Vehicle tests for evaluating performance of vehicle control devices are often time consuming, expensive, and not reproducible. The hardware-in-the-loop simulation(HILS) is promising on this matter since it provides cost effective ways of vehicle tests with repeatability. The HILS also has advantages over pure numerical simulation since the former can yield results with better credibility than the latter by incorporating actual control components in numerical simulation environment. A HILS system for TCS ECU has been developed in this research. Using the system, commercial TCS modules have been tested.<br/>

전주시는 지역 인구의 고령화로 도시가 활력을 잃어 이에 대한 회복과 도심 공동화의 문제를 해결하기 위해 한옥마을 사업을 추진하였다. 한옥마을 사업의 성공으로 지금의 전주시는 지역 내 행정중심도시에서 전국적 명성의 관광거점도시가 되었다. 전주는 연인원 1,500만 명 이상이 방문하는 전국적 지위의 관광도시가 된 것이다. 그러나 전주 관광의 강점이자 문제점으로 지목되고 있는 곳 또한 한옥마을이다. 전주 관광에 한옥마을만 있기 때문이다. 한옥마을만으로는 더 이상의 지위를 확보하기 어렵다. 한옥마을 이외의 추가 관광이 있어야 관광 전주의 미래를 만들 수 있다. 본 연구는 한옥마을 외의 추가 관광으로 덕진공원과 팔복예술공장을 제시하였다. 관광의 핵심 요인이 인지도와 만족도라는 점을 고려해 본 연구는 전주 방문객을 대상으로 한옥마을, 덕진공원, 팔복예술공장의 인지도를 조사하였다. 인지도 조사결과 한옥마을의 인지도는 매우 높았다. 그러나 덕진공원, 팔복예술공장의 인지도는 낮았다. 팔복예술공장의 인지도는 바닥 수준이다. 만족도 조사는 각 시설의 방문객을 대상으로 하였다. 한옥마을, 덕진공원, 팔복예술공장의 만족도는 높았다. 한옥마을은 인지도 역시 높았기 때문에 예상 그대로였다. 그러나 덕진공원, 팔복예술공장의 만족도는 인지도와는 다른 결과이다. 팔복예술공장은 바닥 수준의 인지도였음에도 불구하고 만족도는 평균 이상이었다. 인지도를 통해 만족도를 높이는 전략보다 만족도를 통해 인지도를 높이는 전략이 필요하다는 것이 알 수 있었다. Jeonju city has recovered from the loss of vitality caused by the aging local population and promoted the Jeonju Hanok Village project to solve the problem of urban hollowing out. With the success of the Jeonju Hanok Village project, Jeonju city has now become a tourism hub of national reputation from an administrative hub city within the region. Jeonju has become a tourism city with a national status, with more than 15 million visitors. However, it is also the Hanok Village that is pointed out as a strength and problem of Jeonju tourism. This is because Jeonju tourism has only a Hanok Village. It is difficult to establish any further status with Hanok Village alone. The future of Jeonju can be created only when there is additional tourism in addition to the Hanok Village. This study suggests Deokjin Park and Palbok Art Factory as additional tours of Hanok Village. Considering that the key factors of tourism are awareness and satisfaction, this study investigated the awareness of Hanok Village, Deokjin Park, and Palbok Art Factory targeting Jeonju visitors. As a result of the awareness survey, the Jeonju Hanok Village was very high. However, Deokjin Park and Palbok Art Factory was low. The Palbok Art Factory is at the bottom level. This study investigated the satisfaction about Jeonju Hanok Village, Deokjin Park, and Palbok Art Factory on visitors to each facility. Jeonju Hanok Village, Deokjin Park, and Palbok Art Factory was high. Jeonju Hanok Village was also highly, so it was as expected. However, the satisfaction of Deokjin Park and Palbok Art Factory is different from that of the awareness. Although the Palbok Art Factory was at the floor level, the satisfaction was above average. It was found that a strategy to increase awareness through satisfaction was necessary rather than a strategy to increase satisfaction through awareness.
Design of NAND Flash Memory Device by the Fringing Field from a Control Gate

We propose a cell structure with non-overlap source/drain (S/D) (or without S/D) for a NAND flash memory, which utilizes the fringing field from control gates. In this work, a guideline for the cell device design is suggested through extensive device simulations. We considered a cell string with conventional SONOS cell transistors that have a nitride storage node on a planar channel structure. The read operation of an erased cell in the proposed cell string was successful, which is an important issue for a device using a fringing field. We think that our proposed structure is a promising candidate to improve scalability for sub-40 nm NAND flash memory because the proposed devices show better characteristics with scaling down.
Programming/Erasing Characteristics of 45 nm NOR-Type Flash Memory Based on SOI FinFET Structure

A novel NOR-type ash memory structure, based on SOI FinFET, is proposed for high-density and high-performance ash memories. This ash memory structure has oating gate on both sides of the fin body. To know the characteristics of this device, device simulation was performed extensively. We examined the programming/erasing characteristics depending on the coupling ratio (CR). The etching depth of buried oxide (BOX) layer and the oating-gate height were changed for different CR. By controlling the oating-gate height, we could obtain CR higher than 0.6. Regardless of the CR, the threshold-voltage (Vth) shift for programming was very small. However, erasing time due to Fowler-Nordheim (FN) was signicantly reduced on increasing the CR.

저자들은 최근 본 병원 산부인과에서 자궁체부에 발생한 혼합 중배엽성 육종 1례를 경험하 였기에 간략한 문헌고찰과 아울러 증례를 보고하였다. Mixed mesodermal sarcoma of the uterine corpus is a rare and highly malignant tumor. A case of this type was recently experienced in a 54-year old married woman preceding pelvic irradiation due to vaginal cancer and is reported with brief review of literature. The patients has been followed for 4 months after surgical therapy without evidence of recurrence and chemotherapy has been done at out-patient basis every 3 weeks.
