먹장어를 練製品原料로서 利用하기 위한 基礎資料를 얻고자 먹장어 어묵의 最適加工條件을 實驗한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 採肉한 肉에 대하여 澱粉은 5%, 食鹽은 3%, tripolyphosphate는 0.3%, 水洗回數는 6回, 1段加熱은 45∼50℃에서 1時間, 2段加熱은 90℃에서 30分間이 좋았다. 1段加熱 대신 자연응고 현상을 이용할 경우에는 25℃에서 1時間 자연응고 시킨 다음 90℃에서 30分間 加熱하는 것이 좋았다. In this study, the effects of some additives to the quality of fish jelly product such as salt tripolyphosphate and starch were examined. Besides, that of washing and stepwise heating procedure were also discussed. From the result of quality test by measuring jelly strength and sensory evaluation the product was quite palatable to common, and the addition of 3 percent of salt and 5 percent of starch resulted in the best jelly strength. It was markedly enforced when 0. 3 percent of tripolyphosphate was added. The suggestible processing method of hagfish jelly product is as follows : The meat is to be bleached by washing at least 6 times with tenfold tap water by volume of meat at 5-6℃ and then ground throughly with addition of 3 percent of salt, 5 percent of starch and 0.3 percent of tripolyphosphate. The ground meat is finally to be heated for 1 hour at 45 to 50 ℃ and then for 30 minutes at 90℃.
인공기도를 가진 중환자실 환자의 의사소통 경험과 요구에 관한 통합적 문헌고찰

Purpose : The aim of this integrative review was to describe communication experiences and needs among the critically ill with an artificial airway and evaluate relevant intervention studies. Methods : Using the method employed by Whittemore and Knafl (2005), we searched for papers on PubMed, CINAHL, and Web of Science published from January 1, 2015 to September 25, 2020. A total of 26 papers (11 descriptive studies, 15 experimental ones) were identified and evaluated. Results : Communication experiences while having an artificial airway, identified either by patients' recall or direct observation, were predominantly negative. However, positive experiences were reported in patients with improvements in physical conditions and functions. Patients' communication needs were diverse, encompassing physical, psycho-emotional, social, spiritual, and medical issues. Interventions tested included alternative and augmentative communication strategies, communication intervention packages, and voice restorative devices. Physical, psychosocial, and communication-related patient outcomes were evaluated using various methods including self-report surveys, interviews, and observations. Conclusions : The findings from this review represent the state of science regarding communication of the critically ill whose vocal abilities are inhibited by the presence of an artificial airway. Future studies with rigorous experimental designs and measures are warranted to better understand and support the complex needs of this highly vulnerable patient population.

다양한 파장변화 기술중에서 레이져 다이오드의 발전상태에서 교차이득변도(Cross-Gain Modulation)을 이용한 파장변환은 고속의 신호를 매우 간단하고 효율적으로 처리할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SSGDBR (Superstructure Grating Distributed Bragg Reflector) 레이저 다이오드의 파장변환기로서 특성을 분석하고 광통신 네트웍 모델링을 위한 CAD 도구로서 개선된 시영역 대신호 동적모델(Time-Domain Large-Signal Dynamic Model)의 유용성을 제시하였다. 이 모델을 l용하여 이런 구조의 파장변환 소자는 10Gbps이상 고속데이터를 처리할 수 있고 광대역 파장변환이 가능하다는 것을 확인하였다. 입력 광신호의 세기와 주입되는 전류가 파장변환된 신호의 소광비 등에 미치는 영향 및 Eye Diagram 등을 살펴 보았으며, 기존에 발표된 실험결과들과 매우 유사한 경향을 보임을 관측하였다. Among various wavelength conversion technologies, that using the cross-gain modulation in laser diode makes it possible to deal with the high speed signal quite simply and efficiently. In this paper, presented was the applicability of an improved time-domain large-signal dynamic model as a CAD tool to analyzed the characteristics of SSGDBR(Superstructure Grating Distributed Bragg Reflector) laser diodes used for wavelength converters. Using this model, it was shown that this kind of wavelength converter can provide the widely tunable wavelength conversion of the high speed data above 10 Gbps. We also investigated the effect of input optical power and the bias current on the characteristics of the device such as extinction ration and eye diagram. The modeling results show very similar trend to the experimental reports.

Capitalist countries try to solve the crisis by using their own finances when an economic crisis hits the country. In addition, when there is an industry that the state wants to invest in, it uses finances. And this is the same for the socialist states even North Korea. These characteristics add research value to finance. However, as with most data on North Korea, there is not enough data on North Korea's finances. The budget and settlement of the national budget are announced every year, but compared to other countries, it is quite insufficient. Due to these limitations, much research on North Korean financial management has not been conducted. Nevertheless, it is necessary to comprehensively understand and analyze the budget proposal announced by North Korea. This is because North Korea's limited but self-released materials contain many meanings. From the North's budget proposal, we can see that they increase the amount of budget revenue by changing or adding items to increase the amount of finance. Also, spending on national budgets shows that they try to invest in the industries they need, but sometimes these attempts do not pay off.
