        초기 인공 우식법랑질의 재석회화에 관한 실험적 연구

        To provide basic information for understanding the mechanism of de-and remimeralization and clinical data on effect of remineralizaion using fluorides in the early stage enamel caries, microhardness study of sound enamel, artificially induced initial enamel lesion and remineralized enamel has been conducted in permanent premolar teeth; microhardness profiles were determined with Knoop hardness diamond load intending at about 50㎛ interval across the polished surface from outer surface to deep area. The results were as follows: 1. Microhardness numbers from 20㎛ to 120㎛ in enamel depth of artificially induced initial enamel lesion group were lower than those of sound enamel groups. 2. In artificially induced initial enamel lesion group, microhardness number of surface xone (20㎛ in enamel depth) was higher than that of subsurface zone (70∼170㎛). 3. Remineralized gruops showed increased microhardness numbers. 4. Among remineralized groups, APF topical applied group showed the highest microhardness numbers(P<0.05) and no differance between SMFP dentifrice group and NaF rinsing group(P>0.05). 5. Remineralizing effect by fluorides influenced upto 170㎛ in depth from outer enamel surface.

        팬데믹과 개혁교회의 패러다임적 대응

        This study was attempted to respond properly to the church in this crisis era through the search for a reform paradigm in the crisis era of fandemic. To this end, we intend to reflect on the search for a revolutionary scientific paradigm in the era of the Black Death and Corona 19 pandemic from the level of religious and church reformation, and with a converging hermeneutics between the era of the Reformation and the current era. In addition, the special situation of the pandemic era can be subject to the situationality and power refinement of science, politics, and religious power. The scientific situation in dangerous situation, it proposes an alternative to promote religious paradigm change. First of all, it is necessary to refer to the fact that there is a Catholic Reformation, the Church, which has presented a more reformed paradigm for publicity and common good in the public sphere after the Second, Vatican Council, which has been trapped in the paradigm of customary beliefs. In addition, it is necessary to replace the paradigm of the Glory and Prosperity Gospel with the theological paradigm of the Cross and Suffering Gospel through the view that the Pandemic Age is a society that amplifies global subjective and social trauma in a more amplified form or like in the 14th-16th century. I would like to present. In addition, I will present the need for resilience through true crucifixion and suffering theology that overcomes the distorted resilience of resilience in scientific, political, and religious crises that promotes the scapegoat of scapegoat. Finally, in the era of the pandemic, the church must move from the new era of the 4th industrial revolution of Corona 19, the uncontacted society to the pandemic, early church, and biblical paradigm church spatiality beyond the existing Catholic and Protestant spatial paradigm. I would like to present an opportunity. 본 연구는 팬데믹이라는 위기의 시대에 개혁적 패러다임의 모색을 통해 이런 위기 시대에 교회가 제대로 대응하기 위해 시도되어졌다. 이를 위해 흑사병·코로나19 팬데믹 시대의 혁명(개혁)적 과학패러다임 모색을 종교·교회개혁적 차원에서 성찰하고 종교개혁시대와 작금의 시대와의 가다머적 지평융합적 해석학으로 성찰을 꾀하고자 한다. 또한 팬데미 시대의 특수한 상황은 과학, 정치, 종교권력의 취약성 및 희생양화를 증폭시키고 과학적, 정치적, 종교적 합리성의 불확실성을 증폭시키는데, 이런 탈정상과학적 상황·위험사회적 상황에서 종교·개혁적 패러다임 변화를 도모하는 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 우선 사사화된 인습적 신앙의 패러다임에 갇혀있는 개신교회가 제2차 바티칸공의회 이후 공적인 영역에서의 공공성과 공동선을 위한 보다 개혁된 패러다임을 제시한 가톨릭의 종교개혁, 교회개혁을 참조할 필요가 있음을 제시할 것이다. 또한 팬데믹 시대가 14-16세기와 같이 또는 더 증폭된 형태로 전지구적인 주관적, 사회적 외상을 증폭시키는 사회라는 관점을 통해 영광·번영 복음의 패러다임을 십자가·고난 복음의 신학적 패러다임으로 대체가 필요함을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 과학적, 정치적, 종교적 위기 속에서 왜곡된 회복탄력성으로서 르네 지라르가 말하는 희생양화를 부축이는 것을 극복하는 진정한 십자가·고난 신학을 통한 회복탄력성이 필요함을 제시할 것이다. 마지막으로 팬데믹의 시대에 교회는 코로나19의 새로운 4차산업혁명 시대, 언택트 사회에서 기존의 가톨릭적·개신교적 공간성의 패러다임을 넘어서 팬데믹·초대교회·성서적 패러다임 교회 공간성으로 이동해 나아가야 할 기회가 됨을 제시하고자 한다.

