파절의 종류는 치관파절, 동시에 나타난 치관-치근파절이 있고 치수노출에 따라 단순파절과 복잡파절로 나뉜다. 치아파절이 치은 연하로 침범하여 치아장축을 따라 나타난 경우나 치근의 1/3이상을 넘어선 경우 발치가 원칙이다. 그러나 치근쪽 파절편을 교정적으로 정출시켜서 수복시켜 주는 방법과 인위적으로 발치하여 적절하게 수복 가능한 위치로 재식시켜주는 방법을 선택적으로 이용할 수 있다. 본 증례에선 치아외상으로 상악 중절치가 치관-치근 파절된 혼합치열기의 환아에서 의도적 재식술을 이용하여 발치 후 즉일 근관치료와 역충전 후 레진수복을 시행하여 치료하였기에 보고하는 바이다. 주요어 : 의도적 재식술, 치관-치근 파절, 치은 연하 침범

In this study, the hybitd reactor has used to remove H_2S from the toxic gas. Since the oxidation and reduction reactors were combined, theri sizes were important to stabilize developed process. The optimal sizes of oxidation and reduction reactors were determined considering iron oxidation rate and H_2S removal rate. The optimal ratio of reactor size was 4 L for oxidation reactor to 1 L for reduction reactor.Immobilized Thiobacillus ferrooxidans has been developed to minimize the size of oxidation reactor. Since the immobilized cell enhanced the oxidation rate, it was possible to incrase H_2S removal efficiency. It was possible to incerase operation time because immobilized cell can survie lger than free cell.

목적 : 초등학교 고학년 학생의 장애아동에 대한 인식을 알아보는 것이다. 연구방법 : 연구 대상은 김해시에 소재한 통합교육을 실시하지 않는 초등학교의 4, 5, 6학년의 비장애 아동이었다. 연구 기간은 2008년 10월 2일부터 10월 17일까지였으며, 설문지를 사용하였다. 설문지의 하위 영역은 사귐, 활 동, 학업 영역의 세 부분으로 각 10문항으로 이루어져 있으며 SPSS 12.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 : 장애아동에 대한 인식조사 결과 첫째, 성별에 따른 인식은 남학생보다 여학생의 평균 점수가 높았으나 통계 적으로 유의미한 차이는 없었다. 둘째, 학년에 따른 인식은 4학년의 평균 점수가 가장 높았고 6학년이 가장 낮았으 며 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다(F=3.546, p<0.05). 셋째, 장애인 접촉 유무에 따른 인식은 접촉 경험이 없 는 학생이 있는 학생보다 평균점수가 높았으나 통계적으로 유의미한 차이는 없었다. 결론 : 비장애학생의 장애아동에 대한 인식은 학년에 따라 차이가 있었다. 본 연구는 작업치료사들에게 장애아동에 대한 또래집단의 인식에 대한 정보를 제공함으로써 학교환경에 대한 이해를 도울 수 있을 것이다. Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate attitude of grade-schoolers toward children with disabilities. Methods : The subjects of this study were grade-schoolers who have not received an inclusive education in Gim-hae. The study was surveyed from October second to 17th in 2008. The survey was categorized into three parts; comradeship, activity, and study. Each part of the survey consists of 10 questions. Data were analyzed by SPSS (version 12.0). Results : The results were as follows; First, the attitude of girls toward disabled students was non-significant compared to boys. Second, the order of attitude degree in grade of students was 4, 6, and 5. The attitude toward children with disabilities showed statistically significant difference according to grade(F=3.546, p<0.05). Third, the attitude of students who have experience of contact with people with disabilities was non-significant compared to non-experienced students. Conclusion : In conclusion, therefore peer groups in lower class levels showed more positive attitude toward the children with disabilities. The result will be useful information for understanding disabled children and making positive attitude. Also it is expected that occupational therapists help disabled children to participate in school life successfully using these information.

