최근 들어 급격히 발전한 테라헤르츠파 발생/검출 기술에 힘입어 생명, 화학, 기계, 통신 등의 다양한 분야에서 THz 관련 응용 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 강좌에서는 최신 THz 발생/검출 기술을 분야별로 살펴보고 바이오, 재료, 기계 분야의 비접촉식 비파괴검사 분야에 적용 개발되고 있는 THz 기술에 대하여 기술하고자 한다. 특히, 구조물의 THz 비파괴검사 평가 분야 세부 기술에 대하여 자세하게 소개한다.

This study aims to show how to construct a database which covers about 7,000 texts of the Jeongseon-Arari and its related materials. The practical use of the database is also one of the main concerns of this study. The data table is divided into 3 parts: texts of Jeongseon-Arari, local singers of Jeongseon-Arari, scenes of singing. The database has a multimedia environment which can provide letters, voice and image through the mixed programming of words of songs and moving images. The database makes it easy to search and synthesize the varied materials of the Jeongseon-Arari and will greatly help to study its musical nature and socio-cultural meanings.

The inter-Korean relations have been stalemated since the north Korean nuclear test. Their future depends on the results of the USA-North Korean negotiations, which will proceed in the framework of the next six-party talks. Therefore it is necessary to begin by forecasting the negotiations. In this context I conceive four scenarios, which result from the dyadic correlations between the American and North Korean goals; the CVID of the north Korean nuclear program or Kim’s regime change as US goals, and becoming a nuclear power or putting the program to practical use as north Korean goals. Each scenario, which has its own characteristics, will exert different impacts on the inter-Korean relations. A scenario, in which the USA and north Korea find an equilibrium of their interests, could contribute to recovering the inter-Korean relations as well as to maintenance of peace and stability on the Korean peninsular. Another scenario, in which the US goal of regime change is correlated with the North Korean goal of becoming a nuclear power, could bring about some catastrophic results. The others would also occur, yet might remain as scenarios in a transitional stage, in which circumstances of the inter-Korean relations do not improve so much.
광학적 방법을 통한 마이크로 역학 소자의 공진주파수 측정법과 이를 이용한 마이크로 캔티레버 공진기의 질량 변화 연구

We have developed the detection method of the resonance frequency of micro/nano mechanical resonator using optical method. The optical interferometery method enabled us to detect the displacement change of resonators within several nm scale. The micro mechanical resonator was produced by attaching a micro mechanical cantilever to a piezo ceramic. The mass of cantilever was increased by evaporating Au using electron beam evaporator and the mass variation was estimated by detecting the resonance frequency changes.
Modified Anti-Windup PI 제어기와 Braking Mode를 이용한 SRM의 속도 제어

본 논문은 부하에 대한 빠른 응답 특성을 보이는 새로운 SRM 구동 토폴로지를 제안하였다. PI 제어기 출력이 포화될 때 windup 현상이 나타나고 그 결과로 성능이 저하된다. 따라서 전동기의 가변속 제어 성능을 위해 가속 시에는 개선된 Anti-Windup PI 제어기만을 사용하고 감소 시에는 추가로 부하의 특성을 고려하여 braking 동작을 사용하였다. 시뮬레이션 및 실험 결과는 속도 성능면에서 제안된 방식이 종래의 다른 제어 방식에 비해 우수함을 보여 준다. In this paper, novel topology for fast response of various loads is proposed. The windup phenomenon appears and results in performance degradation when the PI controller output is saturated. A new anti-windup PI controller is proposed to improve the control performance of variable speed motor drives, and it is experimentally applied to the speed control of a hysteresis current-controlled SRM driven by an asymmetry bridge converter. The experimental results show that the speed response has much improved performance, such as small overshoot and fast settling time, over the conventional PI control.
다짐 에너지를 고려한 노반 성토 재료의 탄성파 속도 변화의 실험적 분석

A systematic laboratory compaction testing was performed with the laboratory seismic measurements of the compacted specimens sampled from various compaction fills and was supplemented with in-situ seismic testing to investigate the effects of compaction energy on the elastic wave velocities of the railway roadbed materials. The both variances of the compressive and shear wave velocities with moisture content curve ($V_p$-w and $V_s$-w curves) are similar to the general trend of the density-moisture content curve(${\gamma}_d$-w curve). At the wet side of optimal moisture content (OMC), either $V_p$ or $V_s$ does not significantly increase, which is well reflecting the no gaining in density with the increasing compaction energy exceeding modified-D compaction effort. $V_p$ increases linearly with ${\gamma}_d$ at the dry side of OMC, while it does exponentially at the wet side. The in-situ wave velocities were found to be influenced by the level of confinement and $V_s$ was more sensitive to compaction energy than $V_p$.

Big serious problem of contemporary poetries in korea is that public reader don`t read those. These reasons are communication way is becoming different by differnce on writing, and becoming professinal and esotericism, whatever it is, free poetries ignore verse and rhythm of traditional poetries, abuse unfamiliar prose poem, because of these reason, most readers cannot feel impression of lyrical resonance. Traditional poetries in korea whenever give impression based on traditional verse by singing. Poetries`s essence is in implication and familiar verse `at least singing by language`, giving order to chaos by refined form. Therefore traditional poetries succeed singing tradition not overbecoming out from the set pattern. Otherwise, Contemporary free poetries ignore poetric rhythm which was constructed by cultural paradigm and singing tradition in traditional poetries, go forward to way which achieve freely characteristical poetry beauty as free poetry. Because of it, contemporary poetries get freedom to characteristical achievement, but lost soul resonance on national emotion, and became far from poetry`s affect. In result, they lost public readers.

The objectives of this study were to develop an image processing algorithm that can observe image characteristics that change with incubation time, to develop shape indices that can distinguish between fertile and infertile eggs using image characteristics, to investigate whether normal hatching can be determined using these indices, and to develop a technology capable of detecting infertile eggs. MRI acquisition was performed using an industrial MRI system and 40 fertilized and 10 infertile eggs. Eggs were placed in an incubator at 38°C for 3 days, and MR images were obtained 8 times at baseline (before samples were placed in the incubator) and at 22, 32, 40, 48, 56, 64, and 72 hours after placing samples in the incubator. An image processing algorithm was developed to analyze centroid, circularity, and the major-to-minor axis ratios to quantify yolk shape changes during incubation from extracted images. Average image information of three central slices was used to calculate shape indices useful for differentiating fertile and infertile eggs. The shape indices yolk circularity and major-to-minor axis ratio (determined after incubation for 56 hr) achieved discrimination rates of 98.4% and 82.5%, respectively. In summary, using shape indices would enable fertile and infertile eggs to be differentiated within 3 days.
