치조골신장 부위에 식립된 임프란트 주위의 골형성에 관한 연구

Purpose: Distraction osteogenesis has been applied to the maxillofacial implantology and good experimental and clinical results have been reported. However, histologic studies of implants placement on distraction osteogenesis of atrophic alveolar ridges are scarce. In this study, we compare the bone formation between in the transport part and in the distraction part by histomorphometric analysis. Materials & methods: Three adult beagle dogs were served as experimental subjects. The 2 premolars and 1st molar were extracted on the Lt. side of mandible in each beagle dog. After one month later, osteotomy was performed and distraction device was adapted. Distraction was performed with gradual incremental separation of two bone pieces at a rate of 1.0mm per day for 5 days. During consolidation phase, new bone was formed in the distraction zone between the separated bone pieces. 5 weeks after distraction phase, 3 implants were placed in each beagle dog. The implants were inserted through transport part and distraction part and inferior basal bone. The animals were sacrificed at 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 12 weeks after implant placement. BIC and BA of implants on distraction part and transport part were measured histomorphometrically. Results: BIC, BA increased after implant placement as time goes by passes and new bone formation was slightly higher in transport part than in distraction part at 2 weeks, 4 weeks after implant placement. At 12 weeks after implant placement, BIC, BA of were 74%, 61% in transport part and 77%, 59% in distraction part, therefore there were no difference in BIC and BA between transport part and distraction part at 12 weeks after implant placement.

This study examines the relationship among servicescape, service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer repurchase in postal business. The results of empirical analysis can be summarized by the following: First, postal servicescape factors(trust, convenience, cleanliness, image) had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Second, postal servicescape factors(trust, cleanliness, image) had a significant effect on service quality. Third, postal service quality(kindness, accuracy, security, diversity) had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Fourth, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on customer repurchase. Therefore, the results of the study provide the practical implications for establishment of postal service`s new marketing strategies.
현장실험을 통한 개선된 수압암반절개시스템의 굴착 효율성 평가

본 연구는 무진동 · 무소음 암반 굴착을 위해 개발된 수압암반절개공법의 효율적인 굴착을 위하여 수압 암반절개시스템의 패커 및 주입 시스템을 개량하였으며, 또한, 현장 실험을 수행하여 개선된 시스템의 효율성을 평가하였다. 수압파쇄균열은 누수로 인한 주입 압력의 손실로 인하여 균열확장 및 균열성장에 제한이 발생하였으나, 단일 패커의 팽창에 따른 인장응력에 의한 인장 변위는 암반 굴착을 용이하게 하였다. 현장 실험 자료를 바탕으로 수행한 수치해석결과는 현장 실험에서 형성된 균열의 발달을 모사할 수 있는 것으로 평가되었다. An improved packer and injection system was developed to improve the efficiency of excavation by hydraulic rock splitting by reducing vibration and noise. Field testing of the system found hydraulic fractures limited in expansion and extension due to the loss of injection pressure by leackage from the cracks, and then the single packer applied to injection hole allowed to produce a sufficient tensile displacement for rock excavation. Numerical analysis based on the field test data could explain the development of cracks in the field experiments.

This study examines the relationship among service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in auto maintenance and repair service firms. The results of empirical analysis can be summarized by the following: First, service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Second, service quality had a significant effect on customer loyalty. It had also a positive, significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Third, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on customer loyalty. Therefore, the results of the study provide the practical implication for establishment of auto maintenance and repair service firms` marketing strategies.
