Role-Based Access Control(RBAC)은 처리과정 오류를 줄이는 것처럼 접근통제 정책의 관리단가를 낮춰준다. RBAC 개념에서 가장 중요한 요소가 관리도구이다. RBAC 보안시스템을 위한 관리도구는 RBAC 데이터베이스에 저장되어 있는 사용자와 역할 관계를 일관성 있게 유지하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 사용자-역할과 역할-역할 관계를 관리하기 위한 형식 명세를 제안한다. 제안된 형식 명세는 관계 집합처럼 정의된 RBAC 데이터베이스를 위해 일관성 요구를 유지한다. 본 논문은 동작의 형식 명세화를 함으로써 RBAC 관리도구의 구현을 쉽게 이끌어 낼 수 있다. Role Based Access Control(RBAC) reduces the cost of administering access control policies as well as making the process less error-prone. The administration tool is most important component in the concept of RBAC. The administration tool for the RBAC security system is required the consistency of a relationships between user and role in the RBAC Database. In this paper, we propose formal specification in order to manage user-role and role-role relationships. The proposed formal specification leads to the consistency requirements for the RBAC database which are defined as a set of relationship. This paper can easily derive the implementation of the RBAC administration tool by formal specification of operations.

A 73-year-old man with a history of excision of thymoma presented with abdominal discomfort and abnormal liver enzyme test results [aspartate transaminase (AST) level, 92 IU/L; alanine transaminase (ALT) level, 123 IU/L; gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT) level, 256 IU/L; and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) level, 1427 IU/L]. His eosinophil count was 1,360/mm3(normal range, 40-500/mm3). The patient received antibiotic therapy with cefoperazone for 18 days before developing eosinophilia. The results of the test for parasites were negative. Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) revealed thickening of the walls of the common bile duct (CBD) (about 0.30 cm) and gall bladder (GB) (about 0.76 cm). EUS also revealed swollen ampulla and dilatation of the pancreatic duct and CBD. We took biopsy specimens from the edematous and hyperemic major ampulla. Microscopic examination revealed infiltration of eosinophils into the tissue. On the basis of these findings, we suspected the diagnosis of eosinophilic cholangiopathy. The patient`s condition improved without any immunosuppressive treatment. EUS performed after 1 month revealed decrease in the thickening of the walls of the CBD and GB. Blood test revealed normalization of the eosinophil count (eosinophil count, 280/mm3).

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>We experimentally demonstrate compact and efficient single-pulse coherent anti-Stokes Raman spectroscopy (CARS) via spectral notch shaping implemented with a fiber Bragg grating. We show that a fiber Bragg grating can serve as a narrowband notch filtering component on a 90nm broadband femtosecond pulsed laser without spectral distortion. Finally, we obtain CARS spectra of various samples in the fingerprint region of molecular vibrations. We purified the recombinant murine MIP-1α(rmMIP-1α) and rmMIP-1β, and used the proteins to determine receptor-bearing cells and the binding properties and the relationship between MIP-1α and MIP-1β in the receptor binding properties. Direct receptor binding analysis using radioiodinated rmMIP-1α or -1β indicated a single class of high affinity binding site with a Kd of approximately 0.9-1.5×10^-9M and the presence of approximately 30-4000 binding sites per cell from cytolytic T cell, macrophage, myeloid stem cell, endothelial cell, helper T cell, bone marrow cell, splenocyte, and B cell. Competition binding assays indicated MIP-1α and -1β were able to recognize the common binding site. This is in good agreement with the results from biological function test. Results from cross-linking study and receptor blotting experiment demonstrated that binding molecule might be 30 KDa monomer or 60 KDa homodimer.

