학생용 스트레스 설문 문항 개발과 이를 이용한 학업 스트레스 척도 조사

The purpose of this study is to develop questionnaire items so that students can recognize their level of stress before and after the midterm exam. As a result of analyzing the questionnaire evaluation and salivary cortisol level before and after the midterm exam, it was expected that the stress level would increase due to factors such as academic burden and competition with peers. Of the 20 stress items, 16 items that reached a confidence level of 0.837 were selected through Cronbach's α reliability analysis. The students' stress level was 41.5±6.6 points before the mid-term exam and 33.9±6.7 points after the mid-term exam, showing a tendency to decrease after the mid-term exam (p<0.01). In addition, significant correlations were found in sleep-related items such as headache, indigestion, dizziness, and physical response to stress (p<0.05). The saliva test showed statistical significance, with 28.5±12.7 ng/mL before the mid-term exam and 17.5±9.0 ng/mL after the mid-term exam, which was higher before the mid-term exam (p<0.01) than after the mid-term exam. However, the correlation between total stress score and cortisol level The relationship did not show any significance. Therefore, there is a limit to the developed questionnaire to fully evaluate the students' stress. It is thought that future research should be supplemented by expanding the subject of the experiment and conducting research in various fields.
몰약 복합 추출물의 토마토궤양병원균과 고추궤양병원균에 대한 항균력 평가

Chemical fertilizer have been a major contributor to the growth of agricultural productivity. but the use of biological control is increasing due to the hazard of chemical fertilizers to humans and the environment. We evaluated the antimicrobial efficiency of the myrrh mixture extract against plant canker bacteria. Myrrh was extracted from 70% ethanol with Bokrung (Poriacocos Wolf), Achyrantis Radixs,Taraxaci Herba, and Chinese Quince (Chaenomelis sinensis) as a dried resin obtained from Commiphora myrrha Holmes. The antimicrobial activity against paper disc method, minimum bactericidal concentration and the ability of reducing the number of bacteria. As a result of inhibition of growth was observed at a concentration of 0.5 mg/disc in Clavibacter capsicir and 2.5 mg/disc in Clavibacter michiganensis. The minimum bactericidal concentration was 40 mg/ml in both bacteria. No bacterial colonies were observed at 10 mg/ml in bacterial pepper canker and 1 mg/ml in tomato ulcer disease. Based on these results, it is considered that the use of antimicrobial agent is high value in pepper canker disease and tomato canker disease which are plant pathogenic bacteria of ommiphora myrrha Holmes mixture extract.
섬유화 진행 간경변 조직 모델에서 Thymosin β4와 C-myc mRNA 융합 발현 연구

The propose of this study has been conducted to examine expression of c-Myc and Thymosin-β4 in liver cirrhosis model from liver fibrosis and For the method of study, the experiment was conducted in 2 groups; liver cirrhosis model experiment group due to liver fibrosis and control group with distilled water. This study outcome showed that liver cirrhosis model experiment group had significantly higher expression of c-Myc and Thymosin-β4. with changes to hepatic tissue of special staining and electron microscopy. In conclusion, in clinical tests regarding liver function, molecular evaluation of c-Myc and Thymosin-β4 and their expression along with serological change and histological assessment can be utilized as a reference for diagnosing liver disease for prevention and diagnosis of the disease, Based on this research in the future, we will carry out an in-depth study by adding the types of experimental groups and related genes. 이 연구의 목적은 간 섬유화로 인한 간경변 모델에서 c-Myc과, Thymosin-β4 유전자의 발현을 알아 보고자 실시하였으며 연구 방법은 2군으로 나누어 섬유화로 인한 간경변 모델 실험군과 증류수를 이용한 대조군으로 분류 한 후 실험을 하였다. 본 연구를 통한 결과는 간경변 모델 실험군은 대조군에 비하여 c-Myc 과 Thymosin-β4 의 발현 이 증가 되는 것을 뚜렷하게 알 수 있었고, 전자현미경적 검경 외에 여러 특수 염색을 통하여 간조직의 변화를 관찰 할 수 있었다. 결론적으로 기존 간기능 검사 관련 임상검사에서 질환 예방과 질환 판정 시 혈청학적 변화와 조직학적인 검사와 더불어 c-Myc 과 Thymosin-β4의 분자 기법을 통한 유전자의 발현 상태를 확인함으로써 간 질환 판정에 기여 할 수 있을 것으로 사료 되며. 향후 이 연구를 기반으로 실험군의 종류와 관련 유전자를 추가 하여 심도 있는 연구를 진행할 예정이다.
