This study arranged the argument of the literacy, Critical Language Awareness and etc, then discussed the limit and possibility of the expression education in Korean language education. The essentials of the comprehension and expression education are not in wellness of the methodological, functional access but in reason of the that education. This study explained the changing awareness of the comprehension and expression education and derived the expression educational approach in the integrity and circularity of the comprehensive and expressive acts. Though this approach is in difficulties for giving the concreteness in the educational act, it tries to suggest the indefinite plan but is not sufficiently complete. 이 연구는 표현 교육의 확장과 통합이라는 입장에서 국어교육계에서 이루어지고 있는 문식성 논의, 비판적 언어 인식에 대한 논의 등을 정리하고 표현 교육의 한계, 가능성 등에 대하여 논의하였다. 또 이해와 표현의 본질이 방법적, 기능적 접근의 숙달에 있는 것이 아니라, 목적의 도달에 있음을 강조하고, 이를 가능하게 하는 다양한 논의를 살펴보았다. 표현과 이해 행위의 본질에 대한 논의는 이들 행위에 대한 교육적 요구에 도달하게 되는데 이 연구에서는 표현과 이해 행위의 통합적 특성, 순환적 특성을 중심으로 이들 요구와 그에 따른 표현 및 이해 행위에 대한 변화된 인식을 설명하고 이에 따른 표현 교육적 접근을 도출하고자 하였다. 이 연구에서 시도한 논의는 교육 내용이나 방법의 개발이라기보다는 원리와 관점에 대한 변화에 해당하는 것이므로 구체적인 교육 행위의 제시에 초점을 두지는 않았다.

This is the research of the teaching discourses in reading comprehension instruction. For this research, I approached the materials by the discourse analysis method. <br/> The teaching discourses in reading comprehension instruction focused on the targets of the unit, and did the teacher's teaching behaviors. But because her instruction was too concentrated on the instruction targets, her instruction could not promoted the learners' various reactions. The contents and structures of her instructions were concentrated in the extension of the learners' strategies of reading comprehension, and tried to make them act the various and appropriates behaviors of reading comprehensions. In conclusion, she could not actualize her purpose. Her style of teaching discourse was to teacher-centered that her students could not understand the contents and her purpose of the instruction. <br/> This research proposed that for the improvement of the instructions and students' achievement, the Korean language education should applied learner-centered accesses and the viewpoints of cognitive (and metacognitive) theories and the constructivism.<br/>
Schedule Compression in Tunneling Projects by Adjusting Workflow Variability

Usually, the tunneling operation is on a critical path in road or railroad construction projects. For minimizing project duration, this study identifies feasible work scenarios, builds simulation models for each scenario, and then analyzes the average duration per unit length of driving distance and efficiency of tunneling equipment. The tunnel work face is usually advanced as far as the ground condition allows the intention to finish the work earlier. As the rock type changes, however, the length per cycle advances, and the work cycle time varies accordingly. Therefore, workflow variability occurs. Workflow variability in tunnel construction operations brings with it waiting time for each work crew and results in delays in the work process. This study evaluates the effects of workflow variability and suggests an approach for shortening the duration of tunneling work by adjusting the driving length of each excavation in the case of two parallel tunnels, not a single tunnel.
기계적 밀링과 플라즈마 활성 소결법에 의한 TiB<sub>2</sub> 분산 Cu기 복합재료 제조

The present study was focused on the synthesis of a $TiB_2$ dispersed copper matrix composite material by the combination of the mechanical milling and plasma activated sintering processes. The $Cu/TiB_2$ mixed powder was prepared by the combination of the mechanical milling and reduction processes using the copper oxide and titanium diboride powder as the raw material. The synthesized $Cu/TiB_2$ mixed powder was sintered by the plasma activated sintering process. The hardness and electric conductivity of the sintered bodies were measured using micro vickers hardness and four probe method, respectively. The relative density of $Cu/TiB_2$ composite material sintered at $800^{\circ}C$ showed about 98% of theoretical density. The $Cu-1vol%TiB_2$ composite material has a hardness of about 130Hv and an electric conductivity of about 85% IACS. The hardness and electric conductivity of $Cu-3vol%TiB_2$ composite material were about 140 Hv and about 45% IACS, respectively.
