특허정보를 활용한 모든 분석의 선행단계로 관련기술의 특허수집을 실시하는데, 이때 노이즈 특허 필터링은 필수적이며 전문인력에 의한 많은 시간을 필요로 한다. 본 연구는 1) Shannon Entropy의 정보량 분석기법을 응용해 노이즈 특허 시드를 추천하고, 2) Latent Dirichlet Allocation 기반의 특허간 의미론적 유사성 분석 통해 노이즈 시드 특허에 대한 결정화를 실시함으로써, 노이즈 특허들을 효율적으로 제거하는 새로운 방법을 제시한다. 제시되는 방법은 다양한 기술분석 방법의 필수적 선행단계인 유효특허 정제에 소요되는 시간과 비용을 획기적으로 줄인다.
정신분열증 환자에서의 Haloperidol 및 Reduced Haloperidol의 혈장농도와 임상반응과의 상관성

The relationship between the plasma haloperidol (HP) concentration and clinical response, and the effects of its active metabolite, reduced haloperidol (RH) on clinical response of HP were investigated in schizophrenic patients. In clinical study I, with 17 schizophrenic patients (male 8, female 9) who were administered with three different fixed doses of HP (15, 30 and 50 ㎎/day) for 3 weeks, the concentrations of HP and RH in plasma and blood and clinical response had been checked before and every week during the study. The clinical response was evaluated by the method of brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS), and relative improvement of clinical response based on baseline BPRS (before drug treatment) was calculated. The concentrations of HP and RH in plasma and blood were assayed by HPLC. In clinical study II, the plasma RH/HP concentration ratios were checked in 11 patients who were administered with high doses of HP, over 60 ㎎ a day, because of the poor clinical response at usual doses of HP. Plasma HP concentration and relative improvement of BPRS at 3 week in schizophrenic patients showed a 'curvilinear' relationship, and the clinical response was improved relatively over 50% based on the baseline BPRS in the range of 5∼57 ng/㎖ of HP in plasma. Also, the plasma RH concentrations were increased nonlinearly as the plasma HP concentration increased, and in high plasma HP concentration, over 30 ng/㎖, clinical response gradually decreased, while the plasma RH/HP concentration ratio increased nonlinearly. Blood partition coefficients of HP and RH were not changed according to daily HP dose and duration of drug therapy. From these results, it is noted that the higher plasma RH/HP concentration ratio, resulted from the accumulation of RH as HP concentration increased, might explain the 'curvilinear' decrease of HP clinical response.

Purpose: Organophosphorus (OP) pesticides are differentiated into 3 groups according to their toxicity. The differences in chemical composition of each OP pesticide determines its toxicokinetic characteristics. There are few human studies that address the clinical results of poisoning according to the OP pesticide. In this study, we aimed to examine the differences in clinical features among self-poisoning from 4 highly toxic OP pesticides. Methods: The 4 kinds of OP poisonings included 17 cases of Dichlorvos, 17 cases of EPN, 17 cases of methidathion, and 13 cases of phosphamidon. We set primary outcomes as GCS, atropine dose required, duration of patient need for atropine, proportion who required ventilation, duration on ventilation, and the interval from ingestion to ventilation. Secondary outcomes were the proportion of OP-induced delayed neuropathy, duration of ICU stay, and proportion who required additional infusion of pralidoxime chloride (PAM). Results: The EPN group required the largest amount of atropine, the longest duration of atropine use, the longest duration for support of mechanical ventilation, and the longest ICU stay. Furthermore the proportion who required additional PAM and neuropathy were in the EPN group. However, the EPN group had the longest interval from ingestion to ventilatory support. Meanwhile, the Dichlorvos group exhibited comparatively mild clinical features. Conclusion: Throughout this study, we found different clinical features to each OP pesticide poisoning. It can be explained by differences in chemical composition, which determined the speed of aging, the reactivation rate of OPenzyme, the metabolism, the fat solubility, and other characteristics of the pesticides.
