부산, 경남지방에 있어서 유우도태원인(乳牛淘汰原因)에 관한 조사연구

本 調査硏究는 釜山 및 慶南 地方을 中心으로 하여 淘汰되는 乳牛의 淘汰 原因을 糾明하기 위하여 1987年 3月부터 1988年 2月까지 釜山市 所在 東苑産業에서 屠殺된 牝乳牛 6,799頭를 對象으로 하여 病類別 淘汰 原因을 調査한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 淘汰된 6,779頭의 病類別 淘汰率은 泌尿生殖器疾患이 4,534頭(66.69%), 外科疾患이 1,117頭(16.43%), 消化器疾患이 589頭(8.66%), 一般 內科疾患이 164頭(2.41%), 呼吸器疾患이 156頭(2.30%), 運動器疾患이 136頭(2.00%), 循環器疾患이 103頭(1.51%)이였다. 2. 泌尿生殖器疾患은 子宮內膜炎이 消化器疾患은 고창증이 가장 많았다. 3. 年齡別 淘汰率은 6세가 3,865頭(56.85%), 5세가 1,240頭(18.24%), 4세가 547頭(8.05%), 7세가 452頭(6.64%)이였다. 4. 月別 및 季節別 淘汰率은 9月부터 2月까지가 다른 달보다 많았다. 5. 消化器, 外科 및 事故, 一般 內料, 循環器疾患 發生은 9月에 가장 많고, 泌尿生殖器疾患은 12月에, 運動器疾患은 8月에, 呼吸器疾患은 2월에 가장 많았다. The 6,799 Holstein cows killed at Dong-Won abattoir in Pusan were in vestigated for the purpose of finding the cause of culling for one year from March, 1987 to February, 1988. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. Culling rate of 6,799 Holstein cows was 4,534(66.69%), 1,117(16.43%), 589(8.66%), 164 (2.41%), 156(2.30%), 136(2.00%) and 103(1.51%) cows in the urogenital disease, surgical or accidental disease, digestive disease, general disease, respiratory disease, locomotive disease and circulatory disease, respectively. 2. The highest culling rate of urogenital disease was endometritis and that of digestive diseases was tympanitis. 3. The cows called at age of 6, 5, 4 and 7 years old were 3,865(56.85%), 1,240(18.24%), 547(8.05%) and 452(6.64%) cows, respectively. 4. The incidence of culling were higher in September through February than other months. 5. Holstein cows were more culled in September with digestive, surgical, circulatory and general disease, in December with urogenital disease, in August with locomotive disease, and in February with respiratory disease than other months.

유치원 교사의 임파워먼트, 팔로워십, 학교조직몰입 및 학교조직효과성 간의 관계

이 연구에서는 유치원 교사의 임파워먼트, 팔로워십, 학교조직몰입 및 학교조직효과성 간의 관계를 규명하였는데, 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유치원 교사의 임파워먼트, 팔로워십, 학교조직몰입 및 학교조직효과성 간에는 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유치원 교사의 임파워먼트, 팔로워십, 학교조직몰입 및 학교조직효과성 간의 영향 관계를 설명하는 가설적 경로모형의 적합도를 검증하고자 공분산구조분석을 실시한 결과, 가설적 경로모형은 적합한 것으로 판단되었다. 셋째, 유치원 교사의 임파워먼트는 학교조직효과성에 직접적으로 영향을 미치기보다는 교사의 팔로워십과 학교조직몰입을 통해 간접적으로 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 교사의 팔로워십과 학교조직몰입은 교사의 임파워먼트가 학교조직효과성에 미치는 영향에서 긍정적인 매개변인으로서의 역할을 하고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 그 중에서 교사 팔로워십을 통한 매개효과가 더욱 큰 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among kindergarten teacher's empowerment, followership, school organizational commitment, and school organizational effectiveness. The correlations of these four variables and the effects of kindergarten teacher's empowerment, followership, and school organizational commitment on teacher's school organizational effectiveness were also analyzed. The study verified the hypothetical path model, and examined the direct and indirect effects of kindergarten teacher's empowerment on teacher's school organizational effectiveness. The results of the study show that there are significant positive correlations between kindergarten teacher's empowerment, followership, school organizational commitment, and school organizational effectiveness. It was found that kindergarten teacher's empowerment affects followership and school organizational commitment, and that teacher's followership serves as a positive mediator to the effects of teacher's empowerment on teacher's school organizational effectiveness.

학교장의 서번트 리더십, 교사 효능감 및 학교조직몰입이 학교조직효과성에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of principal's servant leadership, teacher's efficacy, and school organizational commitment on school organizational effectiveness. In order to accomplish this purpose, the study explored the correlation between principal's servant leadership and school organizational effectiveness, the correlation between teacher's efficacy and school organizational effectiveness, and the correlation between school organizational commitment and school organizational effectiveness. The study also analysed the effects of principal's servant leadership, teacher's efficacy, and school organizational commitment on school organizational effectiveness. The results of the study show that principal's servant leadership, teacher's efficacy, and school organizational commitment has a significant correlation with school organizational effectiveness. In addition, principal's servant leadership, teacher's efficacy, and school organizational commitment positively affect school organizational effectiveness. The results of the study imply that principal's servant leadership, teacher's efficacy, and school organizational commitment are very important factors in school-based management for school organizational effectiveness. 본 연구는 학교장의 서번트 리더십, 교사 효능감 및 학교조직몰입이 학교조직효과성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구의 결과 학교장의 서번트 리더십과 학교조직효과성의 모든 하위변인 간에 정적 상관을 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교사 효능감과 학교조직효과성의 모든 하위변인 간에는 정적인 상관을 나타내었다. 그리고 학교조직몰입과 학교조직효과성의 모든 하위변인 간에도 정적인 상관을 나타내었다. 학교장의 서번트 리더십 하위변인 중에서 인지 및 통찰․비전제시, 구성원의 성장유도, 공동체 형성이 학교조직효과성에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다. 또한 교사 효능감 하위 변인 중 자신감, 과제 난이도 선호가 학교조직효과성에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다. 그리고 학교조직몰입의 하위변인 중에서 충성심, 가치수용이 학교조직효과성에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다. 또한 학교장의 서번트 리더십 하위변인 중 특히 인지 및 통찰․비전제시, 구성원의 성장유도, 공동체 형성이 학교조직효과성에 미치는 영향이 크다는 점을 알 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과를 통해 학교조직효과성을 높이기 위해서는 학교장의 서번트 리더십, 교사 효능감, 학교조직몰입을 고려한 학교경영이 필요함을 알 수 있다.

Cystic Dysplasia of the Rete Testis Accompanying an Inguinal Hernia: A 63-Year-Old Man

Cystic dysplasia of the rete testis (CDT) is a very rare congenital benign testicular tumor that is often associated with ipsilateral genitourinary anomalies. It is usually found in the pediatric population and must be differentially diagnosed from a malignant lesion. Here we report the case of a 63-year-old man with a left inguinal hernia who visited our urologic outpatient clinic. Scrotal ultrasonography showed a left direct inguinal hernia in the inguinal area and a well-circumscribed cystic lesion containing multiple minute cysts with echogenic foci occupying almost one-third of the left testicular parenchyma. Testicular tumor markers were within the normal range and a computed tomography scan of the abdomen showed no genitourinary abnormalities. We presumed that the left testicular lesion was malignant, and the patient underwent radical orchiectomy. However, the pathologic examination revealed a CDT. Here we present this case of a 63-year-old man with an inguinal hernia accompanied by multiple cystic lesions on the left testis.
