      • Microporum ferrugineum의 各種眞菌培地上의 發育相에 關하여

        Stock cultures of Microsporum ferrugineum isolated from patients were cultured on 5 sorts of media in order to observe the colonial morphology macroscopically and mycelial elements microscopically, and these results were evaluated from the viewpoint of diagnostic value as well as mycological significance. On blood base agar, arthrospore formation was a predominant character and this finding reflects the particular property of this medium on the formation of macroconidia among Trichopyton species. The colonies on the Wort agar were spreading type with a fluffy mycelia in appearance without any pigment formation in contrast to the heaped type and sparse mycelial formation on oxgall medium. On potato dextrose agar, colonial morphology was spreading type with a prominent unique pigment production of each strain. Non of these media exhibited particular aspects of micro or macroconidia other than diverse patterns of chlamydospore and arthrospore formation and these implies no special significance on the identification this fungus.

        Conductivity Enhancement of Silicon Nanowires

        Current-Voltage (I-V) characteristics for various silicon wires of different length-to-width ratios were numerically calculated by solving the Poisson equation and the current continuity equations for electrons and holes self-consistently. We found that, as the silicon wire becomes thinner or the length-to-width aspect ratio becomes higher, the I-V deviates more from the Ohmic relation: the current density at a certain bias voltage becomes larger. In the case of a 500 nm-long silicon wire with n-type doping of 1?0<SUP>16</SUP> cm<SUP>3</SUP>, for example, the current density of a silicon wire at a bias voltage 2 volts increases near three-fold as a length-to-width ratio of wires increases from 1 to 25. This behavior is attributed to an enhanced field at the source due to the strong stray field configuration near contacts at both ends of a wire as well as a large carrier build-up in the middle. Our result suggests that the classical treatment of nanowire transport with a proper account of the nonuniform field distribution along a wire may partly explain the conductivity enhancement phenomenon often observed in various nanowires and nanotubes.

        Floating PV system is installed on the water such as artificial lake, reservoir, river for the purposes of zero energy town and/or large scale of PV station. There are electrical gains from cooling effect by water and reflection of water surface. Particularly, floating PV power station with high efficiency solar cell modules receives a lot of attention recently. Floating PV system is installed on the water, which means grounding method to the frame of solar cell and electrical box such as connector band and distribution panelboard should be applied in different way from grounding method of PV system on land. The grounding resistance should be 10[${\Omega}$] in case the voltage is over 400[V] in accordance with Korean Standard. The applicable parameters are the resistivity of water in various circumstances, depth of water, and length of electrode in order to meet 10[${\Omega}$] of grounding resistance. We calculated appropriate length of the electrode on the basis of theoretical equation of grounding resistance and analyzed the relation between each parameters through MATLAB simulation. This paper explains grounding system of floating PV power station and presents considerations on grounding design according to the resistivity of water.

        장석의 첨가가 육계의 성장 및 체조성에 미치는 영향

        This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of feldspar on growth performance and body composition in broiler chicks. A total of 120 one-day old "Ross" broilers were assigned to 5 treatments in a completely randomized design. The five dietary treatments were control, antibiotic(0.05% chlortetracycline), feldspar 0.5, 1.0, 1.5% diets. The weight gain of broilers fed a diet containing 1.5% feldspar (2,088 g) was significantly (P<0.05) higher than control (1,888 g). The feed intake was significantly increased in feldspar treatments compared to that of the control (P<0.05). However, feed conversion ratio was significantly increased in 1.0% feldspar treatment compared to that of the control (P<0.05).The moisture and protein contents of meat were significantly increased in 1.0% feldspar treatment (75.69 and 15.22%) compared to that of the control (73.38 and 9.80%). However, the crude fat content of meat was reduced in feldspar treatments compared to control and antibiotics treatments (P<0.05). The TBA value of meat in feldspar treatments was significantly reduced compared to that of the control (P<0.05).         해군함정 협수로 연안 항해시 함위산출 및 보고사항 개선에 관한 연구

        This research examines the use of Cross Bearing in the Republic of Korea Navy. Specifically, this study focuses on the degrees of errors caused by the order of measuring targets and suggests a new method to determine Advice Course. It then reviews the appropriateness of the contents of Location Report that is regularly to the duty officer during a voyage in a narrow channel. Whenever a naval vessel passes through a narrow channel, many number of sailors are assigned to diverse positions in order to enhance navigational safety. Even though it is possible to easily recognize the location of a ship with helps of various kinds of navigational equipments using state-of-the-art technology, there are still several situations where sailors’ efforts are indispensible for calculating the position of their ship : when the ship is damaged during an engagement with enemies and when the enemies interfere (GPS) signals. In addition, the particularity of naval vessels in which many number of crew members can be assigned to various positions supports for the suitability of the use of Cross Bearing in the Navy. This study will contribute to navigational safety of the ROK Navy and fostering junior naval officers’ seamanship. 본 연구는 해군함정이 협수로 연안항해시 실시하고 있는 교차방위법을 살펴보았다. 특히, 물표 측정 순서에 의해 오차가 적게 발생하는 위치산출 방법, 권고 침로 산출 방법 및 위치 산출 후 조함권자에게 보고하는 사항을 항해안전 측면에서 살펴보았다. 해군 함정의 경우 협수로 항해 시, 협수로 연안 항해 요원이 배치되어 보다 강화된 항해 안전태세를 유지하게 된다. 물론 최신 기술의 발달로 다양한 항해장비가 등장하고 있어, 별도의 함위 산출 요원이 없어도 함위를 정확히 산출할 수 있다. 그러나 해군 함정의 경우 교전 시 언제든 함정손상이 발생할 수 있다는 점, 최근 지속적인 북한의 전파 교란으로 인해 항해 장비를 운용할 수 없는 상황이 발생할 수 있다는 점, 상선과는 다르게 함교에 충분한 인원이 배치될 수 있다는 점 등 교차방위법을 사용할 필요성이 존재한다. 본 연구를 통해 해군 함정 교차방위법이 항해안전 측면에서 개선되고, 초급장교들의 Seamanship 함양에 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

