        戱曲 「山돼지」 硏究

        This dissertation deals with Kim Woo-jin's 「Wild Boar」. Kim Woo-jin became indulged in his art during his University education. What's more, he tried to express the theatre art through a sharp insight of the times and created an optimistic atmosphere for Koreans under Japanese rule. His father, Kim Sung-kyu, was a president of the 'Mokpo Literary Association' and enjoyed writing poems. He also had such a special affection for literature that he contributed lots of money to support the 'Mokpo Literary Association'. And the world of death in Kim Woo-jin's works does not mean a real death. The world suggests the death of Korea traditional and conservative customs and reflects the difficult reality to break the traditional customs. His leaving home to lead a spiritual life carried on the very important meaning. 〈Noon〉 deals with the consciousness of class and nation, and 〈Lee Young-yeo〉 criticizes the defect of masculine centered society through Lee Yong-yeo. According to 「The Disgust of Poet Dooduckee」 and 「Shipwreck」 represent Kim Woo-jin's self conscious drama and the words of disgust and wreck symbolizes Kim Woo-jin's self desire for a new world. 「Wild Boar」 represents the free society for all people and the social awareness for reform. Kim Woo-jin includes the 'Dong Hak movement' in his drama and suggests a uncompromising willingness of social revolution established by young intellectuals and himself who showed only conscious conflict within the predestined yoke of the individual. In the play he changed his dramatic techniques which brought him closer to his readers and audiences but he emphasized intellectuals' awakening in much of his work. In other way, Kim Woo-jin developed a new contemporary drama movement in Korea for the nation which might have expressed real life under Japanese colonial rule. Kim Woo-jin was the representative of Korean drama in the 1920's who lived as a poet and critic as well as a experimental playwriter. Kim Woo-jin was one of the most excellent dramatists and the forerunner of Korean modern literature who led the new theatre movement, developed Korean drama from the early literature stages of the 1920's, and established himself as a leader in Korea literature.

        급속 열처리 방법에 의한 Al-doped Zinc Oxide (AZO) Films의 제조 및 특성 평가

        In this study, transparent conducting Al-doped Zinc Oxide (AZO) films with a thickness of 150 nm were prepared on corning glass substrate by the RF magnetron sputtering with using a Al-doped zinc oxide (AZO), ($Al_2O_3$: 2 wt%) target at room temperature. This study investigated the effect of rapid thermal annealing temperature and oxygen ambient on structural, electrical and optical properties of Al-doped zinc oxide (AZO) thin films. The films were annealed at temperatures ranging from 400 to $700^{\circ}C$ by using Rapid thermal equipment in oxygen ambient. The effect of RTA treatment on the structural properties were studied by x-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy. It is observed that the Al-doped zinc oxide (AZO) thin film annealed at $500^{\circ}C$ at 5 minute oxygen ambient gas reveals the strongest XRD emission intensity and narrowest full width at half maximum among the temperature studied. The enhanced UV emission from the film annealed at $500^{\circ}C$ at 5 minute oxygen ambient gas is attributed to the improved crystalline quality of Al-doped zinc oxide (AZO) thin film due to the effective relaxation of residual compressive stress and achieving maximum grain size.

        플라이 애쉬를 이용한 코디어라이트 세라믹 하니컴 필터 제조 및 물성

        The fabrication process of the honeycomb filter was investigated using synthesized cordierite with the addition of pore former and extrusion additives (either organic matter or graphite). Also, the effect of additives on the resultant properties of honeycomb filter such as porosity, thermal expansion coefficient and mechanical strength were investigated. With increasing the organic matter up to 10 wt%, porosity was increased but compressive strength was decreased. With increasing the graphite content, however, both porosity and compressive strength were increased. The specimen with an optimum processing condition (C-17A30G, sintering at $1150^{\circ}C$) was demonstrated 59% in porosity, 69 MPa in compressive strength, and $2.4{\times}10^{-6}/^{\circ}C\;(25{\sim}1000^{\circ}C$) in thermal expansion coefficient, which physical properties are appropriate for the honeycomb filter applications.

