        Reduction of noise level in the cabin of urban transit unit is an important issue to enhance the comfortability of passengers. It is made clear that a cause of increased noise level in cabin is the imperfect airtightness of entrance doors. In this study, the sliding-plug door system is developed to reduce the noise level of cabins by securing the airtightness of entrance door. The sliding-plug door system is composed of air-driven engine, swing arms, guide rails, guide rollers and locking devices. It is economical owing to using the previous door engine system. It is also adequate for the platform system of our subway station. It was tested to prove the reliability of system and was applied to standard urban transit unit. The effectiveness of noise reduction in cabin resulting form the sliding-plug door system was confirmed by test results.

        경수 7번 완전손상 척수장애인을 위한 휴대폰 보조도구가 휴대폰 사용에 미치는 효과

        본 연구에서는 휴대폰 보조도구가 경수 7번 완전손상 장애인의 휴대폰 사용에 미치는 효과를 알아보았다. 연구대상자는 경수 7번 완전손상 장애인 6명으로 하였으며, 4가지 타입(C, D, J, U)의 휴대폰 보조도구를 사용하였을 때와 사용하지 않았을 때의 발신, 수신, 문자발신에 대한 시간을 측정 하였다. 측정결과 보조도구를 착용하지 않았을 때와 착용하였을 때 착신과 발신, 문자발신에 대해 시간측정을 비교해 본 결과는 다음과 같다. 발신에서는 U자형(P=0.011)이 가장 빨랐고, D자형(P=0.778)에서 가장 느렸다. 두 군간에는 통계학적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 착신에서는 U자형 (P=0.009)이 가장 빨랐고, D자형(P=0.331)에서 가장 느렸다. 문자발신 시간에서는 J자형(P=0.002)이 가장 빨랐고, D자형(P=0.829)에서 느려 두 군간에 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 따라서 J자형과 U자형이 경수 손상자의 휴대폰 사용능력을 향상시킨 것으로 사료되며, 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 경수 손상자의 휴대폰 사용능력 향상을 위한 다양하고 세분화된 보조도구들에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this paper was to study the effectiveness of using on 4 type different mobile phone assistant devices for C7 complete injury patients. The subjects of this study were 6 of C7 complete injury persons. Four type of the mobile phone assistant devices, C, D, J, U, were used in this study. Each data of mobile phone assistant devices was collected by measuring of sending, answering, and writing speed and analysed with SPSS 11.0. The measured result according to 4 type mobile phone assistant devices in sending speed showed that a U was P=0.011 as the highest performance and D type was P=0.778 as the lowest performance. The sending speed through types were statistically significant(P<0.001). The measured result according to 4 type mobile phone assistant devices in answering call showed that a U type was P=0.011 as the highest performance and D type was P=0.331 as the lowest performance. The answering call through types were statistically significant(P<0.001). The measured result according to 4 type mobile phone assistant devices in showed writing that a J type was P=0.002 as the highest performance and D type was P=0.829 as the lowest performance. The writing through types were statistically significant(P<0.001). The results of this study showed that J and U type seems to be the most efficient among four type of mobile phone assistant devices for C7 complete injury persons. In the future use of the U type and J type mobile phone assistant device should be needed much more study.

        Vasculopathy is rarely reported in neurofibromatosis type 1, but when it occurs it primarily involves the aorta and its main branches. Among vasculopathies, aneurysmal dilatation is the most common form. Although several case reports concerning aneurysms or pseudoaneurysms of visceral arteries in neurofibromatosis type 1 patients have been reported, there are no reports describing gastroduodenal artery aneurysms associated with neurofibromatosis type 1. We experienced a case of life-threatening duodenal ulcer bleeding from a ruptured gastroduodenal artery aneurysm associated with neurofibromatosis type 1. We treated our patient by transarterial embolization after initial endoscopic hemostasis. To our knowledge, this is the first reported case of its type. High levels of suspicion and prompt diagnosis are required to select appropriate treatment options for patients with neurofibromatosis type 1 experiencing upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Embolization of the involved arteries should be considered an essential treatment over endoscopic hemostasis alone to achieve complete hemostasis and to prevent rebleeding.         Lymphangioma is a benign vascular lesion with characteristics of subepithelial tumor which can proliferate in the lymphatic system. Lymphangioma of the small-bowel mesentery is rare, having been reported in less than 2% of all lymphangiomas. Lymphangioma does not require any specific treatment because it is absolutely a benign tumor. However, surgical exploration is rarely required for cases with disease-related symptoms or complications, or for those misdiagnosed as a malignant lesion. We recently experienced a case of mesenteric cavernous lymphangomas in a 53-year-old female who was misdiagnosed as having a liposarcoma. The final diagnosis was confirmed by a pathologic examination of the specimen that was obtained via laparoscopic exploration. Herein, we report a very rare case of mesenteric cavernous lymphangioma along with a brief review of relevant literature. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2015;66:172-175)

        고속 저전력 동작을 위한 개방형 파이프라인 ADC 설계 기법

        본 논문에서는 고속, 저전력 8-비트 ADC를 설계하는 기법들을 제안하였다. 비교적 적은 전력 소모를 가지면서 고속으로 동작 시키기 위해 기존의 파이프라인 구조인 MDAC를 이용한 폐쇄형 구조 대신에 개방형 구조를 채택하였다. 또한 Distributed THA와 캐스캐이드 형태의 구조를 이용하여 높은 샘플링 속도에 최적화 하였다. 제안한 각 단의 크로싱 지점을 판별하는 기법은 증폭기의 개수를 줄일 수 있도록 함으로서 저전력과 좁은 면적의 ADC 구현을 가능하게 하였다. 모의 실험 결과 500-MHz의 샘플링 속도와 1.8V 전원 전압에서 테스트에 필요한 디지털 회로까지 포함, 210mW의 전력을 소비함을 확인 할 수 있었다. 또한 1.2Vpp(Differential) 입력 범위와 200-MHz까지의 입력 주파수에서 8-비트에 가까운 ENOB를 가짐을 볼 수 있었다. 설계된 ADC는 $0.18{\mu}m$ 6-Metal 1-Poly CMOS 공정을 이용, $900{\mu}m{\times}500{\mu}m$의 면적을 차지한다. Some design techniques for high speed and low power pipelined 8-bit ADC are described. To perform high-speed operation with relatively low power consumption, open loop architecture is adopted, while closed loop architecture (with MDAC) is used in conventional pipeline ADC. A distributed track and hold amplifier and a cascading structure are also adopted to increase the sampling rate. To reduce the power consumption and the die area, the number of amplifiers in each stage are optimized and reduced with proposed zero-crossing point generation method. At 500-MHz sampling rate, simulation results show that the power consumption is 210mW including digital logic with 1.8V power supply. And the targeted ADC achieves ENOB of about 8-bit with input frequency up to 200-MHz and input range of 1.2Vpp (Differential). The ADC is designed using a $0.18{\mu}m$ 6-Metal 1-Poly CMOS process and occupies an area of $900{\mu}m{\times}500{\mu}m$
