시라카바파(白樺派)의 서양미술 수용과정 -『시라카바(白樺)』와 「니카회(二科会)」를 중심으로-

This study examines the effects of the Shirakaba school’s acceptance of Western art with a focus on the “Shirakaba” and "Nika" groups. Since the Meiji period, Japan has implemented a national policy aimed at catching up with Western advancements and there has been a movement to reflect this trend in the art field. In the early Meiji period, the promotion of art grew under the protection of the government as part of national policy. The Meiji government established an art school and a government-sponsored exhibition to implement policies. However, there has been a series of abuse aimed at exhibition judges, undermining their authority and the nature of the policy that tried to bring advanced art into the system. Seiki Kuroda, a teacher at the Tokyo art school and then head of the Hakuba society attempted to overcome this situation. Shirakaba school formed the Nika group, insisting on seeing anti-academy and anti-exhibition participation. In the end, the Shirakaba school and Shirakaba magazine served as spearheads to promote Western art in Japan in the course of Japan’s modern westernization as well as stepping stones to nurture students after school. Meanwhile, as Kojima Kikuo and Hosokawa Moritatsu who were involved in the Shirakaba school had a certain status in the Western art troupe of Japan, intervened in the production of the portrait of Yasui Sotaro. Finally, the Shirakaba school has led to excessive interference in the creative activities of their successors.

일반적인 고무 부품의 해석적 피로 수명 예측은 다양한 피로시험 결과를 바탕으로 정의되는 피로 수명식이 사용된다. 그러나, 이와 같은 방식은 피로 시험에 사용되는 비용적, 시간적인 문제로 인해 설계과정에서 매우 제한적으로 사용된다. 더욱이, 고무재료의 비규격화 및 임의적인 특성변화가 피로시험 결과의 데이터베이스화를 어렵게 만든다. 본 논문에서는 찢김에너지를 이용한 또다른 피로수명 예측 방식을 제안하였다. 자동차용 방진고무들에 대한 동적, 정적 찢김시험 및 복잡한 형상을 갖는 고무 부품의 찢김에너지를 계산하기 위하여 가상 결함을 고려한 유한요소 정식화를 수행하였다. 제안된 방법을 사용하여, 자동차용 모터 마운트의 피로 수명을 예측해 보았고, 실제 수명과 예측된 수명을 비교하여신뢰성을 검증해 보았다. A commonly analytical estimation of fatigue life on rubber components is using fatigue life equation based on various fatigue test results. However, such method has very restricted applicability in actual designing processes because performing fatigue tests requires a lot of time and money. In addition, non-standard rubber materials and their randomness make it hard to make databases. In this paper, the other fatigue life estimation method using tearing energy was suggested. We performed static and dynamic tearing test about automotive vibration rubber materials and a finite element formulation using a virtual crack to calculate the tearing energy of rubber components with complicated shapes. To using the suggested method, fatigue life of an automotive motor mount has been estimated and verified the reliability of this method by using comparison between the estimated values and the actual fatigue life.

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the current national old-age pension scheme introduced in 1988, in terms of its insurance and redistributive effects as well as the long-run financial solvency. National pension plan is viewed as a contributory social insurance scheme against the risks from agents’ uncertain lengths of lifetimes in the absence of private annuity market. Simulation results indicate that the expected rates of return of pension benefits, for all age cohorts and for all income levels, greatly exceed the level which guarantees the actuarial fairness, and, thus, each participant is expected to receive large amount of net gains from pension scheme. The amounts of net gains from participation are even larger for low-income earners and for early cohorts of retirees. Accordingly, national pension scheme plays substantial redistributive role within and across generations. Consequently, the current national pension system will inevitably incur financial insolvency problem in the future. It is estimated that the pension fund will be exhausted completely in around 2040. It is strongly recommended that Government should consider restructuring the current national old-age pension scheme to modify the unbalance between contributions and benefits.

라즈베리파이를 통하여 차량 내부의 모든 정보를 입력받아 영상처리 등을 이용하여 차량 내부를 감시 및 탐색, 위험요소 발생 시 이를 사용자에게 전달하고 직접적으로 차량 내 부저 등으로 소리를 내어서 주변 사람들에게 알려 문제를 해결하고자 한다.