        원자층 증착 기술을 이용한 TiO<sub>2</sub> 활성층 기반 TFT 연구

        In this paper, $TiO_2$ based thin-film transistors (TFTs) were fabricated using by an atomic layer deposition with high aspect ratio and excellent step coverage. $TiO_2$ semiconducting layer was deposited showing a rutile phase through the rapid thermal annealing process, and exhibited TFT characteristics with a $200{\mu}m$ channel length of low-leakage currents (none of current flow during off-state), stable threshold voltages (-10 V ~ 0 V), and a much higher on/off current ratio (<$10^5$), respectively.

        플라이 애쉬를 이용한 다공성 코디어라이트의 합성 및 특성

        Porous cordierite was synthesized by the mechano-chemical processing using fly ash. The phase evolution of cordierite was investigated as a function of processing variables such as milling time and sintering temperature. In this study, the phase transition path of cordierite from fly ash was followed by sapprine/spinel ${\to}$ mullite/spinel ${\to}{\alpha}$-cordierite. Porous cordierite fabricated after 32 h of milling time and sintering at $1150^{\circ}C$ showed relatively low thermal expansion coefficient ($2.5{\times}10^{-6}/^{\circ}C\;(25{\sim}1000^{\circ}C$)) and high porosity (75%).

        We report a case of hepatoma with duodenal metastasis in a 53 year-old male patient. Hepatoma was confirmed by fine needle aspiration cytology technique, and duodenal metastasis by gastrofiberscopic biopsy. Duodenal metastasis of hepatoma is rare. We briefly review the role of fine needle aspiration cytology technique in diagnosis of hepatoma.

        손가락 비율을 이용한 장애인 특성

        태아기의 성 호르몬의 차이가 두 번째 손가락과 네 번째 손가락 길이의 비율을 비롯하여 여러가지 생리적 특성에 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 연구가 발표된 이후 관련 연구가 많이 진행되어 오고 있다. 그러나 우리나라 장애인을 대상으로 한 연구는 드물다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우리나라 장애인과 일반학생을 대상으로 손가락 비율 비교 및 장애인의 특성을 실증적으로 분석해 보았다. 그 결과, 장애인과 일반학생 모두에 있어 남자의 손가락 검지와 약지 길이 비율이 여자보다 낮아, 남녀별 성차가 있다는 일반적 사실을 확인 할 수 있었다. 다음으로, 남자와 여자 장애인 모두에서 나이대별 손가락 길이 비율은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타나, 일반인과 마찬가지로 장애인도 성장과정에서 검지와 약지 길이 비율이 크게 변하지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 남자와 여자 지적 장애인 모두에 대하여 장애등급별 손가락 길이 비율도 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타난 바, 이로부터 손가락 검지와 약지 길이 비율이 장애여부와 관계가 있다는 점에 근거하면 현재의 장애등급 구분은 문제가 있다고 하겠다. Recent research has been mostly focused on the differences of prenatal sex hormone could affect the ratio of the lengths of the second to fourth digits (2D:4D) as well as the rate of several physiological characteristics. It has been suggested that digit ratios are thought to be associated with either higher prenatal testosterone levels or greater sensitivity to androgens, or both. However, a study of person with disabilities are rare in Korea. The purpose of this study was to compare patterns of the ratio (2D:4D) of the lengths of the second and fourth digits in persons with disabilities and students without disabilities. Also, we empirically analyze the characteristics of persons with disabilities. We found that finger length ratio (2D:4D) of men with disabilities and student without disabilities were lower than women with disabilities and student without disabilities. Therefore, it could be confirmed that finger length ratio (2D:4D) is sexually dimorphic trait. There were no correlations between finger length ratio (2D:4D) and age group in persons with disabilities. Therefore, as with person without disabilities, the 2D:4D ratio was negatively associated with a growth process of persons with disabilities. Finally, There was no difference correlations between finger length ratio (2D:4D) and level of disability in persons with intellectual disabilities. From this, one possible explanation for this is that if finger length ratio (2D:4D) is related to person with disability then current classification of the level of disability deserves further investigation.

