        노인과 유아간 연계프로그램이 유아의 인성 발달에 미치는 효과성 연구

        본 연구는 현대 산업 사회의 기본 단위로 대변되는 핵가족 환경 속에서 성장하고 있는 유아들의 인성발달에 있어서 과거 대가족 제도의 중심이었던 노인계층과 유아간의 정서적, 사회적, 문화적 교류가 유아의 인성 발달에 미치는 영향 및 효과성을 밝히는데 중점을 두었다. 조부모는 유아의 인성발달에 도움을 줄 수 있는 여유와 역량을 지니고 있다. 조부모는 양육의 참여자, 유아의 후원자로서의 역할을 할 수 있고, 부모가 부재하는 동안 양육과 부모역할을 직접적으로 수행할 수 있으며, 삶의 지혜, 생활시간의 여유, 다듬어진 품성과 관용을 베풀 수 있어 유아의 양육 및 교육에 유리하다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아를 양육하고 있는 부모들은 조부모세대가 유아의 양육 및 인성형성에 미치는 영향에 대해서 높은 수준의 긍정적 인식을 갖고 있으나 현실에서는 사회적, 환경적, 문화적 요인으로 인해 조부모와 손 자녀 세대간의 상호 교류의 폭은 감소되고 있었다. 둘째, 부모 관찰척도 및 유아 개인별 미술 심리검사에서 유아 연계 노인 자원봉사 프로그램의 실시이후에는 실험집단의 유아들의 인성발달 수준이 비교집단의 유아들의 인성 수준과 비교하여 볼 때 상승적 발달을 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 자원봉사라는 사회 참여 과정을 통해 노인 계층의 사회적 가치재창출 및 긍정적 사회관 확립을 도모할 수 있었다. The development and industrialization of modern science brought material affluence but it deepened non-humanitarian trend and aggravated human ignorance trend because people placed more importance on material value rather than on mental value. However, our educational reality did not pay enough attention to qualitative education to nurture human like human beings with right personalities by emphasizing good human resource education with knowledge and skills although we should respond to this social change more proactively. Therefore children came to have difficulties to develop the right human nature that interfered human relationship due to the confused sense of value, emotional conflicts and non-adapted behaviors. Significant human nature education for children would be the one to nurture them to be a human being who is a real human by emphasizing human nature, attitudes, interest and sense of value. It should encourage the children to live with other people harmoniously making most of their potentiality and expanding internal self of each child. This rightful education is being more emphasized at present when open education is expanded escaping from the narrow education focusing on knowledge only. Additionally, in the growth and development of human beings, childhood is very important time to compose basic personal characteristics and self-concept. Therefore activities to help them to have smooth human relationships by purifying children`s personalities and enforcing positive self-concept have significant meaning in the dimension of personality development education which is being emphasized in the educational field recently. In this study, we planned and performed the programs for children`s personality development. We paid attention to modern elderly who are members of past social value production and have various capabilities and experiences as mental and cultural standards as the participants of this program. As modern society is rapidly changed and diversified, the expanded family system composed of grandchildren, parents and children was destroyed and both parent working families increased. Thus more children suffered from the non-connection between generations. We intended to propose an alternative to overcome difficulties in positive personality development. In the conclusion, we represented the study results induced from the program execution. We identified the importance of motional, social and cultural exchanges with elderly who were the core part of the expanded family system in children`s personality development who were growing in the nuclear family environment, which represents the basic unit of modern industrial society an emphasized the necessity of children personality education in the dimension of society so that they can live a harmonious life making most of infinitive possibilities based on the positive personalities. Additionally, we reviewed the importance of grandparents considering their effects on the children`s personality through previous studies and literature review. If diverse mental and physical problems, problematic behaviors of the children shown in the field of child education are not cured or improved systematically, these will make negative influence on our children`s personality development who will lead the future society. It can cause bigger problems in near future. Especially in the child education field where personality development and education through leveled interactions are required, the program would be very effective in the social identification of the children, positive personality development and psychological stability as well as it composed attachment between elderly volunteers and the children through the social and psychological connection. According to this study, Elderly-Children connection program in child educational field was confirmed to have positive effects on psychological stability, healthy personality development and problem behaviors improvement of the children growing in the modern industrial society. At the same time, it could create a positive result so to speak social participation of elderly through volunteering activities.This research wishes to examine about education system that students who do not adapt in booklore system that is public education sieve today can feel freedom and responsibility . Rarefied image of new society adaption of students through alternative school wishes to examine training courses and present condition of alternative school which try to think `Small School’ that alternative school education does by target that is school of recent image though mortification recent area, sentimentalize refinement process and make “School which child become center” and argue foreign instance and suggestion point. When wander falling in serious frustration because do not while children of present cage bear in tough school class of audience putting first, our society can reduce many strains that seat of learning which receive impression that sky collapses naturally is the second school alternative school that can select. School surrounding and human nature that is nature friendship enemy and training courses that is organized according to special ability aptitude may be spot of education that many students desires. But, wish to examine about problem of alternative school and future direction while many alternative school are inferior financially yet and official is difficult education authorities support in environment that alternative school is more if is rain than approved school. the future of the country as well as children`s the future is thought that become light when many children can have volition and study happily. When certain direction about life though self-regulating and active school life and motive about studies accomplishment can consist. they wish to be thought and grope way to make such situation properly is taking education for genuine life.

