        신제도주의 관점에서 분석한 대학구조조정 과정

        본 연구의 목적은 동형화(isomorphism)라는 신제도주의의 틀을 사용하여 대학구조조정의 발생?확산되는 과정을 분석하는데 있다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 문서자료 분석과 인터뷰를 병행하였다. 인터뷰는 대학의 담당실무자를 중심으로 2005년 1월 26일에서 12월 2일 중에 각 3회씩 비공식적 형식을 통해서 전화인터뷰를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 강압적 동형화, 모방적 과정, 그리고 규범적 압력이라는 사회학적 신제도주의 각각의 틀이 구조조정 과정에서 획일적으로 적용되었다기보다 복합적인 과정으로 이루어졌다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 각 대학들이 통합과정에서 행?재정적으로 효율성을 고려했다는 점에서 효율성을 기반 한 행위를 무시하는 등 사회학적 신제도주의가 갖는 한계를 엿볼 수 있었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 제도적 동형화를 통하여 대학 구조조정 과정을 기술?분석한 것은 사회학적 신제도주의의 외연을 확장시키고 이론의 적합성 여부를 확인?시도했다는 점에서 의미가 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the process about happening and spreading of university restructuring through framework called isomorphism of new institutionalism. For this purpose, I run parallel with written data analysis and phone interview. The interview was carried out informal phone interview three times with university staffs in charge of restructuring process from January 26, 2005 to December 2, 2005. The results of this research are as follows: Firstly, I found that frameworks of sociologic new institutionalism consisting of coercive isomorphism, mimetic process, normative pressures would rather be usually fulfilled by synthetic course than uniformly applied by each course - coercive isomorphism, mimetic process, normative pressures- in university restructuring process. Secondly, I found that limitation - error disregarding behaviors based on self profit and efficiency - pointed about sociologic new institutionalism was universally applicable in this study in that it really is “to consider efficiency administratively and financially in combining.” Nevertheless, to describe and analyze university restructuring process is to have a important significance in that it is to enlarge extension of sociologic new institutionalism and to confirm propriety of theory.

      • 선인장 양심실 보조장치의 설계 및 임상적용을 위한 평가

        현재 개발되고 있는 맥동형 이식형 인공심장은 완전이식형 인공심장과 좌심실보조장치 뿐이다. 좌심실보조장치를 장착한 환자의 10~15%가 우심실의 보조를 필요로하고 완전이식형 인공심장의 장착을 위해서는 자연심장을 제거해야하는 상황에서 이식형 양심실보조장치에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구진은 완전이식형 인공심장으로 개발된 한국형 인공심장을 개선하여 양심 실 보조장치를 개발하였다. 양심실보조장치는 이동형 작동기식 미케니즘을 이용하고 있으며 에너지 변환장치와 감속기로 구성된 작동기와 혈액주머니, 그리고 내장형 제어기로 구성되어 있다. 선인장 펌프로 명명된 KAH350은 캐뉼라의 연결을 위한 커넥터를 포함하여 길이 177mm, 폭 164mm, 높이 67 이고 무게 780g이며 최대 심박출량은 5L/min 이다. 양심실보조장치로 개발된 선인장펌프는 좌심실보조장치로도 응용이 가능하다. 이식적합성과 생체적합성을 평가하기 위하여 좌심실보조장치로 5회, 양싱실보조장치로 6회의 동물실험을 수행하였다. 각각 최장 28일간 생존하였으며 11회의 동물실험중 장치의 결함에 의한 것이 3회 있었는데 이들은 모두 전자장치의 결함과 방수처리문제였다. 현재 이식적합성과 일박출량을 향상시킨 KAH400모델이 개발중이다. The types of pulsatile implantable artificial hearts that are on the way of development and have been developed are totally implantable artificial heart and implantable left ventricular assist device (LVAD). Approximately 10% to 15% of all patients Implanted with wearable VADs have required right heart support with another device. And it is reluctant to patient who should remove his or her own heart to be implanted with total artificial heart. These situations drive the development of implantable bi-ventricular assist device (BVAD). The Korean BVAD was develophed by modifying the moving actuator type Korean artificial heart. This electro-mechanical BVAD comprises actuator including energy converter and reduction gear train, blood sacs, and internal motor and energy controllers. The KAH350 which is named as 'Cactus Pump' is 177mm in length, 164mm in width, and 67mm in thickness including connectors and nuts. The weight and maximum cardiac output of Cactus Pump is 780g and 5L/min, respectively. The Cactus Pump that was developed as BVAD could be used as LVAD by attaching compliance caps on the 2 ports of one ventricle. The animal experiments were undergone 5 times for LVAD, and 6 times for BVAD. The best records were 28 days survival in both applications. There were 3 times of device failure and they were all associated with electrical connection and hermetic sealing. The KAH400 that has improved anatomical fitting characterisitcs and stroke volume is on development.

