        The Multimedia is the variety-elements of a communication added to herein with a view transmit simultaneously the wide-Information of the Letter, voice, image, animation etc,. This Paper has studied on the system of a high speed transmission in order to design convenience to user to transmit high speed more than the Multimedia service to increaseing nowadays. To this end, it has used for the B-ISDN in order to upgrade a high speed large scale transmission and a service-Quality and also selected the O-FDM by means of the multi-carrier Modulation. And so, it has been increased the transmission-speed and reduced the production-Rate of error to use the QPSK by means of the Digital Modulation system and to apply the TP, VMTP, WETBLT, and DELTA-T by the protocol of a high-speed communication system in order to the Second Generation-Multimedia service. This paper will be expected to contribute the high speed transmission System in the Second Generation Multimedia service.

      • SSB와 VHF 통신시스템에 대한 원격제어 연구

        해안국과 군대의 기지국에서는 기존의 SSB와 VHF 송수신기에 의한 무선통신은 아직도 매우 유효하게 사용하고 있다. SSB와 VHF의 장비는 해상과 육상에서 정보전달에 매우 중요하다. 해안국과 터미널간에 있어서 기존 SSB와 VHF 송수신기에 의한 통신상대는 1:1 방식이다. 그러나 이 1:1의 방식을 1대 다수로 한다. 그러면 주파수를 아낄 수 있고, 또 해상에서 조난, 긴급, 안전통신 및 군용통신에서 효과적으로 할 수 있다. 또 1대 다수방식은 인터럽트를 할 수 있다. 그것은 중요통신의 신속한 전송에 편리하다. 이 논문은 기존의 SSB나 VHF 통신장비에 ICS를 설치하였다. 이것은 하나의 단말기에서 여러 송수신장비와 통신을 할 수 있다. 이 장비를 VHF 통신에 설치하면 원거리에 있는 선박과 양호한 통신을 할 수 있다. 그러므로 이 방식은 통신범위를 넓힐 수 있다. ICS에 의한 회선교환 방법은 PPT 신호와 음성신호가 변조된 ASK로 원격조정을 한다. ICS는 회선교환기를 통하여 단말기와 송수신기의 접속을 수시로 변경할 수 있다. 이렇게 하기 위해서 ASK방식에 대한 정보전송, ICS의 시스템 개발. 제어 알고리즘의 구현, 멀티프로세서의 시스템 개발, 전송방식, 모니링을 연구하였다. 따라서 이 논문은 원격제어를 위한 무선통신장비의 희선교환 제어방식으로서 해상통신, 군용통신, 어업통신 등을 위한 무선국 통신장비의 개선에 기여도가 클 것으로 기대된다. The radio communications by SSB and VHF transceivers are still used very efficiently in coast stations and military base stations. The SSB and VHF equipments are very important to transmit and receive informations in the sea and the land. The communication system by the conventional SSB and VI-IF transceivers between a coast station and a terminal is an one-to-one system. In this dissertation, however, the conventional one-to-one system is expanded to one-to-multiple systems. Then, frequencies can be used effectively for distress, urgency, safety traffic, and military communications. In addition, one to multi-number systems can be used to interrupt, which is useful to transmit rapidly in the information traffic. An ICS has been proposed and added, in this dissertation, to the conventional SSB and VHF communication systems, which can realize one-to-several terminal communications. When the ICS equipments are set up to the VHF transceiver, It is possible to communicate with ship in far distance the communication range can be enlarged. The line switching system by the ICS is to be remote-controlled by ASK modulated PTT signals and audio signals. An ICS can change a connection between terminal and transceiver through a circuit switching system at any time. For this purpose, the author has researched and developed a ASK transmission system, ICS system, control algorithm, multiprocessor system, and monitoring system. As a conclusion, the developed line switching control systems and equipments can be used effectively for maritime communication, military communication, fishery communication, etc.

        소경활혈탕가미방(疎經活血湯加味方)의 관절염에 미치는 효과

        Objectives The aim of this study is to evaluate anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic effects of Sogyunghwalhyel-tang-gamibang (SGHHTGB) in cell and animal models and also to suggest one of putative mechanisms underlying its anti-arthritic effects. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was applied to measure the concentrations of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6 and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) in culture medium and blood serum and nitric oxide (NO) was assayed by Griess reagent. The expressions of inducible NO synthase (iNOS) and cyclooxygenase- 2 (COX-2) were analyzed by Western blot method. Results In a cell model using RAW264.7 macrophages stimulated with the endotoxin lipopolysaccharide (LPS), the drug, at its non-cytotoxic concentrations, inhibited the production of the pro-inflammatory cytokine TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6. In addition, it suppressed the expression of the inflammatory enzyme iNOS and COX-2, and reduced the synthesis of the enzyme product NO (as stable nitrite) and PGE2 in activated macrophages. Meanwhile, in an animal model using rheumatic arthritis (RA) mice induced with injection of type II collagen antibody (CAb) and LPS, the drug improved clinical symptom of arthritis and reduced paw thickness and inflammatory cell infiltration. In blood of RA mice, the drug reduced serum levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, nitrite, and PGE2, all inflammatory mediators produced by activated macrophages. Conclusions SGHHTGB may ameliorate CAb and LPS-induced RA in mice, presumably by inactivating macrophages that are capable of initiating joint inflammation by producing pro-inflammatory cytokines and expressing inflammatory enzymes. Using designed by phase-lock loop system, in order to accurately and easily treat both the outlet volume and rpm. A system has been designed and is being evaluated using CD4046A PLL IC.         A Bioinformatics Approach for In Vivo Imaging of Endogenous MicroRNA Targets During Neurogenesis

