In the Infected root canals, the majority of the isolated bacteria are either strict anaerobes or microaerophilic organisms. Among thease, Black-pigmented Bacteroides species are the most important and have relation with clinical symptoms. The purpose of this study were to investigate on the 7 different types of bacteria which include Black-pigmented Bacteroides - Black--pigmented Bacteroides, Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans, Streptococcus, Capnocytophaga, Eiknella corrodens, Fusobacterium, Actinomyces - and the interrelationship between these 7 bacterical species, and to compare Black-pigmented Bacteroides with the clinical symptoms in infected root canals. The canal contents of 15 necrotized teeth with 8 clinical symptoms were sampled and cultured aerobically and anaerobically for growth in 7 selective agar plates for 7 bacterial species. Black-pigmented Bacteroides and Streptococcus subspecies were identified by biochemical tests. The results were as follows; 1. 70.51% of the bacteria isolated were anaerobes and 29.49% were aerobes. 2. B. loescheii, B. intermedius, B. denticola were isolated in 8 cases, Streptococcus was isolated in 8 cases, Fusobacterium was isolated in 6 cases, Actinomyces was isolated in 5 cases and Eiknella corrodens, Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans, Capnocytophaga were not isolated. 3. There were mutual inhibition of growth between Black-pigmented Bacteroides and Streptococcus. (P<0.01) But Actinomyces and Fusobacterium showed mutual aids for growth. (P<0.05) 4. Black-Pigmented Bacteroides was found to be related both to sinus tract formation and to apical sensitivity to palpation.(P < 0.05).
6-Amino-2-N-(n-propionylamino)selenazolo[4,5-f]indan의 합성

2-Aminothiazole ring as a bioisoster of catechol in dopamine has provided with good oral availability and lipophilic property. Selenium was reported to have an improved antioxidant ability and to reduce the loss of dopamine. 2-Aminoindan, is a rigid form of dopamine, was evaluated as a dopamine agonist with low neurotoxocity. In order to develop a novel dopamine agonist, we tried to synthesize the selenazoloaminoindan derivative that is a hybrid structure of aminoindan and aminoselenazole instead of aminothiazole. 2-Indanone-2-oxime was reduced with $TiCl_4$ and $NaBH_4$ to form 2-aminoindan, which was reacted with propionyl chloride to give 2-N-n-propionylaminoindan (2). Compound 2 was reduced with $TiCl_4$ and $NaBH_4$ to afford 2-N-n-propylaminoindan (3) and it was nitrated and reduced to form 5-amino-2-N-n-propylaminoindan (5), which was reacted with KSeCN, $Br_2$, and glacial acetic acid to give 4,6-dibromo-5- amino-2-N-n-propylaminoindan (7) instead of selenazole ring formation. Otherwise, compound 2 was nitrated and hydrogenated to form 5-amino-2-N-n-propionylaminoindan (9), which was treated with KSeCN, $Br_2$, and glacial acetic acid to give 4,6-dibromo-5-amino-2-N-n-propionylaminoindan (10). Compound 9 was cyc1ized with KSeCN and glacial acetic acid in the absence of $Br_2$ to give 6-amino-2-N-(n-propionylamino)selenazolo[4,5-f]indan (11).
Hydrogenation Properties of MgH2–CaO Composites Synthesized by Hydrogen-Induced Mechanical Alloying

Although magnesium-based alloys are attractive materials for hydrogen storage applications, their activation properties, hydrogenation/dehydrogenation kinetics, thermodynamic equilibrium parameters, and degradation characteristics must be improved for practical applications. Further, magnesium poses several risks, including explosion hazard, environmental pollution, insufficient formability, and industrial damage. To overcome these problems, CaO-added Mg alloys, also called Eco-Mg (environment-conscious Mg) alloys, have been developed. In this study, Eco-MgHx composites were fabricated from Mg–CaO chips by hydrogeninduced mechanical alloying in a high-pressure atmosphere. The balls-to-chips mass ratio (BCR) was varied between a low and high value. The particles obtained were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), and the absorbed hydrogen was quantified by thermogravimetric analysis. The XRD results revealed that the MgH2 peaks broadened for the high BCR. Further, PSA results revealed particles size were decreased from 52 μm to 15 μm.

2011년 기존 대기업의 기술만을 대상으로 12버튼 한글자판 표준화가 이루어졌다. KS표준 "모바일 정보기기의 한글문자 자판배열"(KSX5020)1)과 KCS표준 "전화기 한글 문자 자판 배열"(KCS.KO-05.0046)2)이 그것이다. 본 논문에서는 12버튼 자판의 변천과정을 포함하여 12버튼 한글자판에 있어서의 기술적 이슈를 정리한다. 본 논문에서는 2011년 표준화 이후, 민간포럼을 통하여 2011년 표준을 보완하겠다고 약속 하면서 출범했던 "미래형 한글문자판 표준포럼 (이하 '미래포럼'으로 약칭)"의 토론되었던 내용을 일부 포함하며, 또한 12버튼 한글자판 업계에서 오랜시간 연구되었던 기술적 요구 사항이 포함된다. 단, 이하의 내용중에서 미래포럼의 토론과 관련된 내용은 미래포럼에 참 가했던 위원의 한사람으로서 정리하는 것이며, 포럼 주최측의 공식적인 기록은 결코 아님 을 미리 밝힌다. In 2011, Korean 12-key Alpha-Numeric Keypad Standard is established. The KSX5020 and KCS.KO- 05.0046 are result of the standardization. In this paper, technical issues of 12-key Hangeul keypad including variation of 12-key keypad. Future Korean Keypad Standardization Forum (hereinafter 'Future Forum') which is promised by publicly to revise the two standards has been started in 2011. This paper includes traditional technical requirements in 12-key keypad industry and discussions of the Future Forum. But this paper is only personal record, and never official record of the Future Forum.
