      • 내시경적 점막절제술로 치험한 식도 과립상 세포종 1례

        과립상 세포종은 Schwann 세포 기원으로 생각되며 인체에 비교적 드물게 발생한다. 과립상 세포종은 전신 어느 곳에서나 발견될 수 있으나 주로 혀, 구강, 피부 혹은 유방 등에서 호발하며 드물게 위장관에서 발견된다. 위장관에서는 식도에서 가장 호발하며 다음으로 위, 대장 순이다. 과립상 세포종은 대부분, 특히 위장관에서는 양성이며 소수의 악성 병변이 보고되었다. 이러한 이유와 함께 수술 전의 진단이 어렵기 때문에 과립상 세포종에 대한 근본적인 치료는 현재까지 외과적 절제술이다. 최근에 시도되는 치료방법들로는 내시경적 레이저 치료, 용종절제술, 내시경적 점막 절제술 등이 있다. 저자들은 상부 소화관 내시경검사를 시행하여 식도 과립상 세포종을 진단하고 내시경적 점막 절제술을 시행하여 합병증 없이 퇴원하여 현재 재발없이 경과 관찰중인 1례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Granular cell tumors, which occur infrequently, are probably of Schwann cell origin. They can occur almost anywhere in the body but usually affect the tongue, oral cavity, skin, or breasts and are rarely found in the gastrointestinal tracts. The esophagus is the most frequent gastrointestinal site, followed by the stomach and the colon. Granular cell tumors are generally benign, especially in the gastrointestinal tract, some malignant lesions have been reported. For this reason, and also because preoperative diagnosis is difficult, the standard treatment for granular cell tumor has until now been surgical excision. In recent years, other therapeutic methods is endoscopic laser therapy (ELT), polypectiomy, endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR). We report a case of esophageal granular cell tumor which was diagnosed by an endoscopy and managed using an endoscopic mucosal resection without complication.

        For the purpose of reserching the floatability of Managanese-nodule, the test was proformed by means of Zeta potential measuring and the flotation experiment for 10Å Manganite. The flotation condition in the flotation experiment were as follow. sample : Todorokite (0.3gr) sample size : 65 mesh ~ 200 mesh condition size : 10 min flotation time : 4 min air amount : 20 ㎖/min promoter : D.A.cl, S.D.S. PH regular : Hcl, CaO From the test the flotation result were summerized as follow. 1. The isoelectric point of 10Å Manganite in the Zeta potential measuring was pH 4.3. 2. The floatability of 10Å Manganite was 80% as a function of pH5 using 10mg/ℓ of D.A.cl. 3. The recovery of 10Å Manganite was best when the floatability of 10Å Manganite was 90% as using D.A.cl 80mg/ℓat PH 2.7.

        Analysis of substance on the Ethrel(2-chloroethylphosphonic acid) sparyed tomatoes and natural growing tomatoes has been inverstigated. The measured results from this study were as followings; 1. Tomatoes are in buffer state of several organic acid. 2. At green state acidity and reducing sugar contents are increased gradually. 3. At after taken, the reducing sugar is increased rapidly. 4. The contents of vitamin C, glucose, protein in Ethrel sprayed tomatoes are not increased.

      • 가스크로마토그래피/질량분석법에 의한 최적화 유도화 과정을 통한 Atrazine의 새로운 분석방법 개발

        Pesticides, with their high degrees of toxicity constitute a very impOrtant group target compound in environment samples. The use of many pesticides has been restricted or even banned while several years bemuse of their long residue times, persistence and bio-accumulation. Atrazine was derivatized using a single-step procedure by N,O-bis(trimathylsilyl)-acetamide acetonitrile in various solvent systems such as methanol, ethyl acetate, pyridine, and tetrahy&ofuran(Tl). The variables selected for study were the amount of reagents, the temperature and reaction times. The elelctron impact ionization mass spectra of the resulting derivatives are acquired and properly interpreted. Under the optinaized gas chromatographic conditions employed, an enhanced (3 times) peak height and an improved peak shape without any tailing. The purpose of this study was the development and application of GC-MS method for efficient analysis of atrazine.

        연속냉간압연의 두께제어 모델 개발에 관한 연구

        The quality requirements for thickness accuracy in cold rolling continue to become more stringent, particularly in response to exacting design specification from automotive customers. One of the major impacts from the tighter tolerance level is more unusable product on the head end and tail end of tandem mill coils when the mill is in transition to or from steady state rolling condition. A strip thickness control system for a tandem cold steel rolling mills is composed with blocked non-interacting controller and controllers for strip thickness and tension control of each rolling stands. An intelligent mathematical model included an elastic deformation of strip has been developed and applied to the field in order to predict the rolling force. The simulated results showed that the effect of elastic recovery should be included the model, even if the effect of elastic compression was not important.

        On-line 학습 신경회로망을 이용한 열간 압연하중 예측

        In the face of global competition, the requirements for the continuously increasing productivity, flexibility and quality(dimensional accuracy, mechanical properties and surface properties) have imposed a major change on steel manufacturing industries. Indeed, one of the keys to achieve this goal is the automation of the steel-making process using AI(Artificial Intelligence) techniques. The automation of hot rolling process requires the developments of several mathematical models for simulation and quantitative description of the industrial operations involved. In this paper, an on-line training neural network for both long-term learning and short-term learning was developed in order to improve the prediction of rolling force in hot rolling mill. This analysis shows that the predicted rolling force is very closed to the actual rolling force, and the thickness error of the strip is considerably reduced.

      • 미세절편체에 의한 절화류의 기내증식

        Experiments were conducted to find out the optimum cultural conditions for micro-cross sectioned leaf segments of Gypsuphila paniculata L. Gerbera hybrida and Dianthus caryophyllus. Survival percentages of micro-cross sectioned segments were the highest in gypsophila, followed by carnation. Gerbera showed on survived segments. In gypsophila, segments thicker than 400㎛ were required to obtain over 75% survival. The percentage of adventitious bud formation was much higher with 600㎛ segment as compared with 400㎛. The regeneration of micro-cross sectioned segments of gypsophila was not sensitively affected by the auxins at varying concentrations. The elongation of adventitious shoot was promoted by kinetin compared with BA. In segments of 600㎛ thickness, adventitious shoot formation was promoted by BA compared with kinetin Adventitious shoot formation or shoot growth was not affected by KNO_3 concentrations with the segments of 400㎛ thickness. But adventitious shoot elongation was promoted significantly with segments in 600㎛ thickness. KH_2PO_4 (170 mg/1, standard concentration of MS medium) was effective for adventitious shoot formation. MgSO_4 also promoted adventitious shoot formation myo-Inositol tended to be suppressed regeneration of gypsophila.
