두타산입술대고둥아재비 (Mirus junensis) 의 arginine kinase 유전자를 이용한 분자계통분류학적 연구

Arginine kinase gene belongs to phosphagen super family and is one of the transferases such as glycocyamine kinase (GK), lombricine kinase (LK), taurocyamine kinase (TK) and creatine kinase (CK) which are expressed in inverterbrates. Arginine kinase (ArK) is commonly called arginine phosphokinase, adenosine 5'-triphosphate, L-arginine, N-phosphotransferase and plays an important role in transporting intracellular energy and regulating phosphoric acid concentration. ArK is also known to play a critical role in arginine and proline metabolism. In this study, we conducted transcriptomic analysis of Mirus junensis using the Next Generation Sequencer and all the sequences containing arginine kinase were obtained by using BLASTx against NCBI NR database and PANM database. We confirmed 358 amino acid residues and 1,074 bp coding region of ArK gene. Using BLAST analysis, we collected 14 similar sequences of M. junensis ArK. Analsysis of dendrogram derived from multiple sequence alignment using clustalW engine of MEGA 7 program showed that it is most similar to Nesiohelix samarangae and belongs to Mollusk with Aplysia kurodai, Conus ebraeus. The ArK of M. junensis needs further investigation about immune system and physiological study.

최근 무선 인터넷 시장의 발전으로 WM-PDA(Windows Mobile PDA)을 이용한 응용 개발이 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 WM-PDA의 하드웨어나 플랫폼의 잦은 변화와 CPU계열이 표준화되어 있지 않아 그에 맞는 플랫폼을 개발하기는 쉽지 않다. 본 논문에서는 WM-PDA용 JVM에 기존 J2SE용 자바 프로그램을 이식하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 이식하는 과정을 보임으로써 WM-PDA용 자바 프로그램 개발이 더욱 활성활 될 수 있도록 하자는 것이 본 논문의 목표이다.

기존의 리더십 강의는 강사와 학습자가 직접 대면하는 방식으로 오프라인 상에서 이루어지고 있다. 오프라인 상에서의 리더십 강의는 강사와의 감성적인 교감을 나누며 학습할 수 있으나, 시간이나 장소, 비용적인 면에서 비효율적이라는 단점을 지니고 있다. 그러나 온라인을 교육을 활용하면 오프라인의 비효율적인 측면을 완화시킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 온라인상에서 리더십 학습자가 오프라인 교육과 같은 감성적인 측면을 느낄 수 있고, 학습자 중심의 능동적인 수업 참여가 이루어질 수 있는 멀티미디어 지원 방식의 효과적인 U-러닝 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 U-러닝 사이트는 http://203.252.195.126:9090에서 직접 확인할 수 있다. The existing leadership lectures are typically given in a face-to-face fashion between students and the facilitator. As a matter of course, the offline-style leadership lectures have an advantage that some kind of emotional communication between the two can be possible. It also have, on the other hand, several disadvantages such as time and space limitation, and high lecture fee. We are sure, however, that the above ineffectiveness of the offline leadership education can be lowered by using the online leadership system simultaneously. In this paper, to overcome the above cons, we propose an leadership U-learning system exploiting multimedia contents to maximize the leadership education effects, especially the emotional effects. By using our U-learning system, the students may feel the same emotional aspects when attending an offline class. Our U-learning site can be seen from http ://203.252.195.126:9090.

Imports of aquatic products continue increasing every year. When imported into Korea, the common name of a similar aquatic product is used instead of a scientific name, causing many confusions. In this study, in order to cope up with this issue, four countries with the highest number of imported bivalves were selected. The collected bivalves were totally classified into 10 orders, 17 families, 39 species. Also, the collected bivalves in the current study were identified by morphological classification. Moreover, sequence analysis of COI gene was carried out for all the collected species. The COI gene sequence was obtained with 3 type of primers. All COI sequences analyzed were subjected to molecular phylogenetic analysis. As a result, it was possible to draw conclusions very similar to the morphological classification results. Taken together, it is preferable to perform the universal primers and the lobo primer simultaneously for analyzing the COI sequence of bivalves. On the other hands, to obtain the results for scallops, the Matsumoto primers were available to conduct the analysis.

Metallothionin (MT) is well-known as a biomarker gene induced by various stimuli including heavy metals in vertebrates and invertebrates. This leads many researchers to conduct molecular phylogenetic analysis on the basis of the MT gene and amino acids in the world. In the mollusks, however, it is hard to identify the classification and types of MT even with the MT sequences registered in NCBI. In this study, the mollusks MT genes from NCBI were reanalyzed to establish the taxonomic importance of MT. To this end, 180 complete MT amino acid sequences out of the analyzed 247 mollusks MT sequences obtained from NCBI were selected. Through the association analysis, 58 MT genes were categorized as 12 groups based on molecular phylogenetic analysis. We also analyzed the status of Mollusks MT-related studies through pubmed search. Based on this study, we constructed a website to increase the utilization of the analyzed data by sharing the related information through the following website (http://bioinfo.sch.ac.kr/metallothionein). Thus, it will be much easier and faster to annotate and conduct molecular phylogenetic analysis with any MT gene derived from RNA-seq and Genome-seq data of new mollusks in the future.
연체동물 대량염기서열 분석을 위한 PANM 데이터베이스 버전 3 업데이트

The PANM Database (Protostome DB) was constructed for the first in the year 2015. The aim of the construction was to provide a public platform for researchers to efficiently annotate the next-generation sequencing (NGS) data arising out of genome sequencing projects of species belonging to Arthropoda, Mollusca, and Nematoda (Protostome group). The web-based interface has paramount importance in improving the process of sequencing data with a greater number of noteworthy hits. In the subsequent year, we released an update to the database (PANM-DB v1.0) that contained twice the number of protein sequences (7,571,246) as compared to the original database and the inclusion of Cephalopod sequences. We now release the third database update (PANM-DB v3) with the incorporation of 11,615,243 protein sequences. The size of PANM-DB v3 is smaller, only 6% of NCBI nr database, and significantly reduces the NGS data annotation time. Like the previous versions of the database, PANM-DB v3 is freely downloadable from http://panm.sch.ac.kr/ for local BLAST analysis.