        정상교합과 부정교합에서의 상·하악골과 제 1 대구치 위치에 관한 비교연구

        There has been so much controversies about the position of upper and lower jaws, and their first permanent molars in normal occlusion and Angle's class ⅠㆍⅡㆍⅢ malocclusions. So, the purpose of this study is to compare the position of upper and lower jaws, and their first molars in normal occlusion and Angle's class ⅠㆍⅡㆍⅢ malocclusions by lateral cephalometric analysis. The sample consisted of one hundred and twenty girls(thirty in each group) who had completed growth. The findings of this study were as follows : 1. In class Ⅰ malocclusion, both maxilla and mandible were slightly posterior position than normal occlusion, but they showed harmonious relationship. 2. In class Ⅱ malocclusion, the mandible was greatly retruded, and the maxilla was also slightly retruded to the cranial base as compared with normal occlusion. 3. In class Ⅲ malocclusion, the maxilla was significantly retruded to the cranial base, but no significant difference was found in mandibular position as compared with normal occlusion. 4. The maxillary first molar was located at posterior position in class Ⅱ malocclusion, and anterior position in class Ⅲ malocclusion to the cranium, so that the rotation of mandible was influenced by that. 5. The mandibular first molar showed constant relationship to the mandible in all four group, but different position to the cranial base in direct proportion to the mandibular position. 6. On the treatment planning of class Ⅲ malocclusion, it seems to be better to promote the mandibular horizontal growth by ingibiting the verbical growth of masillary molar area, and on the treatment planning of class Ⅲ malocclusion, it seems to be better to promote the antero-inferior growth of maxilla and to promote the mandibular vertical growth by inducing the vertical growth of maxillary molar area.

      • 1996년과 1999년 경기지역 초등학교 학생들에서 유행성이하선염에 대한 면역도 조사

        Background : Although massive use of live attenuated mumps virus vaccines successfully reduced the incidence of mumps virus infection worldwide, mumps outbreaks have not been completely eliminated, even in vaccinated populations. In recent years, the incidence of mumps has been remarkably increased in Korea. This study was designed to evaluate the recent seroprevalence rate of mumps IgG among children in Kyonggi province at 1996 and 1999. Methods : Study population included students from 8 elementary schools in Kyonggi province. Serum samples were collected twice at 1996 and 1999 and tested for mumps-specific antibody by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). We also conducted a questionnaire survey on the parents and collected the records including history of vaccination and mumps infection. Results : The seropositive rates against mumps were 89.47% and 89.74% at 1996 and 1999, respectively, and they were not significantly different when compared to age, sex, and region. Although the first vaccination rates were 92.17% and 92.25% at 1996 and 1999, respectively, the second vaccination rates were only 37.89% and 38.03% at 1996 and 1999, respectively. Infection rate showed no significant difference between vaccinated groups and nonvaccinated gropus. Seropositive rate of infected group was higher than that of noninfected group but it was not significantly different between the vaccinated and the nonvaccinated. Conclusions : This study showed the seropositive rate and vaccination against mumps in children. There were no significant relationships between vaccination and infection. Therefore, it seems likely that the vaccination is not fully protective against mumps infection. This study will be helpful for the establishment of guideline for prevention and treatment of mumps in Korea. (Korean J Infect Dis 33: 157∼164, 2001)

        고정식 교정장치에 의한 균혈증의 발생가능성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate a possibility of chronic or intermittent bacteremia in patients undergoing orthodontic treatment with fixed orthodontic appliance. Orthodontic patients who had been injured by orthodontic appliances and/or suffered from gingivitis were selected. They had not taken any antibiotics for 1 month. The number of subjects were 21 including 7 males and 14 females. Blood samples of the subjects were cultured and, IgG, IgA and IgM levels in the serum were quantified. The author found following results. 1. No bacterial growth was found in 7-day culture of all the samples. 2. The immunoglobulin levels in serum were confined in normal range. 3. This study could not deny the possibility of transient bacteremia episode undergoing orthodontic treatment.

