthened the views` behavioral intention and viewing satisfaction was an important parameter inherent in the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables.