        testo미숙아에서의 17- α-hydroxy progesterone 값에 대한 연구

        Purpose: In preterm infants, neonatologists often encounter abnormally high level of 17-α-hydroxy progesterone (17-OHP), however as there is no normative reference level for Korean preterm neonates, repeated tests for 17-OHP are conducted until the level reaches the normal value of term infants. The aim for the study is to investigate the longitudinal follow up of 17 OHP levels according to gestational age. Methods: The samples for 17-OHP were obtained as tandem mass spectrometry (TMS) by heel prick between the 3rd and 7th day of life from 1,040 preterm infants who were born at Asan Medical Center from June 2008 to June 2010. If initial 17-OHP level was abnormal (>12 ng/mL), the serum levels were followed every 2-4 weeks until normalization. Results: The mean levels of 17-OHP obtained from initial TMS according to gestational age were as follows: 24-26 weeks (26.4±20.7 ng/mL, n=20); 27-28 weeks (14.8±14.6 ng/mL, n=39); 29-30 weeks (7.6±7.3 ng/mL, n=54); 31-32 weeks (5.1±5.8ng/mL, n=86); 33-34 weeks (4.6±3.9 ng/mL, n=186); 35 weeks (5.0±5.5 ng/mL, n=251); and 36 week (3.6±2.3 ng/mL, n=403). The mean and 99.5 percentile 17-OHP levels correlated inversely with gestational age. Those 63 infants (mean gestational age 28.6±4.1 weeks) whose initial 17-OHP levels were abnormally high, all became normalized at mean of 67.2±49.0 days. The mean number of follow-up was 2.9±1.9 times (range: 1-7 times) until normalization. Conclusion: The 17-OHP levels correlated inversely with gestational age and the number of false-positive results in the absence of congenital adrenal hyperplasia is high among preterm population. The percentile values presented here for 17-OHP in relation to gestational age could serve as a useful guideline for 17-OHP level follow up. 목적: 미숙아를 치료하는데 있어 17-α-hydroxy progesterone (17-OHP) 값이 높은 것을 경험하게 되는데, 본 연구는 미숙아에 있어서 재태연령 및 출생체중별 17-OHP값의 특징 및 추적검사상의추이에 대해 분석하고자 하였다. 방법: 2008년6월부터 2010년 6월까지 서울아산병원에서 출생한재태연령 37주 미만의 1,039명의 미숙아들을 대상으로 하였다. 생후3일에서 7일 사이에 실시한 신생아 선천성대사이상질환 선별검사(neonatal screening test, NST)에서의 17-OHP값을 조사하였고, 결과가 12 ng/mL 이상일 경우 2-4주 간격으로 정상이 될 때까지 혈청17-OHP값을 추적하였다. 결과: 총 1,039명의 대상 중에서 76명에서 첫 17-OHP값이 12 ng/mL이상의 비정상결과가 나왔고 이중49명에서 정상이 될때까지 추적하였다. 1,039명의 NST에서의 17-OHP값을 재태연령별로 보았을때 평균 24-26주(n=20) 26.4±21.2 ng/mL (1.8-80.0), 27-28주(n=39) 14.8±14.6 ng/mL (1.1-70.9), 29-30주(n=54) 7.6±7.3 ng/mL (1.0-42.5), 31-32주(n=86) 5.1±5.8 ng/mL (1.0-38.2), 33-34주(n=186) 4.5±3.9 ng/mL (1.0-29.9), 35주(n=249) 4.7±4.4 ng/mL (1.0-40.9), 36주(n=404) 3.6±2.3 ng/mL (1.0-17.1)이었다. 출생체중별로 보았을 때 1,000 g 미만 14.8±17.0 ng/mL (1.0-80.0), 1,000-1,250g 10.4±13.1 ng/mL (1.0-70.9), 1,250-1,500 g 6.0±7.2 ng/mL (1.0-42.5), 1,500-2,000 g 4.3±4.2 ng/mL (1.0-36.7), 2,000-2,500 g 4.5±3.7 ng/mL (1.0-38.2), 2,500 g 이상 4.0±2.9 ng/mL (1.0-25.9)이었다. 17-OHP값은 재태연령 및 출생체중과 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 17-OHP값이 감소하기까지 추적검사를 시행한 횟수는 평균 2.9±1.9회였고, 정상화가 될 때까지 평균 67.2±49.0일이 소요되었다. 결론: 17-OHP값은 재태연령 및 출생체중과 음의 상관관계를 보였고 본 연구에서 제시한 재태연령과 출생체중에 따른 백분위 값은미숙아에서 17-OHP값의 추적하는데 있어 유용한 지침이 될것이다.