        이 論文은 等分布荷重이 작용하고 있는 變斷面 보의 靜的 解析에 관한 연구이다. 보의 변단면은 均一幅 變化높이의 矩形斷面으로 採擇하고 微少 처짐理論에 의한 휨-曲率 관계식을 이용하여 변단면 보의 정적 擧動을 지배하는 微分方程式을 유도하고, 이를 부정적분하였다. 미분방정식에 포함되어 있는 모멘트반력, 垂直反力 및 적분상수는 보의 端部條件에 의하여 결정하였다. 실제의 변단면 보의 해석에서는 힌지-힌지보, 힌지-固定보, 固定-固定보, 고정-힌지보, 固定-自由보의 단부조건을 택하였다. 수치 예의 결과로 斷面比와 모멘트반력, 수직반력, 최대 처짐 및 최대 綠端應力과의 관계를 그림에 나타내었다. 또한 휨 모멘트도 및 彈性曲線의 예를 그림에 나타내었다. An analytical method was developed to solve the tapered beams subjected to uniform loads. The rectangular cross-section with constant width and variable depth, so-called depth taper, was chosen. The differential equation of deflected beams based on the small deflection theory was derived and solved by indefinite integration. The unknown parameters and integral constants were calculated by the boundary conditions. The hinged-hinged, hinged-clmped, clamped-clamped clamped-hinged and clamped-free beams were considered in the numerical examples. As the results of this study, the reaction moments of left ends, the vertical reactions of left ends, the maximum deflection and the maximum stresses versus section ratios were presented in figures. Also both typical bending moment diagrams and deflection curves were presented in figures. It is expected that the results of this study including both all equations and figures can be used in design of the tapered beams.

        단일 사례 사격선수의 집중루틴 훈련의 효과

        본 연구는 소총사수 P의 집중력 훈련에 관한 것이다. P 선수는 만 21세의 남자선수로서 운동경력은 8년이며, 10M 공기소총이 주종목이다. 집중력훈련은 단일사례실험 중 가장 단순한 시계열 설계인 AB 설계를 적용하였다. A단계에서 집중력, 주의력 질문지가 1-2주 간격으로 4회 반복측정 되었으며, B단계는 7월-10월까지 집중력 훈련이 진행되는 기간으로 개별면담과 질문지 측정, 수행평가를 위한 시합기록이 수집되었다. 집중력 질문지는 1개월에 1회 측정되었고, 주의력 검사지는 집중훈련 전과 후에 각각 한차례 시행되었다. 집중 루틴은 선수의 개인적 습관과 장점을 최대한 존중하여 훈련과 최고시합 때 습관적으로 하는 행동과 생각을 포함시켜 상당한 시합 부담 상황에서도 최고시합때의 행동과 생각의 흐름을 유지할 수 있도록 강력한 의미를 가진 행위와 키워드로 구성하였다. 완성된 루틴 프로그램은 4개월 훈련 후 집중력과 주의력, 수행평가를 실시하였다. 훈련결과 루틴 훈련은 집중조절 능력을 향상시켰으며, 주의유형은 긍정적인 형태는 증가하고 부정적 형태는 감소하였다. 수행 기록은 루틴 훈련 과정에서 출전한 5회 시합에서 모두 결선에 진출하므로서 수행향상에도 기여한 것으로 밝혀졌다. This study is about a concentration training of a rifle Marksman, P, The male Marksman P is 21 years old, and has played a rifle for eight years. His major is 10M air rifle. We apply AB design which is the simplest time-series design among single case experiments. In A step, we have applied the questionnaire for examining the ability of concentration and attentiveness for four times at an interval of 1 or 2 weeks. In B step, we developed a programme for improving the concentration training and applied it to the player. During the training in B step, which had continued from July to October, we have collected individual interviews, survey, records of games in order to evaluate achievement. The questionnaire for concentration has been served once a month, and the TAIS has been operated once each time before and after the concentration training. The concentration routine is directed to the way of considering the athlete's personal habit and merit most. Therefore, the concentration routine includes the essential matters of habitual acting and thought in ordinary training and in the final match. The concentration routine is consist of powerful meaningful movement and keyword in order to maintain the stream of movement and thought at the final match even though the Marksman is under the heavy pressure of the game. The practice evaluation has been done by a completed routine programme after the four-month-training. After examining the result of the evaluation, the concentration training improves the ability of controlling concentration. The positive type of TAIS is increased and the negative type is decreased. About the record of achievement, the player had advanced to the final once before the training, on the other hand, advanced to all the five final matches after the training. Consequently, it is discovered that the concentration training contributes to the achievement.

      • 폴리에스테르 섬유 감량시스템용 프로세서 타이트레이터 개발

        폴리에스테르 섬유 감량시스템의 제어를 위해서는 처리조 내에서 감량되는 섬유가 목표 감량치에 도달했는지를 판단해 주는 장치가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 가성소다용액의 초농도 및 섬유 감량 정도의 정확한 측정과 감량 종료시간의 산출 및 이에 따른 종료신호를 발생할 수 있는 폴리에스테르 섬유 감량기 전용의 자동적정장치를 개발하였다. To control caustic soda treatment system for the polyester fabric reduction, we need the device to determine that the fabric has been arrived target reduction value. In this study, we develope an automatic process titrator for the caustic soda treatment system. Major functions of the target titrating system are accurate measurements of the caustic soda concentration and then producing the end point signal for caustic soda treatment system.