<P><B>Purpose</B></P><P>To develop an immediate release-type tablet containing varenicline salicylate (VRC-S), a smoking cessation agent, formulation and stability studies were performed. The in vitro dissolution and in vivo pharmacokinetic (PK) behavior of the tablets were compared with those of the commercial product (Champix) as a reference.</P><P><B>Materials and methods</B></P><P>The characteristics of the powder were investigated by particle morphology, size distribution, solubility, hygroscopicity, differential scanning calorimetry, and powder X-ray diffraction. Based on the drug–excipient compatibility test, different VRC-S tablets were prepared with the selected excipients through direct compression or wet granulation method and subjected to a dissolution test. The stability of the most promising VRC-S tablet (F4) was evaluated under accelerated conditions (40°C and 75% relative humidity). Further, the dissolution and human pharmacokinetic profiles of the F4 tablet and Champix were compared.</P><P><B>Results</B></P><P>VRC-S showed a positively skewed unimodal size distribution with a specific surface area of 2.02 m<SUP>2</SUP>/g, single endothermic peak of 225.2°C in differential scanning calorimetry, crystalline internal structure in powder X-ray diffraction, aqueous solubility of 244.7 mg/mL, and hygroscopicity of 0.256 mg/g. The wet granulation method was preferred for tablet preparation and employed the following excipients: microcrystalline cellulose and anhydrous dibasic calcium phosphate as diluents, croscarmellose sodium as a disintegrant, and colloidal silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate as lubricants. The F4 tablet was stable for 6 months under accelerated conditions. The dissolution of VRC was pH independent, revealing <I>f</I><SUB>2</SUB> values of 76.49 and 68.38 at pH 1.2 and pH 6.8, respectively. After the oral administration of F4 tablet and Champix to healthy human volunteers, pharmacokinetic parameters, including time to reach the maximum plasma concentration (T<SUB>max</SUB>), maximum plasma concentration (C<SUB>max</SUB>), and area under the curve from 0 to infinity (AUC<SUB>inf</SUB>), were compared. The values of 90% CI were 0.972–1.035 for C<SUB>max</SUB> and 0.982–1.075 for AUC<SUB>inf</SUB>, which was indicative of the bioequivalence of both products.</P><P><B>Conclusion</B></P><P>VRC-S–containing F4 tablet might be a good candidate for smoking cessation treatment.</P>

본 논문은 분산 서버 환경에서 다양한 업무를 운영하려고 할 때에 발생되는 보안상의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 RBAC(Role Based Access Control) 기법을 이용하여 분산 환경에서 운영 가능한 역할 위임을 위한 확장된 RBAC(Extended RBAC: ERBAC) 모형을 설계하였다. ERBAC는 기본적으로 Sandhu 등이 제안한 RBAC96 모형에 역할 위임부분을 추가하였다. 따라서, 역할을 위임하기 위해 ERBAC를 이용하면 사용자 수준의 역할 위임이 가능하여 업무의 중단 없이 영속성을 보장할 수 있다. 또한 분산 서버의 소스코드 수정 없이 구현 가능하고, 이식성이 높으며, 보안 관리가 단순하고 용이하다는 장점을 갖는다. This paper applies RBAC policy for solving on the security problems when it will be operated several business on the distributed environments and designed Extended RBAC (ERBAC) model that it is possible to manage security systems on the distributed environments. The designed ERBAC model is based on RBAC96 model due to Sandu et al and added role delegations. Therefor, the designed ERBAC model have the advantage of the following . it can be processed of business without interrupts and implemented server system without modifying its source code, high migration, easy and simple of secure managing.

유육종증의 비강 침범은 드물게 발견되며 폐 침범 없이 비강만 단독으로 침범하는 경우는 더욱 드물게 보고되고 있다. 37세의 여자 환자가 콧물과 비강 폐색을 주소로 내원하였다. 비강 종괴의 조직 검사상 일부분에서 괴사를 동반한 비건락성 육아종으로 나와 폐외 결핵으로 생각하고 9개월간 항결핵제의 투약을 하였다. 그러나 항결핵제 투약 완료 후에 결막 종괴 및 많은 수의 흉곽 내 림프절 비대가 새로이 발견되었고, 결막 종괴에서 시행한 조직 검사상 비강 종괴와 동일한 양상의 비건락성 육아종이 발견되었다. 항결핵제 투약에도 불구하고 임상 증상의 호전이 없었고 비강과 결막 조직 검사에서 비건락성 육아종 소견이 동일하게 보여 최종적으로 유육종증으로 진단 할 수 있었다. 혈청 안지오텐신 전환효소 수치는 상승되어 있었다. 부신피질 호르몬 투여 이후 환자의 증상은 점차 개선되었다.
