본 사례는 현대 모비스의 기업 내부 혁신을 통한 성장 동력 발굴 전략에 대해 분석하였다. 현대-기아 자동차가 글로벌 시장에서 지속적인 성장세를 보이고 있는 가운데 현대 모비스의 지속적 성장세가 갖는 의미 또한 매우 크다고 할 수 있다. 현대 모비스는 자동차 모듈과 A/S 부품을 생산하는 종합 자동차 부품 업체로, 기업 내부의 철저한 혁신 과정을 통해 지속적인 성장 동력을 꾸준히 발굴해 내고 있다. 자동차 부품 업체의 경우 소비자가 완성차 업계 등으로 범위가 한정되어 있기 때문에 안정성을 갖기는 어렵지 않으나, 기업을 지속적으로 성장 가능하게 하는 동력을 발굴하는 것은 매우 어려운 일이다. 따라서, 본 현대 모비스 사례 연구에서는 현대 모비스가 보이고 있는 전반적인 혁신 프로세스와 그를 통한 성장 동력의 발굴 과정을 면밀히 분석함으로써 안정적인 기업의 성장 전략 구축의 모범적 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 혁신 추진의 성과와 지속적 성장을 위한 제언을 통해 시사점을 전달하고자 한다. This study explores a case of the top automobile module company in Korea, Hyundai Mobis, and their strategy for discovering a new growth engine through management innovation. As Hyundai-Kia Motors is increasing their market share in a global automobile market, the steady growth of Hyundai Mobis can be seen as an important aspect in the automobile industry. Hyundai Mobis, the biggest automobile module and parts supplier for Hyundai-Kia Motors, has strengthened their growth engine through the overall drive to innovation management based on stable profits. We analyze the innovation process of Hyundai Mobis in detail and scrutinize how they build up profits from a new source of growth. Based on our analysis, we propose some suggestions for sustainable growth of Hyundai Mobis.

이동통신 기지국의 환경 친화시스템 디자인 도출을 위한 선행 연구

The mobile communication base station is a physical medium which can connect the wave farther and more completely. Moreover, the electric wave is an important factor that cannot be avoided in the development of the modern human civilization. In the past, use of the electric wave was simply limited to broadcasting and communication. However, now it has moved towards the development of data communication and it is also the foundation of our information-oriented society. These electric waves are more effective the more coverage the towers have including wireless networks and mobile communication. For that reasons, some companies are responsible for the construction of new mobile communication base station. However there are still some limitations in a society. In order to avoid unlimited mobile communication base station, the public need to keep an eye on how many new base stations are built. Finally, the mobile communication base communication became a functional base facility which can affect our urban landscape and environment although it is the most important key model for the wireless communication. The reason is that it did not considerate for the eco-friendly facility and also just focused on the simply functions as a fundamental tool without the aesthetic points In conclusion, this study suggests developing a back-up plan for more sustainable mobile communication base station design. I strongly believe that this research could be carried out now before the problems get worse. There is an urgent need to examine the problems already caused by existing mobile communication base station.

즈카르야의 노래(루카 1,68-79)에 관한 고찰과 ὁδούς(76절)에 대한 번역 제안

새번역성경과 200주년 기념성서는 루카 1,76ㄴ을 각각 “주님을 앞서가 그 분의 길을 준비하리니”와 “주님보다 먼저 와서 그분의 길을 마련하여”라고 번역한다. 이 번역들에서 ‘그분의 길’에 해당되는 그리스어 원문은 ὁδούς αὐτοῡ로/ 직역하면 ‘그분의 길들’이다. 이에 본고는 주석적 연구를 통해 즈카르야의 노래를 고찰하고, 그리스어 원문을 충실히 반영한 76ㄴ절의 새로운 번역을 제안한다. 즈카르야의 노래는 ‘구약 시대에 하느님께서 베풀어 주신 것에 대한 찬미’ (1,68-75), ‘세례자 요한에 대한 예언’(1,76-77), ‘예수에 대한 예언’(1,78-79)으로 구성되어 있다. 76절은 세례자 요한의 역할을 이야기하는 부분으로, 요한은 예수에 앞서 ‘그분의 길(들)’을 준비한다. 이 구절의 의미를 이해하기 위해서는 예수에 대한 예언이 언급되는 79절과 함께 조명해야 한다. 79절에서는 예수가 우리를 ϵἰς ὁδòν ϵἰρήνης(“평화의 길로”)로 인도할 것이라고 말한다. 곧 예수가 우리에게 베푸는 구원의 여러 가지 길들이 궁극적으로는 단 하나의 길인 ‘평화의 길’이 될 것이라는 의미인 것이다. 이처럼 루카는 마지막 구절에서 ‘평화의 길’을 강조하기 위해, 의도적으로 76절에서는 복수형을 사용하여 구원을 위한 여러 가지 ‘길들’이라고 표현하고 있다. 따라서 우리말 번역에서도 원문의 복수형을 반영하여, 76ㄴ절을 “그분의 길들을 준비하기 위해서”라고 번역할 때 원문의 의미를 더욱 잘 드러낸다고 할 수 있겠다. The New Korean Translation and the 200th Anniversary Korean Bible translate Lk 1:76b as “I will go before the Lord to prepare his way” and “I will come before the Lord to prepare his way” respectively. The original Greek word for ‘his way’ in these translations is ὁδούς αὐτοῡ, which literally translates to ‘his ways.’ Accordingly, this research, through the exegetical study of the hymn of Zechariah, proposes a new translation of verse 76b that faithfully reflects the original Greek text. The hymn of Zechariah is composed of three parts: ‘Praise for what God gave us in the Old Testament’ (1:68-75), ‘Prophecy about John the Baptist’ (1:76-77), ‘Prophecy about Jesus’ (1:78-79). Verse 76 is a part about the future role of John the Baptist preparing ‘his way(s)’ ahead of Jesus. To understand the meaning of this verse, it should be viewed in conjunction with verse 79, which contains a prophecy of what Jesus would do. Verse 79 says that Jesus will lead us ϵἰς ὁδòν ϵἰρήνης(“in to the way of peace”). In other words, this means that the various ways of salvation in which Jesus saves us will ultimately become only one way, the ‘way of peace.’ In this way, to emphasize the ‘way of peace’ in the last verse, Luke intentionally uses the plural form in verse 76 to express many ‘ways’ for salvation. Therefore, when verse 76b is translated as “I will go before the Lord to prepare his ways” reflecting the plural form of ὁδούς, the meaning of the original text would be better revealed.

Seafood is one of the common causes of food allergies to adults. The sea hare Aplysia kurodai is a marine mollusk which belongs to invertebrate gastropod that has been consumed as a food in Korea. Cases of acute toxic hepatitis after ingestion of sea hares have been reported, but few cases of allergic reactions to sea hare have been reported in the literature. A 33-year-old man was referred to our Emergency Department due to urticaria and periorbital/perioral swelling after eating sea hares. Approximately 10 years ago, he experienced similar allergic reactions to it. Skin prick and intradermal tests showed strong positive responses to crude sea hare allergen extract. He was diagnosed with food allergy to sea hares. We herein report the first case of sea hare allergy after ingestion.
