        UVB에 의해 손상된 마우스 피부에서 Acety Hexapetide-8 앰플의 탄력개선 효과

        Acetyl hexapeptide-8 (AH-8) is a well-known component of anti-aging products. AH-8 appears in a variety of cosmetic products, its skin penetration is sparsely studied and controversially discussed. This study investigated ampoule containing AH-8 as an active ingredient. The elasticity improving effect of 3% AH-8 ampoule was tested in vivo. To test the stability of the formulated ampoules, we performed the centrifugation, cycling and measured viscosity, and pH changes. 6 weeks-old female C3H mice were purchased from Orient Bio, Korea Inc. (Seongnam, Korea). After one week of acclimatization, the mice were randomly assigned to experimental groups (n=4 for each group); Control, UVB irradiation, Vehicle ampoule, and 3% AH-8 ampoule group. Irradiated with UVB to mouse skin, then 3% AH-8 ampoule were applied into irradiated sites for 6 weeks. Changes in the amount of TGF-β1 and collagen were measured using western blot. As a result, it was confirmed that the 3% AH-8 ampoule increased the expression of TGF-β1 and collagen. In summary, we showed that AH-8 ampoule had extremely high capability of improving elasticity when compared to vehicle ampoule containing ginkgo leaf and green tea extracts. This study revealed the efficacy of AH-8 for increasing skin elasticity and anti-aging in terms of a cosmetic active ingredient.

        호텔종사원의 대인커뮤니케이션이 서비스제공행동에 미치는 영향 : 감정이입(정서전염, 공감배려)의 매개효과를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of interpersonal communication and empathy on service providing behavior and to identify the effect of emotional transmission and empathy consideration on interpersonal communication and service providing behavior. 300 questionnaires were distributed to five-star hotel employees in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do for 8 weeks from June 3 to July 26, 2019, and 287 copies were applied to the empirical analysis. The results of the analysis with SPSS 24.0 showed that first, the cooperative type and the trust type of interpersonal communication did not have a significant effect on empathy (emotional transmission), but the professional type had a significant effect. Second, the cooperative type of interpersonal communication did not have a significant effect on empathy (emotional transmission), but trust type and professional type had a significant effect. Third, emotional transmission of empathy did not have a significant effect on service providing behavior, but empathy had a significant effect. Fourth, the cooperative and trust types of interpersonal communication did not have a significant effect on the service providing behavior, but the professional type had a significant effect on the service providing behavior. Finally, in the analysis of the influence relationship between interpersonal communication and service-providing behavior, it was found that empathy has a partial mediating effect on emotional transmission and empathy. Based on these results, the purpose of this study is to provide implications for innovating internal motivation and related internal marketing to improve the quality of service providing behavior of hotel employees.

        노인과 요양보호사의 갈등에 관한 연구

        This study investigates conflicts between the elderly and care workers in long-term care. Applying a qualitative research method, 17 people who are 9 care workers and 8 elderly home care service users were interviewed. The collected data were analyzed according to the directed content analysis method among the qualitative content methods. The definition and types of relationship conflicts and task-focused conflicts were applied from the study of Jehn(1995, 1997, 2003). The result of the study suggests that it is necessary to increase the management responsibility of home care service agencies and social workers as a way to reduce conflicts between elderly users and care workers and to improve quality of care. 노인장기요양보험제도에 대한 선행연구들은 서비스 질 유지의 중요성과 노인과 요양보호사의 관계가 서비스 질에 중요하다는 점을 지속적으로 제기해왔다. 이에 본 연구는 서비스질에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로 노인과 요양보호사 간 갈등에 주목하였다. 특히 사적 공간에서 이루어지는 갈등의 양상과 원인을 조사하고자 방문요양서비스를 이용하는 노인, 요양보호사 17명을 심층 인터뷰하였다. 노인과 요양보호사의 진술 자료를 분석하여 노인이용자와 요양보호사가 경험한 갈등의 원인을 발견하고, 지시적 내용 분석 방법을 적용하여갈등원인을 관계갈등과 과업갈등으로 나누어 분석하였다. 연구결과, 노인과 요양보호사의 관계갈등은 자신이 원하는 태도와 방식이 상대방에게서 실현되지 않았을 경우에 발생하였고과업갈등은 노인의 진술에서는 서비스의 질, 요양보호사의 진술에서는 서비스 양과 범위의문제로 집약되었다. 본 연구에서는 노인과 요양보호사의 갈등을 소비자 중심의 시장공급구조 그리고 이해당사자인 노인과 요양보호사가 직면하여 서비스를 결정하는 공급과정의 특성과 연관하여 논의하였다.