      • 캔음료중 epichlorohydrin 의분석법에 관한 연구

        캔식품중에 잔류하는 epichlorohydrin을 분석하기 위한 pu링e & trap-Cc/uf통D 분석법을 확립하여 캔의 lacauer 코팅제에서 식품으로 이행되어 잔류하는 epichtorohydfn을 측정하고, 식품유사용매에 의한 용출시험을 통해 일일추정섭취량을 산출하였다. epichlorohydrin의 검량선은 y=0.0006x+0.OO6?(R큰0.9983)의 직선성·라 0.05#ga의 검출한계를 나타내었다. 각종 음료 및 식품유사용매에 일정량의 epichlorohydrin을 첨가한 후 분석하였을 때 회수을은 72~91%였으며, 실제 시판되는 f5건의 캔음료 중 잔류하는 epichlorohydrin을 측정한 결과 모든 캔음료에서 검출한계(0.1#94) 이하였다. 제관업체에서 구입한 modifed epoxy, epoxy phenolic, vinyl organosol, epoxy phenol ester 등의 BADGE(bisphenol A diglycidyt ether)형 에폭시수지로 lacquer 코팅된 식품용 캔에 식품윤사용매인 10% 또는 95% 에탄올을 층L진한 후 90~121'c의 드라이오븐에서 30분~2시간동안 용출시켰을 패 캔의 lacquer 코팅재에서 식품유사용매로 이행되는 epichBorollydirn은 코팅재질, 그리고 가열온도 및 시간에 문관하게 모든 캔에서 검출한계(0.4#ga)이하 였다. 위의 용출결과를 FD.f_의 "Recommendation for Chemistry Data for Indirect Food Additive Petition" 윽 일일추정섭취량 산출법에 적용하여 얻은 epichtorohydrin의 일딜추정 섭 취 량은 0.2r조persorday이하였다. A sensitive ana1?~7tical method based on gas cl)romatogFapy~mass spectrometry with a selected ion monitoring (GE/hfS-Slhf) and the purge-and-trap concentrator ))·asdeveloped for determining ot'epicillorohydrin in canr;ed be)#erages coated with eporl· resin. Thecalibration rurve in the ranre of 0.j ~50nr had'correlation coefficient of 0.9983 and detection limit of 0.Osrga. Recoveries of epichlorohydrin spiked to beverages were in the range of 72 ~91% with detection limits of 0.1 #ga. fn survey of epichlorohydff in twenty commercialcanned beverage samples, epichlorohydrin was not found in all the samples with the detectionlimit of 0.1 r9a. In migration test of various cans coated with BADGE-based coating cans;modifed epoxy, epoxy phenolic, vinyl organosol, epox?· phenol ester were exposed to the foodsimulants of 10% ethanol and 95% ethanol. flfo delectable epichlorohydrin migrated to foodsiHulants was found in aTl the cars with detection Jimit of 0.4 #9/L. Using the miEration data,along uTith the applicstion of food and beverage cans complied with FDA's "Recommendationfor Chemlstry Data f,3r Indirect Food Additive Petition" , the potential dietary exposure toepichlorohydrin was estlmated to be under 0.2rf/person/day.

      • Effect of Oxide Dispersion on Dendritic Grain Growth Characteristics of Cast Aluminum Alloy

        <P>The dispersion characteristics of the nano-sized Y<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB> powders in molten aluminum were investigated from the viewpoint of changes in microstructure and mechanical property as a function of oxide contents. As the solidification structure, the oxide nanoparticles dispersed in the columnar crystal was mainly segregated on the grain boundary, whereas the oxide nanoparticles dispersed in the equiaxed crystal was uniformly dispersed on both grain boundary and inside the crystal. The most uniform dispersion of oxide nanoparticles was observed at Y<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB> content of 2 mass%. As Y<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB> content of 3 mass%, the size of oxide nanoparticles in metal matrix increased due to the particle aggregation, as confirmed by SEM analysis. Moreover, it was found that the mechanical properties such as hardness and tensile strength were improved at Y<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB> content of 2 mass%, indicating the well-dispersion of nano-sized Y<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB> powders in cast aluminum. The hardness was increased by 1.2 times up to 57 <I>H</I><SUB>V</SUB> and tensile strength was increased by 1.55 times up to 80 MPa, compared with the case of pure aluminum. However, at Y<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB> content of 3.0 mass%, tensile strength was sharply decreased by 0.6 times due to aggregation of oxide nanoparticles, while the hardness was increased to 57 <I>H</I><SUB>V</SUB>, which is the same as the case of Y<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB> content of 2.0 mass%.</P>