        MicroRNAs (miRNAs), a class of small non-coding RNAs, have been reported to be functionally involved with cellular metabolism and a variety of diseases. The importance of miRNA expression and functional targeting has recently become a focus of intense research. However, their endogenous molecular targets have not been clearly identified despite multiple attempts in prior studies using bioinformatics. Our bioinformatics strategy and in vitro validation by the PCR, identified 16 out of 337 miR124a-predicted targets and 5 out of 299 miR9*-predicted targets were significantly and directly down-regulated by each of the miRNAs during neurogenesis. In vitro and in vivo bioluminescent imaging system was used and successfully monitored the miR9*-mediated repression of SOX2 during neuronal differentiation of the P19 cells. The results of this study demonstrate that our bioinformatics approach offers a powerful and precise method for the identification of novel miR124a and miR9* endogenous targets during neuronal differentiation. This bioinformatics approach, using microarray data available from public DBs, provides a practical means for identifying the endogenous targets of other miRNAs.

        Alveolar ridge preservation with an open-healing approach using single-layer or double-layer coverage with collagen membranes

        Purpose: The aim of this prospective pilot study was to compare alveolar ridge preservation (ARP) procedures with open-healing approach using a single-layer and a double-layer coverage with collagen membranes using radiographic and clinical analyses. Methods: Eleven molars from 9 healthy patients requiring extraction of the maxillary or mandibular posterior teeth were included and allocated into 2 groups. After tooth extraction, deproteinized bovine bone mineral mixed with 10% collagen was grafted into the socket and covered either with a double-layer of resorbable non-cross-linked collagen membranes (DL group, n=6) or with a single-layer (SL group, n=5). Primary closure was not obtained. Cone-beam computed tomography images were taken immediately after the ARP procedure and after a healing period of 4 months before implant placement. Radiographic measurements were made of the width and height changes of the alveolar ridge. Results: All sites healed without any complications, and dental implants were placed at all operated sites with acceptable initial stability. The measurements showed that the reductions in width at the level 1 mm apical from the alveolar crest (including the bone graft) were $-1.7{\pm}0.5mm$ in the SL group and $-1.8{\pm}0.4mm$ in the DL group, and the horizontal changes in the other areas were also similar in the DL and SL groups. The reductions in height were also comparable between groups. Conclusions: Within the limitations of this study, single-layer and double-layer coverage with collagen membranes after ARP failed to show substantial differences in the preservation of horizontal or vertical dimensions or in clinical healing. Thus, both approaches seem to be suitable for open-healing ridge preservation procedures.

      • 어업통신의 선진화를 위한 SSB무선데이타 프로토콜에 대한 연구

        해양수산부에서는 어업분야의 선진화를 위하여 어로활동의 현황파악 및 문제점을 실시간으로 분석하는 어업정보화의 발전방향을 설정하여 해양자원 관리 및 활용성 제고를 통한 종합적이고 체계적인 정보화 기반을 조성하고 있다. 어업통신의 정보화는 전산화되는 자료가 원격지 여부에 관계없이 필요한 사용자에게 공유될 수 있는 환경을 구축하는 것으로 전산화-정보통신망-이용자서비스까지를 종합적으로 고려하여 구축하여야 한다. 해상이동체인 어선들을 상대로 정보통신망을 구성하기 위한 최적의 방안으로 기존의 SSB통신시스템을 이용하는 방법을 연구하였다. 본 연구에서는 운용비 부담이 없는 HF대 SSB통신에 의한 어선의 어업통신망의 구성 및 무선통신망 프로토콜에 대하여 제안하였다. The Ministry of Maritime Affairs & Fisheries have plaining the advancing fishery information integrated system for the fishing prsent condition, marine resource administration and applicability considering. The fishery information communication system is build up to the raw data & process-network-content. The communication system must be small size, low cost and adapted SSB transceiver, that is using fishery shipping. In this paper We present digital data communication network to exchange information for fishery and safety between fishing ship and coast station in cheeper communication fee using SSB in HF bana.
