Objectives The aim of this study was to review the current clinical Sasang constitutions studies by using genetics and to provide basic data for developing in a better direction of research. Methods Research articles on genetics of the clinical Sasang constitutions studies were extracted from six databases. The articles were classified were published year, published journals, and the types of studies. Subjects of research and experimental methods for the genetic research were summarized. Results A total of 43 selected research articles were published from 1996 to 2020 and more than half of them were published in Journal of Sasang Constitutional Medicine and Journal of Korean Oriental Medicine. There were three main types of researches. The three types of researches were for investigating a genetic indicator for classification of Sasang constitutional type, confirming a relationship between pathological gene and Sasang constitutional type, and checking a hereditary of Sasang constitutional type. But these studies did not yield clear results illustrating a relationship between Genetics and Sasang Constitutional Medicine. Discussion In this study, the necessity of the follow up studies to demonstrate a relationship between Genetics and Sasang Constitutional Medicine was confirmed.
소나무, 벚나무, 느티나무 단근 후 연고 처리에 따른 발근 비교

본 연구에서는 뿌리 수술과 수목 이식 현장에서 단근 부위에 처리하는 뿌리연고에 대한 상처 반응 및 세근 발달을 3종의 수종에서 비교하였다. 2014년 5월부터 2016년 11월까지 경상북도 상주시에 식재된 소나무, 벚나무, 느티나무 성목에서 직경 2~4 cm에 해당하는 뿌리를 절단하고 상처 부위를 바셀린과 유기질 비료로 연고 처리하여 6개월이 경과한 후, 시료를 채취하여 세근 생장량을 조사하였다. 단근 후 세근 발달은 전반적으로 느티나무와 벚나무에서 우수하였지만 소나무에서는 저조하였다. 세근 생장량은 느티나무에서 단근과 유기질 비료 처리구에서 높게 나타났다. 벚나무에서는 처리별로 뚜렷한 효과가 없었다. 이상의 결과는 단근과 상처 처리에 대한 세근 발달이 수종별로 상이하므로 단근 후 수종별로 처리방법의 세분화가 필요함을 시사한다. The aim of our study was to compare the wound responses and fine root development after root cutting and wound dressing among different tree species. The roots (2~4 cm in diameter) of mature Pinus densiflora, Prunus serrulata var. spontanea, and Zelkova serrata grown in Sangju, South Korea, were cut every 6 months from May 2014 to November 2016. The cut roots were subjected to pastes of vaseline and organic fertilizer. Six months after cutting, fine root development in the cut roots was examined. There was a significant increase in the fine root development in P. serrulata and Z. serrata; however, the development was rarely observed in P. densiflora. Zelkova serrata showed the highest fine root development among the three species in both the control and organic paste treatment groups. No significant differences in fine root development were observed in P. serrulata among the treatments. These results indicate that different tree species exhibit different responses to wound dressing after root cutting, which suggests that specific treatments must be applied to specific tree species.

협업 필터링은 사용자들간의 집단 지성에 기반한 추천 알고리즘이다. 다양한 시스템에 쓰이고 있는 협업 필터링과 그 장단점에 대해서 알아본다. 그리고 본 논문에서는 기존의 학사 관리 시스템에 협업 필터링을 적용한 새로운 학사관리 시스템을 제안한다.
[한국근대Ⅰ] ‘근대’를 포섭한 ‘전통’의 시각과 ‘사실’을 전유한 ‘역사’들에 대한 재고

According to the “Review and Outlook” articles published over the past 10 years, the latest research trends can be summarized as follows: Criticism on the West-centered perspective, emphasis on the emphasis (oncontinuity between pre-modern and modern times, emergence of the East Asian viewpoint, increased interest in people who have crossed the borders, and the progress of empirical research. The papers reviewed in this study published between 2018 and 2019 also fall into this category. However, this paper deals with somewhat relatively observable features. First, it stresses the point of view of “tradition” and “its modern reinterpretation” and even introduces studies on the notion of “modern” which is involved in “tradition.” Second, it asserts that there is rising interest on how historical events are represented beyond faithful reproduction. Third, there are also attempts to target the researcher him/herself based on questions about the existing historical descriptions. Based on the reviews discussed above, it is suggested that new research themes that reflect the present should be discovered rather than just blindly following the forms of modern historical studies that are deeply entrenched in current history and the modern nation building process.

텍스트마이닝(text mining) 기법을 통해 생물학 문헌으로부터 단백질 이름과 그들 간의 상호 관계를 추출하는 시스템이 제안된 바 있다. 이 시스템에서 단백질 이름을 추출하는 과정을 패턴 일치 오토마타(PMA: Pattern Matching Automata)라는 방법을 이용하여 좀 더 유연하고 높은 성능을 가지도록 개선할 수 있었다. 본 논문은 예제를 통해 PMA의 학습, 테스트 과정과 결과를 설명함으로써 단백질 이름 추출작업에서의 PMA의 가능성과 성능 향상을 위한 앞으로의 방안을 제시한다.
