This paper examines the purchasing requirement of souvenirs. Samples were gethered from Japanese, Chinese, and North American who have been staying in seoul at least three months. To remove the translating error, the questionnaire was retranslated by professionals who have been teaching each language. As a result of the study, the name of Korean food was well known. However most of foreigner didn’t know about cooking method, food history, nutritional value and so on. Also they would like to know about cooking method, nutritional value and disease-curing benefits. About 72% of the sample showed an intension to purchase the souvenirs, and they answered that a handbook item was the best.

Endoscopic Criteria for Evaluating Tumor Stage after Preoperative Chemoradiation Therapy in Locally Advanced Rectal Cancer

Purpose Local excision may be an another option for selected patients with markedly down-staged rectal cancer after preoperative chemoradiation therapy (CRT), and proper evaluation of post-CRT tumor stage (ypT) is essential prior to local excision of these tumors. This study was designed to determine the correlations between endoscopic findings and ypT of rectal cancer. Materials and Methods In this study, 481 patients with locally advanced rectal cancer who underwent preoperative CRT followed by surgical resection between 2004 and 2013 at a single institution were evaluated retrospectively. Pathological good response (p-GR) was defined as ypT ! 1, and pathological minimal or no response (p-MR) as ypT " 2. The patients were randomly classified according to two groups, a testing (n=193) and a validation (n=288) group. Endoscopic criteria were determined from endoscopic findings and ypT in the testing group and used in classifying patients in the validation group as achieving or not achieving p-GR. Results Based on findings in the testing group, the endoscopic criteria for p-GR included scarring, telangiectasia, and erythema, whereas criteria for p-MR included nodules, ulcers, strictures, and remnant tumors. In the validation group, the kappa statistic was 0.965 (p < 0.001), and the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value were 0.362, 0.963, 0.654, and 0.885, respectively. Conclusion The endoscopic criteria presented are easily applicable for evaluation of ypT after preoperative CRT for rectal cancer. These criteria may be used for selection of patients for local excision of down-staged rectal tumors, because patients with p-MR could be easily ruled out.

The purpose of this study was to develop various ginseng sauce using NGT(Nominal Group Technique). For the study, two of expert groups were composed, and two times of NGT meeting were accomplished. When the first NGT meeting, 4 experts(chefs) who have been working first grade hotel in seoul. 10 experts(chefs) joined, and 12 professionals were joined on the 2nd NGT meeting. When the 1st NGT meeting, 3 kind of ginseng sauce: ginseng salad dressing, ginseng chicken sauce, and ginseng steak sauce were suggested, They tested 3 kinds of ginseng sauce, commented the problems and the direction of improvement of ginseng sauce, discussed about the problem and the direction of improvement of ginseng sauce. Finally, they made the result. The meeting was contiued during 2 hours. On 2nd NGT meeting was little bit different. 9 kinds of sauce such as 4 kinds of salad dressing, 2 kinds of chicken sauce, and 3 kinds of steak sauce were suggested. each expert tested the samples, and give the score and commented about the problems. Finally, they choose the best sample, and the 2nd meeting was continued during 3 hours. The nominal group meeting was continued from 1st o\f April, 2005 to 31st of Jun. 2005.

도시에서 하이브리드 LID 침투관 설치에 따른 침투량 향상

도시화로 인해 불투수 면적이 증가하면서 지하 침투량이 감소하고 강우 유출량이 증가하여 도시 침수 발생 가능성이 커지고 지하수 고갈 문제를 발생시키고 있다. 본 연구에서는 가로수 주위에 수분 및 영양을 공급할 수 있는 신개념 특수 가로수 보호판의 설치가 도시 내 침투량 개선에 미치는 효과를 평가하고, 시설의 배치에 따른 침투량 변화를 조사하였다. 침투관이 설치된 신개념 가로수 보호판은 토양으로는 빗물 침투량을 증가시키고 지면 위 수위 상승을 억제하였다. 따라서 개발된 신개념 가로수 보호판은 도시 도로변에서 저영향개발 (LID) 시설로서 효과적으로 적용될 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다. The risk of flooding and groundwater depletion is increasing due to the increase of impervious area in an urban area that reduces the volume of infiltration and increases the outflow of rainwater. The objective of this study is to examine the impact of installation of roadside tree protectors with infiltration pipes in terms of the change of the infiltration rate. Through this study, it has been attested that roadside tree protectors with infiltration pipes increased the infiltration rate and decreased water level on the ground, and could be applied in an urban area as the low impact development (LID) facilities.

주가지수선물시장의 투자자별 거래량과 변동성에 관한 연구

This thesis examines the relationship between trader-type-specific trading volume and volatility in the korean stock Index Futures until June 2005. First, the total of trading volume increases along with its volatility. But in the case of open interest, it's difficult to find any means. Second, when trading volume are decomposed into expected and unexpected components, unexpected shocks are positively associated with the volatility in case of the KOSPI200 futures, but it is a meaningless relation in the KOSDAQ50 futures. Third, it has more powerful effects the increase in the volume than the case of the decrease of that in the KOSPI200 futures, but it's difficult to find any asymmetry in the KOSDAQ50 futures. Fourth, volatility has a meaningful relation with the change of an unexpected trading volume by trade types in a both futures market. Fifth, in the case of individual and domestic commercial investors, increase in the buy makes the price fluctuation much higher than decrease in the KOSPI200 futures. But it hasn't any meaningful asymmetry in the KOSDAQ50 futures. And then, it analyzed the relationship of the volume with the return in the KSIF market. First, the volume of KOSPI200 futures doesn't play a primary role with the clear explanation of return model. Second, an unexpected volume shocks are negatively associated with the return in case of the KOSPI200 futures, but it is a meaningless relation in the KOSDAQ50 futures. In the case of open interest, it's difficult to find any mean in a both futures. Third, The changes in volume by foreigners are positively associated with the return and the volatility, but individuals and domestic commercial investors are negatively associated with the return.