        Planetary milling에 의한 $TiN_x$의 제조

        [ $TiN_x$ ] powder have been fabrication by making of reaction between titanium powder and $Si_3N_4$ bowl during a planetary milling. Milling times were maintained for 1 hour, 5 hours, and 10 hours, respectively. The XRD result showed existence of non-stoichiometric compound of $TiN_{0.26}$ after 5 hours milling and coexistence of TiN with $TiN_{0.26}$ after 10 hours milling. Particle size distribution was investigated by particle size analyzer and microstructure was analyzed by FE-SEM. The size of titanium was decreased with increasing the milling time and the mean size of $TiN_x$ after 10 hours milling was increased by 200 nm. Planetary milling법을 사용하여 Ti 분말과 $Si_3N_4$ bowl과의 반응을 유도하여 $TiN_x$을 제조하였으며, 이때 milling 시간은 1시간, 5시간, 10시간으로 조정하였다. 시편의 물성평가는 X선 회절분석을 통해 결정상의 변화를 분석한 결과 milling 시간이 5시간이 되면 비화학당량적 화합물인 $TiN_{0.26}$가 먼저 생성되고 10시간의 milling에서는 $TiN_{0.26}$과 TiN이 혼재되어 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 입도분석 및 FE-SEM으로 미세구조 분석을 한 결과, milling 시간이 증가함에 따라 Ti 입자사이즈가 감소하는 것으로 나타났으며, 10시간의 milling에서는 평균사이즈가 200nm의 $TiN_x$를 제조할 수 있었다.

        웹 로봇 구현 및 한국 웹 통계보고

        웹 로봇은 웹 문서를 다운로드하고 저장하는 프로그램이다. 현재 웹 로봇 구현에 대한 여러 연구들이 진행되고, 웹에 대한 다양한 통계들이 보고되고 있다. 첫째, 본 논문에서는 새로운 웹 로봇을 개발하고, 개발된 웹 로봇의 전체적인 구조와 구현 결정들을 기술한다. 둘째, 약 7천 4백만 한국 웹 문서들에 대한 여러 통계치를 보고한다. 셋째, 1,424 개의 한국 웹 사이트를 지속적으로 관찰하여 웹 문서들의 변경 경향을 조사한다. 본 논문에서는 웹 문서의 변경에 영향을 미치는 요소들이 식별된다. 식별된 요소는 갱신할 웹 문서를 선택하기 위한 정보로서 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. A web robot is a program that downloads and stores web pages. Implementation issues for developing web robots have been studied widely and various web statistics are reported in the literature. First, this paper describes the overall architecture of our robot and implementation decisions on several important issues. Second, we show empirical statistics on approximately 74 million Korean web pages. Third, we monitored 1,424 Korean web sites to observe the changes of web pages. We identify what factors of web pages could affect the changes. The factors may be used for the selection of web pages to be updated incrementally.

        페이지랭크 알고리즘 적용을 위한 구현 기술

        1998년에 등장한 구글 검색 사이트(http://www.google.com)에 처음 소개된 페이지랭크 알고리즘은 웹 문서들의 연결 구조에 기반하여 문서들간의 순위를 부여하는 방법이다. 페이지랭크 알고리즘은 상용 검색 엔진에서 구현되어 사용되고 있으나, 상업상의 이유들로 인하여 구현 기법에 관한 연구 결과는 거의 발표되지 않고 있다. [4,8]에서 소개된 페이지랭크 알고리즘의 구현 기법은 웹 문서들의 페이지랭크 값을 산출하기에 충분하지 않다. 본 논문은 페이지랭크 알고리즘의 구현 기법[4,8]을 설명하고, 이를 적용하는데 필요한 입/출력 자료 구조 및 4가지 주요 구현 기술을 제시한다. 본 논문은 실제 웹 문서의 페이지랭크 값을 산출하는 시스템을 예로 들어 페이지랭크 알고리즘을 적용하는 방법에 대한 이해를 돕도록 하였다. The Google search site (http://www.google.com), which was introduced in 1998, implemented the PageRank algorithm for the first time. PageRank is a ranking method based on the link structure of the Web pages. Even though PageRank has been implemented and being used in various commercial search engines, implementation details did not get documented well, primarily due to business reasons. Implementation techniques introduced in [4,8] are not sufficient to produce PageRank values of Web pages. This paper explains the techniques[4,8], and suggests major data structure and four implementation techniques in order to apply the PageRank algorithm. The paper helps understand the methods of applying PageRank algorithm by means of showing a real system that produces PageRank values of Web pages.