        호텔종사원의 사회지능과 개인-조직·개인-직무적합성이 서비스제공행동에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to specify the effects of ‘social intelligence’ and ‘person-organization fit’ & ‘person-job fit’ on the ‘service provision behavior,’ and provide useful information for hotels to enable efficient human resource management. To this end, this study targeted hotel employees and analyzed 338 valid samples and conducted multiple regression analysis with SPSS 24.0. The study results can be summarized as follows. First, ‘social information processing’ and ‘social awareness‘, ’social skill‘ of ‘social intelligence’ turned out to be an influence on ‘Person-Organization fit & person-job fit’. Second, ‘social information processing’ and ‘social awareness‘, ’social skill‘ of ‘social intelligence’ turned out to be an influence on ‘service provision behavior’. Third, ‘person-organization fit & person-job fit’ turned out to be a significant influence on ‘service provision behavior’.

        특급호텔 종사자의 감성지능과 회복탄력성이 서비스지향성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to specify the effects of ‘emotional intelligence’ and ‘resilience’ on the ‘service orientation,’ and provide useful information for hotels to enable efficient human resource management. To this end, this study targeted hotel employees and analyzed 280 valid samples and conducted multiple regression analysis and simple regression with SPSS 22.0. The study results can be summarized as follows. First, ‘understanding of emotion’ and ‘use of emotion’ of ‘emotional intelligence’ turned out to be an influence on ‘resilience,' ‘control of emotion,’ but had no 'effect,’ and thus this hypothesis was partially adopted. Second, ‘understanding of emotion’ and ‘use of emotion’ of ‘emotional intelligence’ turned out to be an influence on ‘service orientation,’ but ‘control of emotion’ had no effect, and thus this hypothesis was partially adopted. Third, ‘resilience’ turned out to be a significant influence on service ’orientation.'

        호텔종사원의 심리적 자본에 의한 감성지능이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of hotel employees' psychological capital and emotional intelligence on customer orientation. In this end, 380 copies of the questionnaire were distributed to the deluxe hotels in Seoul from May 1 to May 31, 2016; 367 copies were retrieved; and among them, 353 copies were finally used as the effective samples in an empirical analysis. The results of the analysis using SPSS 22.0 software were as follows: First, among the 4 sub-factors of the psychological capital, confidence was found to have a positive effect on the understanding of others' emotion and a negative effect on the control and use of emotion. Sense of hope was found to have a positive effect on the understanding, control, and use of the self-emotion by the emotional intelligence; and optimistic attitudes were found to have a positive effect on the use of emotion and a negative effect on the understanding of others' emotion. Second, the 4 sub-factors of emotional intelligence were all found to have a statistically significant and positive effect on customer orientation. Based on the above results, this study aims to provide useful information to service human resources administration for the sake of sustainable management.

        호텔브랜드자산이 브랜드연상을 통하여 비재무적 경영성과에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Brand equity on Non-Financial performance through Brand association. A total of 303 guests who visit hotels last April to June participated in this study and collected data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0. As a results of the study, perceived quality, brand differentiation, and brand loyalty did positively influence ‘uniqueness’ of brand association. However, perceived quality and brand differentiation only affect ‘affinity’ of brand association, which partially supported for hypothesis 2. In addition, ‘unique’ and ‘affinity’ of brand association are significant predictors of Non-Financial performance.