Purpose: Antivascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF) agents are routinely intravitreously injected to treat neovascular age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Postoperative endophthalmitis, a side effect after intravitreal anti-VEGF injection, has been reported to have a low incidence but may threaten vision. In this study, we aimed to analyze the incidence of acute endophthalmitis after intravitreal anti-VEGF injection and associated risk factors in patients with neovascular AMD in South Korea. Methods: Using the health claims data recorded in the Korean National Health Insurance System database, we identified newly developed neovascular AMD cases from 2010 through 2019. Acute endophthalmitis was defined as a case of invasive treatment for accompanying symptoms. All statistical analyses were performed with a significance level p < 0.05. To find risk factors, we used univariate and multivariable Poisson regression. Results: The overall incidence of acute endophthalmitis was 0.019% (p = 0.21) during the 10-year period: 0.025% for aflibercept injection and 0.014% for ranibizumab injection. The incidence was higher in metropolitan city residents than in Seoul (incidence rate ratio [IRR], 1.96; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.02–3.79; p = 0.04) and was higher for aflibercept injections than for ranibizumab injections (IRR, 1.82; 95% CI, 1.17–2.82; p = 0.01). However, in multivariate analysis, only aflibercept injections showed a significant effect on the incidence of acute endophthalmitis (IRR, 1.80; 95% CI, 1.16–2.79; p = 0.01). Conclusions: The incidence of acute endophthalmitis after intravitreal anti-VEGF injections was generally low, and aflibercept was revealed as a significant risk factor.

We report on the optical and electrical properties of MgZnO/Ag/MgZnO (MAM) grid electrodes grown at room temperature; these are proposed as an alternative to metal-based grid electrodes to meet the requirement for high stability in a harsh environment. The optical transmittance of Ag grid electrodes improved when the Ag grid layer was embedded in an MgZnO grid layer regardless of the fi ll factor. This improvement depends critically on the Ag grid layer thickness in the MAM grid electrodes. The Haack figure of merit for a MAM grid electrode with a 20 nm-thick Ag grid layer was approximately threefold higher than that of an Ag grid electrode. The electrode has an average transmittance of 85.8% at wavelengths range from 400 to 1100 nm and a sheet resistance of 26.9 Ω/sq. These results indicate that MAM grid electrodes can be an alternative to metal-based grid electrodes in optoelectronic devices that require stable wideband operation in a harsh environment and over a wide wavelength region.

<P>The effects of oxygen (O<SUB>2</SUB>) and nitrous oxygen (N<SUB>2</SUB>O) high pressure annealing (HPA) on soluble indium-zinc oxide (IZO) thin-film transistors (TFTs) were compared. The N<SUB>2</SUB>O HPA treatment produced superior device performance compared with the O2 HPA treatment. The N<SUB>2</SUB>O HPA-treated device exhibited a reasonable μSAT, low SS, Vth, and high ION/OFF ratio of 1.0 cm<SUP>2</SUP>/Vs, 0.09 V/decade, 1.4 V, and 2.3×10<SUP>7</SUP>, respectively, even at a temperature as low as 200 °C. This improvement was attributed to the supply of reactive oxygen atoms from N2O molecules, leading to the reduction of oxygen vacancies, and a decrease in the impurity concentration of the resulting soluble IZO film.</P>

Little is known about the biological properties of britanin, which is isolated from the flowers of Inula japonica (Inulae Flos). Based on our previous studies that Inulae Flos had anti-inflammation and anti-asthmatic activities, we tried to find the bioactive compounds from it. In this study, the anti-inflammatory effects of britanin on the inflammatory mediators as well as on nuclear factor (NF)-кB and mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase activation were evaluated in RAW 264.7 cells. Britanin inhibited the production of nitric oxide (NO) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) along with the expression of inducible NO synthase (iNOS) and cyclooxygenase (COX)-2 in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated RAW264.7 cells. In addition, britanin reduced the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6. Furthermore, the phosphorylations of MAP kinases (p38 and JNK) in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells were suppressed by britanin. Moreover, britanin inhibited the NF-κB activation induced by LPS, which was associated with the abrogation of IκBα degradation and subsequent decreases in nuclear p65 levels. This study suggests that the anti-inflammatory activities of britanin might be attributed to the inhibition of iNOS and COX-2 and cytokine expression at least in part, through the attenuation of the phosphorylations of MAP kinases and NF-κB activation via IκBα degradation in macrophages. We conclude that britanin may have potential for the treatment of inflammatory diseases through the down-regulation of MAP kinases and NF-κB mediated activation of macrophages.ⓒ2012 Elsevier B.V.