        미소전극어레이형 DNA칩을 이용한 유전자의 전기화학적 검출

        In this paper, a DNA chip with a microelectrode array was fabricated using microfabrication technology. Several probe DNAs consisting of mercaptohexyl moiety at their 5 end were immobilized on the gold electrodes by DNA arrayer. Then target DNAs were hybridized and reacted with Hoechst 33258, which is a DNA minor groove binder and electrochemically active dye. Linear sweep voltammetry or cyclic voltammetry showed a difference between target DNA and control DNA in the anodic peak current values. It was derived from Hoechst 33258 concentrated at the electrode surface through association with formed hybrid. It suggested that this DNA chip could recognize the sequence specific genes.

        환형 무전극 형광램프의 전자계 시뮬레이션, 전기적 및 광학적 특성

        In recent, there have been several developments in lamp technology that promise savings in electrical power consumption and improved quality of the lighting space. Above all, the advantage of ring-shaped electrodeless fluorescent lamp is the removal of internal electrodes and heating filaments that are a light-limiting factor of conventional fluorescent lamps. The ring-shaped electrodeless lamp is intended as a high efficiency replacement for the incandescent reflector lamp in many applications. Therefore, the life time of ring-shaped electrodeless fluorescent lamps is substantially higher than that of conventional fluorescent lamps and last up to 60,000 hours. In this paper, maxwell 3D finite element analysis program(Ansoft) was used to obtain electromagnetic properties associated with the coil and nearby structures. The electromagnetic emitting properties were presented by 3D simulation software operated at 250 KHz and some specific conditions. The optical characteristics were measured luminance and a temperature and an optical spectrum distribution for 10 min in a one minute interval at the same time. With a goal of finding alternative materials, we show measurement results of electrical characteristics of a ring-shaped electrodeless fluorescent lamp as a function of frequency and the number of coil turns using a highly permeable($\mu$$_{r}$(equation omitted) 2,000) Mn-Zn ferrite. These results are compared with those of conventional ring-shaped electrodeless fluorescent lamp. It is found that the resistance, inductance and impedance are increased while the quality factor decreases as frequency increases.s.

        항히스타민제의 올바른 사용법

        H1-antihistamines have been prescribed widely for the treatment of allergic diseases, such as rhinitis, atopic dermatitis, and urticaria besides common colds since the 1940s. H1-antihistamines are classified by chemical structures (akylamine, piperazine, piperidine, ethanolamine,ethylendiamine, and phenothiazine) or functionally by permeability through blood brain barrier (first or second generation). The first generation antihistamines have been prescribed up to now with several adverse effects such as central nervous system dysfunction, anticholinergic and antiserotonic action and cardiotoxicity with overdose. Hence second generation antihistamines are recommended for the treatment of allergic rhinitis and urticaria. Physicians should consider concomitant diseases or medications when prescribing first generation antihistamines.