        5개의 감마선을 방출하는 중성 케이온 붕괴, K0L → π0π0γ, 사건을 재구성하는 방법에 대한 연구

        A neutral kaon decays via the reaction K0L→π0π0γ, which produces two π0s and one gamma. Each of the π0s generate two gammas. In total, 5 gammas are emitted in the end. This sequence is calculated by using the Standard Model. For instance, chiral perturbation theory (ChPT), which relates to the strong interaction in the low-energy region, explains the neutral kaon decay reaction, .K0L → π0π0γ, well. In this paper, we report an algorithm for detecting the .K0L → π0π0γ decay reaction, more clearly by distinguishing it from background events such as other kaon decays. The main background event is K0L → π0π0π0 decay, which produces 6 gammas in the end. The signals of this mode can be misunderstood as those of the 5-gamma decay reaction in two way. Firstly, one of the six output gammas is missing. Secondly, two of the gammas from one of the π0s are detected as one gamma by the detector, so this can be mistaken as the detection of five gammas. This paper presents and explains an algorithm for distinguishing the decay modes, as well as the results obtained by using that algorithm. The probability that the K0L → π0π0π0 decay mode is mistaken as the K0L → π0π0γ decay mode is found to be about 0.84%. 중성 케이온의 한 붕괴과정인 K0L → π0π0γ에서 생성된 각각의 π0는 곧 2개씩의 감마선으로 붕괴되어서 총 5개의 감마선을 방출한다. 이 붕괴과정은 표준모형으로 잘 계산된다. 한 예로 표준모형에서 말하는 강한 상호작용에서 저 에너지 영역을 잘 설명하는 카이랄 섭동 이론이 (chiral perturbation theory, ChPT)이 K0L → π0π0γ의 붕괴율을 잘 설명한다. 이 논문에서는 중성 케이온이 5개의 감마선으로 붕괴되는 K0L → π0π0γ과정과 혼동되는 배경사상의 제거 방법을 소개한다.K0L → π0π0γ → 5γ의 붕괴와 혼동되는 5γ가 관측될 수 있는 주요 배경사상은 K0L → π0π0π0붕괴과정인데, 첫째는 K0L → π0π0π0가 발생하는 6γ가운데 1개의 γ를 검출하지 못해서 5개의 γ로 인식하는 경우와 둘째는 2γ가 1γ로 오인 검출되어 5γ로 인식 되는 경우이다. 이번 연구에서는 K0L → π0π0π0 붕괴과정으로부터 K0L → π0π0γ 붕괴과정을 구별하는 알고리즘과 그 결과를 언급 할 것이다. 중성 케이온이 5γ로 관측되는 사건 가운데 K0L → 3π0 → 6γ 사건이 .K0L → π0π0γ → 5γ 사건으로 오인되는 경우는 약 0.84%로 계산되었다.

        장석의 첨가가 산란계의 생산성 및 난 성분에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 산란계에서 장석의 첨가가 난 생산과 난 성분에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위하여 실시하였다. 공시동물은 갈색테트라 산란계 96수를 4처리 4반복으로 반복당 6수씩 3단 철제 cage에서 사양시험을 실시하였다. 시험사료는 대조구를 기초사료로 이용하였으며, 장석을 수준별로 $0.5\%,\;1.0\%$ 및 $1.5\%$로 첨가하여 배합하였다. 산란율은 대조구와 비교하여 장석 $0.5\%$와 $1.0\%$ 첨가구에서 증가하였으며, 통계적인 유의차를 보였다(P<0.05). 장석 0.5, 1.0및 $1.5\%$첨가구에서 산란계의 난중, 산란량, 사료섭취량, 사료요구율, 난각강도 및 난황색은 대조구에 비해 유의차가 없었다(P>0.05). 계란의 하우 유니트와 혈반은 장석 $1.5\%$ 첨가구에서 유의적으로 증가하였으며(P<0.05), 난백 높이와 잔반은 유의차를 보이지 않았다(P>0.05). 관능검사 결과 다즙성은 대조구가 2.78로 가장 낮았고, 장석 $1.0\%$ 첨가구가 3.57로 가장 높아 통계적 유의차를 보였다(P<0.05).종합적인 기호도에서 장석 $1.0\%$ 첨가구가 3.70으로 가장 높은 기호도를 보였다. This study was carried out to investigate the effect of feldspar on laying Performance and e99 qualify in hens. A total of 96 'Tetra Brown' layers were assigned to 4 treatments in a completely randomized design. Each treatment consisted 4 replicates accommodating 6 layers per replication. Experiment diets were a control diet without feldspar and supplemented 0.5, 1.0 and $1.5\%$ feldspar. The egg Production rate was significantly increased in layers 134 diets supplemented 0.5 and $1.0\%$ feldspar compared to that of control (P<0.05). Egg weight, egg mass, feed intake, feed conversion ratio, egg shell strength and egg yolk color were not significantly different among the treatments (P>0.05). The haugh unit and blood spot of the eggs were significantly increased in $1.5\%$ feldspa. diets compared to that of control (p<0.05). However, the albumen index and meat spot in the eggs were not statistically different among treatments (P>0.05). Sensory evaluation traits were not significantly differed in terms of appearance, color, texture flavor and overall acceptability of eggs (P>0.05). The juiciness of boiled eggs was significantly increased in eggs of birds fed $1.0\%$ feldspar diets(P>0.05).
