        The Design of an Optimized Muon Beamline

        For the Heavy Ion Accelerator Project in South Korea we designed an optimized antimuon beamlineby using a simulation with the G4beamline and the TRANSPORT software packages. Thisresearch suggests that the optimized muon beamline can transport 2.4×108 antimuons per secondto a circle with a radius of 3 cm. In terms of the muon rate, this is competitive with world-leadingmuon beam facilities.

        TBT 대응전략과 수출성과와의 영향관계 연구: 전기/전자 관련 중소기업을 대상으로

        This study identified the impact between small and medium-sized enterprises' trade technical barrier (TBT) response strategies and competitive strategies. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, as a result of conducting multiple regression analysis to verify the impact of TBT response strategy and competitive strategy, the decline factor and corporate will factor had a statistically significant impact, and the relationship between competitive strategy and export performance had a statistically significant impact. It was found to have an effect. Among the TBT response strategies, it was found that system factors had no effect on the differentiation strategy. This means that the companies under study are still unable to break away from the simple production type. Therefore, it is necessary to expand support programs in the field of new technologies so that they can incorporate new technologies and prepare for technological innovation. In addition, in order for small and medium-sized businesses to achieve export results, the government must It is believed that companies themselves should strive to devise a systematic response strategy to TBT under effective support policies.

        Searches for the Dark Photon at Fixed Target Experiments

        Recent astrophysical observations provided indirect evidences for sub-GeV, light, dark-matter (DM). A new gauge particle in this mass range could exist as an extra $U(1)$ gauge particle, called the dark photon. The dark photon can mix weakly with a ordinary photon and can mediate interactions of DM. If the dark photon is massive enough, it can decay into a pair of standard-model (SM) particles or DM particles. Light dark-matter particles in the MeV to GeV mass range, as well as in other mass ranges, have not been the subjects of intensive experimental researches. Large statistics is needed to search for dark-photon-mediated interactions. Therefore, high-power accelerators can be used to look for the dark photon. In this article, we review the current status of the experimental searches at various fixed-target experiments and the experiments planned in the near term future.

        호텔 종사자들의 조직문화와 조직효과성 관계에서 동기부여의 매개효과

        This study investigated from April 20, 2016 to May 22 A total of 320 questionnaires were distributed, data were processed using a statistical analysis of the appropriate 300. First, the power was set, role, human workers of the hotel as a variable, a regression analysis was conducted to motivate. The results of multiple regression analysis among the four independent power (β = .328, P <.001) committed, role (β = .591, P <.05), human-oriented (β = .175, P <.01) , it was analyzed as having a significant influence relationship with respect to the definition of the dependent variable motivation. Second, it was the first variables and organizational effectiveness and simple regression analysis derived from factor analysis of motivation. The results of simple regression analysis was defined as having a significant effect relationships for motivation gender dependent variable organizational effectiveness. Third, organizational effectiveness and the hotel employees were multiple regression analysis.         호텔 종사원의 자아존중감이 서비스지향성 및 고객지향성에미치는 영향

        This study was effect of self - esteem of hotel employees affects service orientation and customer orientation, In order to examine the effect of service orientation on customer orientation, we conducted research based on the results of previous studies. The survey was conducted from August 01, 2018 to August 30, 2018 for 30 days. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed, 50 of which were selected from 5 luxury hotels in Seoul, and 238 questionnaires were collected. A total of 221 valid questionnaires were used as the final analysis. The statistical processing of the data collected by the data analysis method is through data coding, and the SPSS v. 22.0 statistical package program. The results of this study are as follows. First, the self - esteem of the hotel employees was analyzed as having a positive (+) influence on the service orientation. The hypotheses H.1-1, H1-2, H1-3, and H1-4 were supported. Second, self - esteem and customer orientation of hotel employees were positively positive (+). Hypotheses H.2-1 and H.2-2 were supported. Third, hotel service orientation and customer orientation have some positive (+) influence. The hypotheses H.3-1, H.3-3, H.3-4, H.3-5, H.3-7, H.3-8 were supported.