        Respiratory Inductive Plethysmography 를 이용한 운동부하 검사

        N/A The study was undertaken to evaluate the significance of coordination between the movement of chest wall and abdomen during exercise in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and far advanced pulmonary tuberculosis. Resting pulmonary function tests including maximal expiratory flow-volume curve, single breath nitrogen washout test, diffusing capacity using carbon monoxide, arterial blood gas analysis and exercise tolerance test with respiratory inductive plethysmography were performend in 15 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and 15 patients with far advanced pulmonary tuberculosis. The results are summarized as follows: 1) Breathing patterns were divided into 3 groups. Group 1 showed synchronized pattern between rib cage and abdomen. Group 2 showed a synchronized pattern during inspiration but had a prolonged outward motion of abdomen duing expiration. Group 3 had complete paradoxical pattern which showed asynchrony between rib cage and the abdomen during whole respiration. 2) There were 20 patients in Group 1, 6 patients in Group 2, and 4 patients in Group 3. 3) The resting pulmonary function was significantly poor in group 2 and 3 compared with Group 1. 4) Exercise test data showed that exercise tolerance was diminished in Group 2 and 3 than Group 1. 5) There was no significant difference between Group 2 and Group 3 in resting pulmonary function and exercise tolerance test data. 6) Paradoxical pattern was observed less frequently in far advanced pulmonary tuberculosis group than in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease group even though both groups have similar values of FEV1.0.

        PLD법을 이용한 TmBa₂Cu₃O<SUB>7-x</SUB> 초전도 선재 제작 및 전류전송특성 평가

        REBa₂Cu₃O7-d(REBCO) coated conductors(REBCO CCs) have been studied for electric power applications which require high current density wires. As long as the critical transition temperature(Tc) is concerned, REBCO CCs with large RE³? ions have been expected to have better current transport properties than those with smaller RE³? ions. For this reason, REBCO's with large RE³? ions which include GdBCO, NdBCO and SmBCO have been mainly considered as the superconducting layer of CCs. On the other hand, REBCO's with smaller RE³? ions are expected to have advantages in the fabrication process of CCs because of the lower melting temperature. But it has not yet been made clear which REBCO is the most suitable for the superconducting layer of CCs. In this study, we investigated the current transport properties of REBCO CCs with small RE³? ion and advantages of using that in the CC fabrication process. Thin films of TmBCO, which has smaller RE³? ion than most other RE³? ions, were fabricated on buffered metal substrate as the superconducting layer of CC by PLD process. TmBCO CC shows critical current density (Jc (77 K, sf) = 2.3 MA/㎠) high enough to be utilized for application in electric power devices. Compared with previous experiments using the same PLD system, deposition temperature was approximately 20 ℃ lower than NdBCO thin films on buffered metal substrates.

        A cost-saving feeding rate control method for a batch reaction process is proposed by reconfigu -rating the flow rate control loop where the feeding rate is estimated by differentiating weight measurement. While the existing control methods require either a flow rate measurement device or a flow rate estimator, the proposed method is devised not to require neither of these facilities by directly controlling the tank weight with a time-varying set point. Experimental evaluation in a pilot-scale unit shows that the proposed method can significantly reduce the actuator hunting of the existing method where the flow rate is estimated by differentiating the weight measurement.

        고온초전도체 REBCO(RE=rare earth) 선재는 높은 전류전송밀도를 가지고 있기 때문에 고용량의 전류가 요구되는 응용분야에 사용되어 전력기기 등의 성능을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대되고 있다. 이전까지 대부분의 REBCO 선재 연구들은 GdBCO, NdBCO, YBCO 등 비교적 Tc값이 높은 고온초전도체에 집중되어 왔다. 반면에 TmBCO는 대부분의 REBCO 보다 Tc값이 낮기 때문에 선재 연구 분야에서 거의 주목받지 않았다. 하지만 본 연구 결과에 따르면 TmBCO 선재는 비교적 낮은 Tc(88K) 값에도 불구하고 우수한 전류전송밀도 (Jc=2.3MA/㎠) 특성을 나타내기 때문에 고온초전도 선재로서 활용이 가능하다. 또한 NdBCO 선재에 비해 낮은 기판온도에서 제조가 가능함으로써 공정상의 이점을 가질 수 있음을 확인하였다.

        풍력을 이용한 풍력발전기의 전력변환 시스템을 개발하기 위해서는 바람의 특성을 정확히 분석하고 이를 대치할 수 있는 모의시험 장치인 시뮬레이터가 필수적이다. 모의시험 장치는 풍향 풍속등의 인자들을 입력받아 회전자 블레이드의 토오크를 전동기가 대신해서 발전기에 공급하게 된다 본 논문에서는 풍력발전 모의시험 장치를 이용하여 750-kW gearless형 풍력발전기의 축소모델인 20-kW 모델 발전기와 고효율의 전력변환 장치 설계 및 인버터 특성을 위한 시험용 지그에서의 시험한 결과를 보이고자 한다.

        연구배경 : 결핵의 발병에 유전적인 소인이 존재하며 숙주 면역 반응에 IFN-γ가 중요한 역할을 한다고 알려져 있다. 파종성 NTM 또는 BCG 감염증 환자에서 IFN-γ 수용체 유전자 돌연변이가 밝혀져 있는데, 결핵 환자에서 IFN-γ 수용체의 부분결핍 유무는 잘 알려져 있지 않았다. 방법 : 2개 이상의 장기를 침범한 파종성 결핵 환자 6명을 대상으로 염기순서분석을 통해 IFN-γ 수용체 1과 IFN-γ 수용체 2의 부분결핍을 초래하는 유전자 이상이 Background : Interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) is essential in the immune response to mycobacterial infections, and a complete or partial deficiency in the IFN-γ receptor 1 (IFNγR1) or the IFN-γ receptor 2 (IFNγR2) have been reported to confer susceptibility to a