        Groth 분류유형에 의한 소아기호증 원인에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 2000년대 이후 사춘기 이전의 아동(일반적으로 13세 이하)을 상대로 성적행위를 실행한 10명의 성범죄자 판결자료를 바탕으로, Groth의 소아기호증 ‘분류’유형과 Finkelhor and Araji가 제시한 소아기호증 ‘원인’유형을 적용하여, “Groth 분류유형에 의한 소아기호증 원인에 관한 연구”를 진행하였다. 즉, Groth의 분류유형을 적용한 결과, ‘정신성적장애’를 가진 소아기호증자는 DSM-5에서 정의한 소아기호증의 세 가지 진단기준 여부와 기존 임상적 연구에 의해 ‘성적압력 소아기호증자’와 ‘성적폭력 소아기호증자’의 유형으로 분류되었으며, 또한 Finkelhor an d Araji가 제시한 소아기호증의 네 가지 심리적 원인유형(‘정서적 일치’, ‘성적흥분’, ‘차단’, ‘탈 억제’)에 의해, Groth의 소아기호증자 심리적 분류유형이 달라지는 차이점이 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 Groth의 소아기호증 분류유형인 ‘성적압력 소아기호증자’, ‘성적폭력-착취적 소아기호증자’, ‘성적폭력-가학적 소아기호증자’의 세 가지 ‘심리적 분류’를 기준으로 김해선 외 9인의 각 사례를 비교·분석한 뒤, Finkelhor and Araji가 제시한 ‘정서적 일치’, ‘성적흥분’, ‘차단’, ‘탈 억제’의 네 가지 소아기호증 원인유형을 적용하여, Gr oth의 분류유형에 각각 해당하는 소아기호증자의 ‘ 심리적 원인’을 분석하였다. 본 연구결과, Groth의 DSM-5에서 정의한 소아기호증의 세 가지 진단기준에 ‘일부’ 포함되어 아동에게 ‘물리적 강제력’을 수반하는 ‘단순한’ 유형인 ‘성적폭력-가학적 소아기호증자’ 유형(빈도5)이 가장 많은 것으로 분석되었으며, 그리고 이 유형은 Finkelhor and Araji가 제시한 소아기호증의 심리적 원인 중 ‘차단’ 유형(빈도4)과 연관성이 가장 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 또한, 성적폭력-가학적-차단유형의 소아기호증자인 ‘김해선’, ‘이명철’, ‘김수철’, ‘고종석’은 ‘성인 여성과의 정상적인 성적·정서적 차단’의 영향으로 인하여 일시적인 정서불안정, 충동성, 공격성 등의 ‘물리적’ 성향이 나타났으며, 그리고 Pridmore(2005: 856-8 65)의 FMRI연구자료 조사결과 측두엽의 용적저하, 물질대사 및 혈류량이 감소하는 뇌손상 장애를 보였다. 따라서 이 장애를 가진 김해선 외 3인에게는 ‘물리적 성적욕구’을 낮춰주는 LHRH(Luteinizing Hormone Releasing Hormone: 황체 형성 호르몬 방출 호르몬) 작용제 약물의 정기적인 사용과 동시에 심리치료가 필요할 것으로 사료된다(Brik en, et. al., 2001: 45-55). "A study on a cause of pedophilia based on Groth classification type" was progressed by applying Broth's classification type and 'cause' type of pedophilia suggested by Finkelhor and Araji based on judgment data of 10 sexual offenders who committed sexual violence by targeting children below puberty since 2000s (generally children below 13 years old). In other words, as a result of applying Groth's classification type, persons with pedophilia having 'psychosexual disorder' were classified as a type of 'a person with pedophilia by sexual pressure' and ' that by sexual violence based on three diagnoses standard status of pedophilia defined by DSM-5 and existing clinical research and by 4 psychological cause types ('emotional coincidence', 'sexual arousal', 'blocking', 'disinhibition') of pedophilia suggested by Finkelhor and Araji, Groth's psychological classification type of a person with pedophilia was represented to be different. Therefore, 'psychological cause' of a person with pedophilia relevant to Groth's classification type was analyzed by applying 4 causes of pedophilia suggested by Finkelhor and Araji ('emotional coincidence', 'sexual arousal', 'blocking', 'disinhibition') after comparatively analyzing each case of Kim, Hae, Seon and 9 others based on 3 'psychological classifications' including 'a person with pedophilia by sexual pressure', 'a person with pedophilia by sexual violence-exploitation' and 'sexual violence-sadistic person with pedophilia' that are Groth's classification type. As a result of this study, it was surveyed that 'sexual violence-sadistic person with pedophilia' type (frequency 5) that is 'simple' type accompanying 'physical forced power' to children as a part of 3 diagnosis standards of pedophilia defined by DSM-5 was analyzed to be most dominant and this type was surveyed to have most close relevance with 'blocking' type (frequency 4) among psychological causes of pedophilia suggested by Finkelhor and Araji. In addition, 'Kim, Hae-Seon', 'Lee, Myeong-Chul', 'Kim, Soo-Chul' and 'Go, Jong-seok' who were persons with pedophilia of sexual violence-sadistic-blocki ng type showed temporary 'physical tendency' like emotional instability, impulsiveness, aggression by 'normal sexual, emotional blocking with adult female' and they also showed cerebral damage disorder including volume decrease of temporal lobe, metabolism and reduced blood flow as a result of surveying FMRI research data. Therefore, 3 persons including Kim, Hae-Seon are required to take LHRH(Luteinizing Hormone Releasing Hormone) medicine that lowers 'physical sexual desire' regularly and receive psychotherapy at the same time (Bri ken, et. al., 2001:45-55).

        전기화학적 방법에 의한 신규 바이오칩의 SNP 검출

        High throughput analysis using a DNA chip microarray is powerful tool in the post genome era. Less labor-intensive and lower cost-performance is required. Thus, this paper aims to develop the multi-channel type label-free DNA chip and detect SNP (Single nucleotide polymorphisms). At first, we fabricated a high integrated type DNA chip array by lithography technology. Various probe DNAs were immobilized on the microelectrode array. We succeeded to discriminate of DNA hybridization between target DNA and mismatched DNA on microarray after immobilization of a various probe DNA and hybridization of label-free target DNA on the electrodes simultaneously. This method is based on redox of an electrochemical ligand.