        낮은 복잡도의 극 부호 복호 기법

        극 부호 (polar code)의 복호 기법인 연속 제거 리스트 (successive cancellation list, SCL) 복호 기법은 비트 오율(bit error rate, BER) 측면에서 연속 제거 복호 (successive cancellation, SC) 기법에 비해 성능이 우수하나 리스트(list)의 크기에 비례하여 복잡도가 증가하는 문제점이 있다. 연속 제거 복호 기법에서 후반부에 복호되는 비트들은 소수의 비트들을 제외하면 해당 비트 채널의 신뢰도가 높아 복호 결과의 신뢰도가 높다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 극 부호및 연속 제거 복호 기법의 특성을 이용한 낮은 복잡도의 복호 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 복호 순서 앞쪽에위치한 신뢰도가 비교적 낮은 부호 비트들에 대해서는 연속 제거 리스트 복호를 수행하고 이후의 부호 비트에 대해서는 남아있는 경로 중 일부 경로에 대해 연속 제거 복호를 수행한다. 제안하는 기법은 연속 제거 리스트 복호와 비교했을 때 성능 열화 없이 복호 복잡도를 낮출 수 있다.

        직무환경과 직무만족, 고객지향성과의 영향관계 연구 -조직지원인식의 조절효과를 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study is job satisfaction and customer orientation by dividing the work environment of restaurant franchise employees into physical environment, superior factors, peer factors, and welfare environment factors. And The moderating effect of the organizational support awareness on the basis of previous studies was conducted. For an empirical analysis, the survey was conducted for 15 days from August 15, 2019 to August 30, 2019 for employees in the restaurant franchise located in Seoul and the Seoul metropolitan area. The results of this study were as follows. First, this study is meaningful in that it analyzes the detailed classification of the work environment into four categories: physical environment, boss factor, peer factor, and welfare environment factor. In addition, it was meaningful to study the moderating effect on tissue support awareness. Second, through the systematic review process of the preceding research, theoretically suggested factors of job environment, job satisfaction, customer orientation, and organizational support perception of the restaurant franchise employees were presented, and variables and measurement items verified through empirical analysis were presented. Third, the moderating effect of organizational support perception on job environment and job satisfaction of the restaurant franchise employees had a positive effect on physical environment and peer factors. 본 연구는 외식 프랜차이즈 종사원의 직무환경을 물리적 환경, 상사요인, 동료요인, 복지환경요인으로 나누어 직무만족 및 고객지향성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 또한 조직지원인식이 어떠한 조절효과를 나타내는지 선행연구에 이론적 근간을 두고 연구를진행하였으며 이에 대한 실증적 조사를 위해 서울 및 수도권에 소재한 외식 프랜차이즈 종사원을 대상으로 2019년 08월 15일부터 08월 30일까지 15일간 실시하여 274 부를 설문결과를 실증분석에 활용한바, 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 본 연구는 직무환경을 물리적 환경, 상사요인, 동료요인, 복지환경요인 이상 4 가지로 상세한 분류를 분석했다는 데에 의의가 있다. 또한, 조직지원인식에 대한 조절효과를 연구하였다는 데에 그 의미를 둘 수가 있다. 둘째, 선행연구에 대한 체계적인 검토 과정을 통하여 외식 프랜차이즈 종사원의 직무환경과 직무만족, 고객지향성, 조직지원인식에 대한 요인을 이론적으로 제시하고 실증분석을 통해 검증된 변수 및 측정 항목들을 제시하였다. 셋째, 조직지원인식이 외식 프랜차이즈 종사원의 직무환경과 직무만족에 미치는 조절효과는 물리적 환경, 동료요인에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 경영자의 관여가 물리적 환경과 동료요인에 영향을 미치는 것으로 해석될 수 있다. 그러므로 경영자는 조직의 내부 환경에서 임금체계 또는 복지제도 등의 변경과 조직 내부 간의 원활한 커뮤니케이션이 되도록 하는 제도를 구축하는 등의 환경개선에 대한 노력이 필요할 것이다.
